We had an amazing experience! We were out of town traveling through and they answered all of our questions over the phone and had options in stock. I gave them a 30 minute notice and they got us in right away and were quick and efficient! Highly recommend!

This place is awesome! Great people to work with, with good attitudes. Nate helped me out tremendously on finding a set of wheels and tonneau cover for my truck and even took trade in on my oem wheels!

Staff was knowledgeable and more than willing to help me achieve the end result I was striving for. The job was scheduled and done in a timely fashion and all my questions and concerns were answered before and after it was completed without hesitation. Had some Issues with a roof rack I had installed by someone else. Called these guys and Nate told me to bring it in. Nate told me he wasn t the mechanic but he acted like one when he fixed up my roof rack for me. Thank you Accessories of Des Moines for the great service.

Talked with Kevin about options for installing air bags on my truck. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I chose a set of air lift 5000. They ordered and installed them for me, and they had it done in less time than they predicted. Fast and friendly service all the way around.

No need to go anyplace else. These people are real pros! I was having a latch issue with a roll-up bed cover that I purchased from them and installed myself a year ago. Nate Cracraft (Accessories Mgr), personally spent over an hour working to correct the issue. Nate and his crew were very professional in their approach and also quite accommodating. Especially considering I didn t have an appointment and just stopped in hoping for a quick pointer to fix it.Nate was over the top personable and welcoming. I can t recall the last time I experienced customer service like this. What a genuine rarity.Thank you, Nate!!

I went in for a new bed cover and Nate was able to get me in same day. I also asked about rims similar to the ones I have and he blew me away with the price. This is the second time I ve went here for accessories and I couldn t recommend it enough. Nate and Christine (I hope I got that right) we re amazing.

Excellent customer service.It didnt take long to get set up. They only needed 24 hours to get the Tonneau cover i wanted for me to pick up.I installed myself so that saves a little money which actually was cheaper than buying online from retailers for the same cover even before shipping cost. Highly recommend to go to them that has to do with anything you may need for your truckBonus:Nate even stayed late (after 5 on Friday) because he knew i was on my way to pick it up when he easily could have went home for the night.

I want to give a big shout out to Nate and the Accessories of Des Moines team. I have been to doing business with them on my wife's and I vehicles for a couple of years. I have had a couple of times where I needed quick responses and attention due to my poor driving skills and they have provided timely, quality work. It was an excellent experience from the time I called and Nate got me in for a spray in bed liner at my earliest convenience. Bed liner looks awesome, staff was so friendly and they even give a military discount!! Highly recommend Accessories of Des Moines!!
