I would give them a zero if I could. DO NOT buy a vehicle from them. I have had the 2010 terrain I bought from them only a week to find out that the car they said there was nothing wrong with needs a freaking new engine.. Not will to even try and make it right. Knowing I put my last penny on a vehicle two other mechanic's said they had to know the engine was bad. They are totally dishonest and will totally screw you.. So now I spent the last money I had and have no vehicle. Such wrong moral and business practices

Have a lot of used vehicles. Pricing is reasonable and a lot of variety. Bought one from them years ago and planning on buying another one from them some.

I called down asking about a car which they said was in perfect condition, i test drove it and decided to take it. Not even a week later all the dash lights were on and i had to get a part replaced an ive had for less then a month and the transmission went out. If your looking for a reliable dealership this is NOT the answer.

I called on a vehicle multiple times with cash down up front, was told it needs mechanic work done, waited a week called again, still in the shop. Waited a week or 2 again, called them back was told I'd receive a call when it's ready. Left my number every time. It was SOLD TODAY. Oh the irony Zero communication.

We drove over and hour to purchase a vehicle and they sold it to us knowing the transmission was going out on it so we lost out in 2500 dollars. I would never ever purchase a vehicle from this place again the car was not running within days of our purchase and there was nothing we could do

Buyer beware. Purchased used vehicle recently, less than 2 days after having the vehicle, check engine light came on. Ten codes came up, with a wide range of issues. Pretty rotten business to clear out codes, not disclose any issues to dump a vehicle. When I inquired about the noise and how loud it runs, they commented that this is typical with this type of vehicle........with further inspection, the entire exhaust was taken out and a straight pipe was run. Unbelievable. I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealer or any of its affiliates. Wish there were an option for zero stars.

We spent a month looking at every used dealership in ne iowa to find a reliable suv. This was the only place that had something to fit our needs. They had more than one good option for us. They were really great to work with. Also the have such a lovely and welcoming door greeter (dog). Thank you guys!

I bought a seemingly nice Honda from Albertson Auto. After purchasing the car "as is" and letting it cool down, we found the transmission was completely out. The repairs cost over $3,000. He was unwilling to help with his mistake. As a repair man, I would hope he would have noticed such an issue. The reasonable car became absolutely unaffordable due to tricky sales. I do not recommend purchasing a car from Albertson Auto.

My daughter and her boyfriend bought an 2007 pontiac grand prix gxp v8 in september 2016. They went to get the car after signing papers left not even with 18 mins of driving it .Headgaskets went out. They got the car back in october 2016. They put a used junkyard motor in it and they been having issues since them every month since then. They tried to trade it in and Duane said that he knows the issues it has and had issues and He doesnt want it back. They are not happy with the car at all.

Do Not Buy From This Dealer!! He will say anything to sell junk auction vehicles! Run VINs on cars on the lot and see what you find out!

Bought a 2004 Chevy Avalanche from them, but ended up having some brake issue right on the way home with it. Thankfully every one came together and got every thing sorted out and fixed and got me back on the road.Professional people that value their customers.

They are the garbage cars from the Decorah Ford/Chevy dealer across from Walmart. Sold me a pile that I'm sure will haunt me for a while. Either way be cautious....
