We were long-distance purchasers and were very happy working with Nicole Wood through the sales process. She answered our questions and helped us through the negotiations and purchase process. When we picked up our new trailer, Matt Kelty was great. He walked us around and through the whole camper and answered all of our questions. The whole experience at Bish s RV was top notch.

Bought my travel trailer at the rv show and everyone was super nice and made sure I got what I wanted. When time came for pick up everyone did what needed to be done to make my experience an awesome one. No major issues but on pick up I was even happier with my TT than when I left the show. Steve M is a huge asset to your company couldn t have found a nicer person to work with on this. Everyone else was just as much a pleasure also. The walk around for my TT was so informative and was a huge help.

If you are going to buy a camper you NEED To go to Bishs campers in Urbana, Iowa. Absolutely great people to work with. I worked with Nicole in Sales and she set me up with a 21 foot camper that I absolutely love. Christie in the store will sell you items you absolutely need to start camping. This is an outstanding team of sales and maintenance people. Mike will show you the camper and everything about it. They cover everything.

The whole team at Bish s RV in Urbana was top notch. From the moment I walked into the dealership I felt welcomed and cared for. I was able to spend as much time as I needed with the mechanic to get to know my new RV and the whole purchasing process was painless. 5 out 5 in every regard. Keep up the great customer service!

Bishs of Urbana was the 3rd dealership that we went to when looking for a travel trailer. We first went to a local dealer and then another dealer farther away. We should have gone to Bish's first. When browsing Bish's website they are truthful when saying there is no hidden fees. Only additional fees were for licensing and documents. I contact Bishs through the website and Nicole responded very quickly. I told her what my wife and I were looking for. I also told her there was another camper at a different Bish location. She had a video of that one sent to us. We made the 2 hour drive to Urbana and met with Nicole and we looked at the unit we were first interested in. We then looked at one we found the night before and that is the one we decided on. I am sure I was not the easiest customer to deal with but Nicole and her manager were very nice and made the deal go smoothly. We arranged to have our camper picked up a couple weeks later. When we arrived we were taken back to go through the unit and to be shown how everything worked. I wish I remembered the guys name for sure but he did a fantastic job walking us through and mounting the hitch and weight distribution on our truck.After we got home we noticed one of our blinds was missing a piece. We contacted the dealership and they did not let my frustrated attitude change the way the acted. They were very nice and got me the part within 5 days!!! We are very impressed with this dealership and the 2 hour drive is well worth it. Being first time camper owners this was a great experience.

Simply outstanding. We recently bought a 2024 Jayco Jay Feather from the folks at Bish Urbana. From the first phone call, to the negotiations, to the final walkthrough and payment process, we have nothing but positive things to say. In fact, I'd say this is the best customer service we have experienced in a very long time. Mike, the regional manager, and Charlie, our salesperson, were outstanding to work with, along with every other person involved. This dealership was about 3 hours away but we choose to make the drive, even though there was the exact trailer about 5 miles from us, simply because of their stellar customer service. I would highly recommend Bish and will not hesitate to return in the future!

I was working with Matt H, I believe he is the finance manager. He was great to work with. I was more looking for a golf cart rather than a camper. I did tour several of the rigs there just to see what was out there in the RV market. I was was very impressed. I passed some information along to my good friend Andrew. Bish s seemed like a really nice place.

My husband and I just picked up our '23 Forest River Wildwood FSX today and our experience could not have been better from start to finish.We came down a week ago to look for our first RV. Steve and Nicole both helped guide us and shared features of a couple units we had in mind and answered all our questions.We returned today to pick up our RV and got the full VIP treatment. Matt did a very thorough job with our orientation and made sure we were 100% comfortable before we left. Johnny had done a fantastic job detailing the inside prior to our arrival. Justin made the actual purchase process very easy--including the virtual meeting with David.As it turns out, the GM was visiting the Urbana location today and stopped by our vehicle as we were ready to leave--just to be sure we were satisfied with our experience.We are indeed "Happy Campers"!

