We were traveling through from Nebraska to Pennsylvania and the water pump on our car went out on a Friday afternoon. By Monday evening they had us fixed and back on the road. Only little issue was I needed to wipe down everything as the steering wheel and gear shift was dirty. Not worth docking a star though!! Thank you so much Absolute Auto Repair! We made the 15 hour drive successfully!

Another great experience at Absolute Auto Repair today! Replaced rear shocks and brakes. 255,000 miles and they still keep it running great!

Easily the best place to take your car. I went to two other shops prior, one gave me a $2300 estimate for a problem I very obviously didn't have, and the other didn't do the kind of repair I needed and recommended Absolute.I was extremely lucky to have ended up at this shop as they have been extremely helpful, hardworking, and caring. They treat me with respect and I never feel like I'm being talked down to. Everything they say makes sense and I feel no need to doubt or question them (i.e. not talking as if they're talking to another mechanic, but more like a doctor to a patient).If you aren't from around here like me (from Arizona), I can confidently say you can trust this shop. Always a great experience! Travis is always very helpful and goes out of his way to get your vehicle running right. Prices are fair and reasonable. I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of getting their car service. They have a drop off box if you need to drop your car after hours. They also have a big hoist in case you have a box truck or bigger vencible.

My son are I were driving across the country to Wisconsin. We were 35 minutes outside of Des Moines and our front drive shaft came loose inside of the housing. We called Travis and he told us to come in and they could look at it. We showed up, the staff trouble shot the truck and Travis told us the truck would be done the next morning. A few hours later, Travis called and said the truck was done early.The price was reasonable, the work was done correctly, and timely. The best part was they fit us in, and really saved us. We can't thank them enough.I cannot recommend Absolute Auto Repair enough. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

Absolute auto repair did a great job getting my car fixed and back on the road. My tire came off driving down the interstate and had to be towed to absolute auto repair at 5:30 pm. I was back and able to leave with it at 10am the next day, and they helped with transportation in the meantime.I highly recommend absolute auto repair to anyone that needs great service quickly.

I recently started taking our vehicles to Absolute due to the proximity to my office. After dealing with Travis and his crew over the last handful of services, we have been impressed each time with timeliness, skill, and customer service. I would highly recommend Absolute Auto Repair! We had car malfunctions while traveling through the area, they were extremely accommodating and able to do a lengthy repair and get us back on our way home. We thought their professionalism and customer service from transportation back to their shop to get our vehicle to a follow up making sure everything was working correctly was beyond courteous.

I m thankful with all the guys who work in this auto repair shop.I was on my way to Chicago, my pick up broke down close to this shop. They took me to my hotel s room and when my pick up was ready they pick me up from my hotel s room.I don t know what did these guys do to my pick up because now it s running a lot better than before.Was it pricey? I don t know.I m impressed about the job they did and how they treated me.God blesses you guys and all your clients!

I was greeted with a smile and offered a drink and snack on the house as soon as I entered the establishment. I was able to take a much needed nap after a long night and while napping my vehicle got it's oil changed, new much needed cabin filter replaced and a new oil cap that had seen better days. I would definitely recommend having a vehicle services by this company.and Travis made sure everything was explained about my vehicle maintenance and up coming needs. Thanks Absolute Auto for an awesome experience.

We d just had our SUV serviced for a hefty price before driving from Ohio back to Colorado. To our shock, 4 hours into our 20 hour drive our SUV was vibrating and the service engine soon light was blinking . We had no choice but to continue to our hotel in Des Moines 6 more hours away. We needed help badly and quickly from someone who knew what they were doing and wouldn t take advantage of us in our time of need. We didn t know the area and were hoping to find an honest mechanic who could help us and all during the time frame of our hotel stay! The reviews for Absolute Auto Repair had me sold and I told my husband. He took our SUV there and, just like the reviews had said, Travis took such good care of us! He found and fixed the problem and went above and beyond what he had to do to help us and it was affordable as well. We re so thankful we found Absolute Auto Repair. We would be repeat customers for sure if we lived locally! Our family of 6 thanks you, Travis!!

This place was absolutely fantastic to work with! Russ was great to talk with and explained things to me. We had an unexpected issue come up and Russ worked with me to resolve everything in a professional manner. That doesn't happen at very many auto places. These guys are great and honest with high integrity. I would absolutely recommend Absolute Auto Repair!

My wife and I have been bringing our cars here for a couple years and don t have enough good things to say about Russ and his crew. As people who are not mechanically savvy we always feel comfortable with the service we receive here. They re honest about what you do and don t need and willing to tell you exactly what s going on and why you should or shouldn t do something. Prices are fair and the customer service is just top notch. Absolute Auto will have our service for a long time to come!

Russ and his team of master mechanics treat you and your vehicle right. They are friendly, thorough and honest, and they have always kept me apprised of any needed repairs. When a major repair comes up, they will explain the level of need to me clearly so I can plan to have them tackle it when it fits my schedule. I have been happy to have these folks work on my and my wife's vehicles for years and plan to keep coming back for many more.

When my car wouldn't start, all I had to do was call. They sent a wrecker to tow my car to the shop within an hour. They called me two hours later to explain the diagnosis and the options to fix it. It was fixed the next day. They also helped me get financing for the repair and checked with me in the week after, twice, just to make sure everything was running smooth. The shop is clean and the waiting area comfortable. Every employee I've ever spoken with, whether it be over the phone, email or on person, has been courteous and pleasant. I kept getting a whiff of antifreeze but couldn t find the problem. After a couple of weeks trying to find it myself, I finally took it in to Travis and asked if they could find the leak. Chad pressure tested the entire coolant system and determined my radiator cap was bad.They replaced it and the odor is gone!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I ended up at this shop after breaking down on a road trip. They addressed my vehicle immediately and I was fortunate they found the replacement part in town. Travis had it brought over right away and his team worked after hours to make sure my vehicle was taken care of and my day did not end as badly as it could have. Everyone was professional and more then accomodating to my situation. I wish I lived in town so I could give them my business again.

If you're looking for somewhere to take your vehicles look no further. My husband and I have been going to Absolute Auto for about 6 months now, and could not be happier. They're really honest guys who treat their customers right and don't try to sell you on things you don't need. They've take great care of us already and will definitely continue to get our business!

I know and have used alot of shops in town and I can confidently say that they are absolutely the best in town! They know cars, are upfront about urgent vs. future repairs, fairly priced, convenient, flexible with schedule, good follow up, clean, quick, and great customer service. Makes me want to buy a junk car so they can fix it, which I almost did and Russ and the boys saved me from a money pit by inspecting a potential purchase. Thank you!

Russ is an honest person who tells you like it is without putting you down. His team replaced the brakes on all four wheels of my car in just a couple of hours. I planed to buy a used car. Drove it to absolute auto repair for pre-purchase inspection without appointment. Unfortunately, even it was a weekday morning they are really busy at the time and couldn't do the inspection for me. While I was about to leave, Russ and one of his tech come out. They did a quick inspection for me and found a problem that was missed in the dealership store. I would highly recommend absolute auto repair.

I've been using Absolute Auto for awhile now and would recommend to all my friends and family! The manager, Russ, offers friendly and professional advice. They pay their mechanics by the hour, not by the job, so there is no incentive for the "upsale". They also have a fleet of loaner cars to get you around, which they offer at no additional cost. Very trustworthy and professional shop!

Absolute Auto was recommended to me by my Dad and my Brother. So, I knew it had to be good. They were right, this locally owned business is very good to their customers! Their prices are very reasonable as well.
