While they were very nice and accommodating, the work was not done properly. The squeak from the wheel bearing is still there, and when they replaced the mirror that was broken when we retrieved the car, it then popped out when we shut the hood at home. We unfortunately can't give them more stars and will be hesitant to recommend them to anyone.P.S. As far as "reaching out" to have everything fixed, it would mean another day off work, at least, and another person to help out with transportation back home and back again to pick up vehicle. A big "can't do!" -- things need to be done right the first time.Service: Steering & suspension repair

This place is awesome! Dave was booked a week out, but took the time to help us when he heard we were stranded traveller's. It took a good hour to diagnose our vehicle. In the end he gave us a diesel oil additive. This product was $45, and he was gonna give it to us. After paying for the additive it was clear he wasn't willing to take our money for his time, so I gave him $$ for a good dinner. This is an honest and friendly business that deserves your patronage.

I went in to see if I needed to replace my batteries. And then I got a new fuel filter. The same day. I had appointment for Monday. But they did it anyway the same day. Thank you Thank you very much. Dave and your team. Very nice and very helpful.

Had an issue with gelling fuel on a cold winter day and these guys were super helpful! They got me some new filters fairly quickly as well as a few bottles of 911 emergency additive. Their invoice was very reasonable and overall the experience was great!

My Lincoln Navigator L started acting funny on my way home today, and then a block from my house, I lost most of my transmission and had to coast the rest of the way home.I called UATC and they told me to drive slowly and come right to them, so I did. I let Amber know that we were going out of town in a few days and we re planning on taking my vehicle.An hour later, as I waited for my ride, they had diagnosed my problem, located parts and had them on the way.I expected to pick my car up in the next day or two, which I was very happy about!! Much to my surprise, Dave called this evening and said my vehicle is READY!!To say that they saved me in a bind, and did everything they could to get the job done efficiently and quickly, is a huge understatement!I wish I could give more than 5 stars, for exceeding all my expectations!Thank you UATC!!Service: Transmission repair

I had a great experience. My vehicle broke down on side of I-380 a few miles from Urbana. I'm not from the area, so I was in an uncomfortable situation even choosing who to ask for help. I took a shot in the dark and called them randomly after a quick google search. Amber was very helpful and calmed my initial worry. They towed my car, ordered my part to shop, and had me back on the road in under 2 hours. I would recommend to anyone needing trustworthy, quality work.

My truck has been stopped on weight station for break issues. I called them and they send truck service in 20 minuets. Steve worked on my trailer and was able to find and replace parts very quick. Very nice and helpful people. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs help in Iowa.Thank you so much

I had them put a water pump on,, new timing cover,, timing chain and block heater. Had my truck for 10 days for a job that billed out at 6 hrs labor. The truck was returned to me 7 days after my parts came in. The wire to the engine heater was laying on the exhaust manifold and the worst part is that a fan bolt was cross threaded. When I called, I was argued with about how much bolt was sticking out by the owner then reluctantly told to bring it back and he would drill it out and put a helicoil in it. I don't want a helicoil put in a brand new water pump, nor do I want it there another 10 days or longer. I will never use them again. I had a previous problem over a head gasket job they did on my diesel where it blew a new head gasket in record time and was told it was put back back together with a cracked head. When I went back to them, I was told the machine shop was out of business so it wasn't their issue.

WORST PLACE EVER TO WORK. Say you will make salary but then pay you hourly when it s beneficial for them because they can t afford their own employees. I would STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!! Greedy and money hungry.

We were on our way out to North Dakota from NY to hunt pheasants and had the unfortunate event of having a radiator hose leak I looked these guys up on google and they were the closest place to us. They took care of us in a big way they went out of their way and drove 40 miles to get parts for us and had us back on the road in no time flat. You guys rock!

My son went to the auto center because he had been having problems with his car and this is the first place that they actually put his car on the diagnostic machine no other mechanic has done that since he's owned this car and they seem to fixed the problem
