We were on a cross-country trip and lost a wheel on I-80. Jamial helped us arrange a tow to his shop. He was very gracious about our interrupting his scheduled clients to get our vehicle in quickly and get us on our way. We were camped out in his comfortable waiting area while repairs were done. He stayed to finish when the part showed up late. Very professional and we cannot say enough good things about Jamial's shop and service!

10 out of 10!!! Highly recommend!! I will never go anywhere else as long as this man is in business!!! In and out!! Very fair pricing!! And not the type of Mechanic that s just trying to squeeze an extra dollar out of you!! I had been told so much, was wrong with my vehicle by different mechanics that I was on the verge of selling it!!! I took it to him and found out I was just being milked for money!!!

I was so blown away by my experience here. I desperately needed an oil change, had a day off & called several places, Solid was the only place that could get me in same day. It was extremely quick, and the owner was not only extremely professional but honestly an angel. He gifted me an oil change & wished me happy holidays, an act of tremendous generosity for a complete stranger. I had been having a very rough 24 hours before that and this experience completely changed my day & perspective! I will be going back and recommending to all of my friends as long as I live in the area. So grateful for this place and the amazing experience!

Wife broke down late at night with the carand this was the place the tow company recommended. They were prompt, courteous, and did a great job. You never know what you are going to do when your vehicle breaks down while in another state, and its always great to find a place like this.

Our family was traveling from out of state through the area when we had some car troubles (underside engine/splashguard partially broke and was dragging under the vehicle). I googled "auto shops near me" while we were at the gas station. Solid Auto came up as a mile away. We took our chance and drove on over there. The mechanic said he could help us out. He put our vehicle on the lift and took off the broken shield/guard in minutes. He saved our trip! The shop was very clean and he was very kind. If we lived in the area, we would 100% take all of our vehicles there and would recommend to all our family and friends.Service: Auto maintenance

They quoted me a good price for a thermostat replacement for my friend. They made an appointment and took care of it quickly and were super nice. Also helped me for free get the lug nuts off my junker car I was trying to replace the alternator. Good karma and a future customer was created. Highly recommend Solid!

Finally a mechanic I can trust!! I have always felt uncomfortable as a female bringing my car in to get serviced because I have no idea what my vehicle needs so I'm at the mercy of the mechanic, hoping they are not trying to get over on me. Jamial sent me a video inspection of my vehicle showing me exactly what was needed, full transparency. I'm so thankful to have found Solid Auto!
