One of the best parts stores in town. If they don t have the parts you re looking for they can try to get the parts in and if not they know where to go.

Decently friendly and knowledgeable staff. Only bad experience I had was receiving an order I had placed online for a dash cam. When I picked it up and got it home I discovered the mounting bracket was broken. Took it back to the store and was given some parts from another package, which I later discovered was also broken. When I went back for the third time, they just took the product back and issued a refund without trying to replace the broken product. I did not ask for a refund, I just wanted a functioning product that I had payed for.

A gentleman name Humberto assisted me in getting a windshield wiper replaced which I bought in Denison and he honored the install for me and had it done in like a minute. This store will get more of my business

June 3, 2022 6:23pmAt the Storm Lake location, the young lady that helped me over the phone (Britney) was very helpful, also when I picked up the supplies.On the other hand, the man (did not catch his name) behind the counter did what seemed to be his best not to serve me. i.e.- repeatedly (5 times) mis-entering my phone number (repeating it back to me incorrectly each time) as I repeated it more clearly, looking in the wrong place for my order when I could clearly see it, then not wanting to ring up my purchase when Britney brought it to him.

Poorly run store try not to go here but all other parts stores didn't have what we needed. They ordered a part but never called to let us know it was in, manager was rude whole time.

Went inn in a super cold day to see if they could replace my battery terminal since I am from out of town. Aron replaced the terminal with a great attitude.

They are a ok parts store, they probably got the part you need but I find customer service to be better when I go to Arnold's.