We had done a lot of research on travel trailers and landed on a few particular ones we wanted to come check out. Justin was responsive to our questions before we were even able to make it down from Madison, WI. Was absolutely no pressure sales and transparency. I can't say enough about what a wonderful experience it was, and that's from Justin in sales, Matt in finance and the tech Matt. It was definitely worth the drive! Kudos to Bish's!

Big shout out to the great folks at Bish's RV of Center Point-Urbana. This deal took several months because of some solar, Lithium battery, inverter upgrades we requested be made. They kept me informed every step of the way as work was done. True to their word, the work was top notch and upon pick up the White Hawk 29 BH, had no issues as they had done several walk throughs to repair items. Great service staff who know their business.Made this purchase long distance from Utah and it was worth the 2400 mile roundtrip to pick this up. No high pressure salespeople and the front office staff were super friendly and so very kind. Made the fact we were there on a very snow day all worth it.The walk through was great and so appreciated. Most the sales staff were at the local RV Show, so it was pretty quiet the day we picked up. The team made sure we got our grill that comes with all Jayco Trailers. Bish's did everything they said they would do and made sure it was a great buying experience. Thanks folks.

We purchased a used 2022 Cherokee Wolf Pup here recently. The staff seemed friendly and welcoming. We picked out our camper a week ahead of time and the Justin was very helpful and informative. The process of purchasing the camper was smooth and problem free. The only issue is when we arrived for pickup, they had removed the backup camera that was already on the camper as a factory option. When I asked the mechanic during our walthrough he said it was removed because there was no monitor with it.I did research in the camper and a standard factory option was an insight backup camera that links to the camper control center and can be controlled via the One control app. It was not until I questioned the sales manager about the removal of this camera they told me they would reinstall it before we left, which they did in fact do.My worry is that somebody that did not research for themselves could have been fooled into purchasing a very expensive accessory that should have stayed with the unit to begin with.Beyond this hiccup the experience went pretty well.

We just set up for our first trip with our Jayco White Hawk 27RB and we are so happy. Bish's delivered it all the way from Iowa to SW Kentucky right to my garage on Jan. 1 and we just set up to camp today. Everything went perfectly and is working perfectly after that long trip and long wait in the garage. This camper has all the bells and whistles to make it so comfortable and a little luxurious. We keep being surprised with nice little details. We even had a card to send off for a free Blackstone grill. It's all I wanted and more and we have had a great experience with Justin and Wade and all the staff of Bish's. I got a great deal and I had compared with many other dealers. Oh my goodness where do I begin?! Matt H and his team were so helpful. I could not have been more pleased. I went in there not knowing what to expect and left with a renewed appreciation for camping and exploring the great outdoors! I can't wait to go camping with my crew on a fishing trip... If it ever gets planned (Dustin). Highly recommend Bish RV in Urbana!

After buying our camper at another Winnebago dealer (regrettably) and having problems we called Bish s in Urbana. They were awesome! Jazmynn was our first sign that things would be taken care of. She was so professional and understood our situation. Justin, Johnnie, Robert, Steve B and crew were all professional and knowledgeable. Our camper was fixed right the first time! They are nice. Took my 2022 Jayco in for a water pump and a door issue and didn't hear anything back for weeks. I ended up calling them multiple times to fi d out what was going on, and they hadn't even made a warranty claim to Jayco yet. Finally got a call it was completed, and when I picked it up, the door hadn't been touched. Still hard to open and close. For a 1st time client, you would think they would have tried a little harder to make the experience positive.

I HAD AN ISSUE WITH MY BATTERIES NOT CHARGING. ONE PHONE CALL TO BISHFIX. TONY THE TECHNICIAN CALLED ME BACK 15 MINUTES LATER (ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON). THE ISSUE WAS SOLVED. A TOTAL OF ABOUT 40 MINUTES. VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, INFORMATIVE.GREAT SUPPORT.

