We bought a new 2 door Bronco Wildtrack from Jerry in 2022. This was during the height of the car market and most dealers were charging 5k-15k "market adjustments" on the new Broncos because they were so hard to get. Jerry agreed verbally to MSRP and when it showed up roughly a year after ordering that's exactly what he sold it to us for. He even had other dealers attempting to buy it at 10k over sticker. It's a low pressure sales environment and hes a very good guy to work with. We'll be back in the future.

We have always appreciated the way that we have been treated at O'rourke Motors. Jerry in sales makes buying a vehicle an awesome experience. We have bought many vehicles from them. I am a business owner and just don't have time to do the "I'll go talk to my sales manager" routine. We are treated well all the time, from sales to Brad and his crew in service, they all do a great job! Their people also exemplify the same attitude to us at every level. Don't change a thing! Thank you!!

We traveled from Indiana to buy a car here. So great to deal with someone who is primarily focused on serving the customer. Had the opportunity over a couple weeks to speak with several dealers looking for the car we wanted, and no other came across as well as O Rourke.

Since picking up my F150 from them, I have had a couple small issues. I called on both instances and received really no assistance whatsoever. It's just not the same service I've received from other dealerships in the area. One issue was an upholstery issue and was told to take it to an upholstery shop, get it fixed, take pictures and at that point they would see if it would be covered by warranty. Maybe this is an issue with Ford itself and not the dealership. But the dealership acted as though it's a hassle and not worth doing.

We drove an hour and a half to buy a Ford Taurus. The staff was very helpful, courteous and honest. We loved working with the owner. This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. We would highly recommend O Rourke Motors!

Helped my sister buy an Escape from O'Rourke Motors. The salesman was honest and polite and gave us a great deal on the vehicle. My sister has owned the car for 6 months and absolutely loves it! I keep O'Rourke at the top of my list whenever I need service or a new vehicle.

Great place to do business with! Everyone was very knowledgeable and your salesman is the owner, no bouncing back and forth with salesman and manager. Service department is awesome! I have bought 2 trucks there and see no reason to go anywhere else. Worth the drive from Cedar Rapids!

The Ford Dealership that was there was great and built a new building South of town. The best advertising specialist in Eastern Iowa, JAB Ink Grafix & Designs is in this location now and couldn't have made it look any better. Sure shows what hard work and dedication can do.