We took a long road trip from California to Iowa to pick up a Winnebago trailer. From our first contact with Justin in sales to Johnny who detailed EVERYTHING to Mike who executed a complicated hitch installation, we we re so impressed with all the staff at Bish s in Urbana. Great deal on my Winnebago TT. The whole buying experience was great. I paid cash so I was in and out very fast. I moved to Idaho or else I would visit this business for my RV needs. But there's a Bish's here too, so I'll have to check them out.

We were trying to get a great deal on a Jayco travel trailer and had a budget we needed to stay within. We're in Idaho, so it was a major bummer when we saw the exact model RV we wanted at a GREAT price point, but it was located over 1000 miles away at Bish's of Center Point-Urbana...IOWA!!! We took a chance and reached out to Ryan who, to our surprise, was willing to work with us and actually worked out an amazing deal. Because of circumstances beyond our control, we sadly had to back out of the deal. But not to worry, Ryan completely understood and - without hesitation - promptly refunded our $1000 deposit. I know... not the happiest of endings, but it goes to show that these guys care about their customers (or almost-customers). Thanks again to Ryan and all of those involved. Cheers! Glen & Teri

This company has a new program called BishFix and this is the most helpful experience I ve received so far! Robert Clark was my RV Technician and helped me diagnose what the issue was with my furnace and fridge.. BishFix is a one-on-one video call that uses your phones camera to show your technician what your issue is and they can talk you through how to fix the issue. Again, excellent service; this is the future!

Much, much better this time around... Nichole was very helpful as our salesperson showing me the trailer and getting me the deal I wanted...Matt worked hard getting me the terms I needed to finalize the sale, the finance department did not try to pressure me into purchasing all the extras and the service department walked me thru the trailer and allowed to inspect every inch of it and took care of the couple of issues that I found right away...

Update: After leaving a 1 star review the General Manager, Mike, called me to get an better understanding of why we left them only 1 star. I explained the issues we had ran into and after 9 months none of our complaints had be handled. Mike ended the call with a promise that someone would be reaching out us to get the camper in to review our list of issues. Within the hour someone from the location reached out to us. We found out from Wade that our issue with the door was denied back in October 2022, but they got the camper in the shop within the week. Grant took made a list of all the issues we had. Less than 7 day later Grant said it was ready for pick up. We went to pick it up and my only complaint is with the counter in the kitchen peeling up still, but Grant hopped on the opportunity to try and glue it down better before we left. The counter and the bathroom door handle are now being submitted to warranty. Thanks Grant for giving us a better experience and I hope you are recognized for your great work and strong customer service skills!Original Post:Buying a camper from here was a huge mistake. We've had nothing but issues with the service team after running into issues with our first adventure out. We were told by the manager, Tim, that we'd hear back from them on warranty work with our 2022 camper "soon". The heat/cool system had torn duct work with no output to the bathroom and bunk house area (they fixed that but tore a hole in the vinyl flooring in the process and tried "fixing it" and didnt even tell us it had happened), you can see daylight from the main bedroom when the front outside storage doors are open and 6-7 months later no follow up on a non locking front door. Super frustrating when you spend money to have fun and make memories with your family just to feel ripped off.

Such a wonderful company! We had never been there before. Opened the front door and this beautiful friendly smile greets us.Regina Warner.Wow, did she know her stuff. We were wanting a smaller pull behind. Yet larger than the one we had. There was one in the show room. It had two doors. We were not interested. She goes. Why don t you just walk through it. All I had to do was open the door. I fell in love. Took a little more persuasion for my husband. Ring it again. He also loved it. We were not really there to buy a camper. We were going to go on down the road. She showed us some other units. Of course we ended back up with the first one and we purchased it she went through everything and all the pluses of this unit. Thank you Regina. It was nice meeting you and you are a wonderful sales woman. Keep up the good work.

Thank you to the service and sales team for getting the new unit delivery checked in promptly even after typical delivery hours and getting the hours corrected on the sheet.
