Very clean , kind service and great breakfast . My husband stayed here 2 weeks before I got in town and he enjoyed his stay and we had to return 2 times to finish a job and the staff was very accommodating with our service dog. All 3 rooms were very clean and the air conditioning worked great. The beds were very comfortable and they had all the need toiletries needed for showering and a hair dryer and iron that worked properly. They have Wi-Fi and cable along with roku television and a swimming pool and hot tub available indoors. Outdoors is a covered seating area and grills for cooking that were cleaned both times we used them. No smoking indoors so the rooms smelt nice . And although we were an hour late checking out they did not charge additional fees they just requested we state we needed to inform them of a late checkout. It s in the central part of the city so Walmart was close . Also a great Mexican food restaurant across the street along with a few other near restaurants, fast food within .5-1 mile, and delivery is accepted if you want to order in . But don t miss the breakfast it is very good and well setup.

It is a great place for families. The rooms are big enough and the hot tub is a nice addition when you want to relax. The management and staff were courteous and helped us late at night when the kids messed up the room. We were there during their peak seasons (county fair) but the staff was handling the extra load with smiles all the way.

I absolutely love staying here at Reston Inn at Spencer. I Stay at hotels 50-100 times a year, and this is one of the finest. I go out of my way to be here. The staff treat me better than my own family. It is always fresh and clean, I get a great nite sleep...very quiet, fabulous opportunities near by for restaurants. Can't say enough good things about this place.Rooms: Clean, Clean, Clean. Everything is available-nice setupNearby activities: Shopping areas are super close by...I use my carSafety: Surrounding areas are well lit, cameras and faces major roadWalkability: Nice lighting, even great for a midnight strollFood & drinks: 3 restaurants within walking distance...I can drink as much as I want and safely get back...nice

They put us in separate bldg 16 stairs to climb. No elevator. We are Sr citizens with bad backs. Was told elevators not required. No Kleenex in room, half roll of toilet paper, dirty towels behind bathroom door from prior folks stay. Bathroom light turns off tv. NO LOCAL channels available thanks to new owners. Room smells like old smoke.no amount of paint and carpeting will cover that up. The good reviewers must have been paid. The website is deceiving. I have to tolerate one more night so they don t charge me and then I m out of this place. Oh yeah. Also the toilet seat is broke and you slide all over. Thumbs down.

Exposed wires hanging from the ceiling where a light fixture should be. Chipped paint, scratched furniture, the bathroom faucet was installed backwards so hot was actually cold, etc.Nearby activities: We chose it because it was near the fairgrounds.

Smaller breakfast selection as no hot entree options like eggs or sausage but make your own waffles were good. Orange juice was very sweet. We stayed in the room with 3 queen beds and we're really appreciative of the extra space. TV was kind of far from the beds however. Pool and lobby were frequently busy but didnt hamper our overnight stay. Furniture was fine, in good condition and the room was clean. Hallway had a musty odor but didn't carry through much into the room with the a/c on.

Nice, quiet, good value and clean. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, although visibly overwhelmed by the lack of available workers in the area. The facility was modern and quite comfortable for the 5 days we stayed here. The reason for the missing star? ZERO healthy options for breakfast. Sugared cereals, breads, biscuits and gravy or waffles. Packaged flavored oatmeal? Tons of sugar. Even a dish of fresh fruit would have been very welcomed and easy for the limited staff to manage. We will plan ahead next time. There was fortunately a grocery store nearby so we could make healthy choices in the morning.Update: on our last night in town, the front desk staff apparently rented out the room that my teenage sons were staying in. Imagine how surprised one of them was when a stranger with a valid room key let himself in! I don't believe that the computer would have allowed that. Human error and a security breach of an unacceptable nature.

There was a mouse in the room Sunday morning. We called the front desk to keep it private, rather than go to the front desk (across the parking lot). Was told the Gen. Mgr. would call me Monday; she didn't. I called her Tuesday, she offered a $11.20 rate reduction, as we received a special rate. I said that was ridiculous. My wife followed up with the owner who said the Gen. Mgr. would call that day. She didn't. When my wife followed up, she basically called my wife a liar and accused her of trying to extort our way out of paying. All of this on top of the failure to honor medical request for first floor room for both rooms we reserved. Was told the assignment clerk didn't read special instructions. We have stayed at this location for over ten years and had been satisfied. Not sure of current ownership and management.

Casual check-in,room was fine, clean, quiet and a good sleep.Breakfast was ok (I would have said 'good' but the hot food was depleted and not refilled during our time in the room, with just two eggs left) with warm eggs/oatmeal/cereal/bagel/bagged donuts.coffee and juice.

Our family had a very pleasant stay at this place. The room is clean and the customer service is wonderful. The staff at the front desk responded to our request quickly and professionally. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

Disappointed that hot breakfast ends at 9 everyday. Rooms clean. Pool nice. Beds comfortable. Price decent.Nearby activities: Lot of lakes for fishing and camping within 30 minutes.

The staff was friendly but you couldn't get it out of your head that they were covering up something. The pictures for the "King Suite" are very misleading. There is no kitchen as shown and what they call a "Suite" is an extra two walls in the back of the room giving you a 6' by 10' area that is mostly taken up by the writing table with the coffee maker on top. The "Cable TV" was about 14 channels of "Nothing on". They showed on the screen that Showtime was free. Of course it's free, you could not get it to come up on the screen. Also was a link to some Music. No. "Does not recognize this device". Also can't get Direct TV movies. Told the staff and they said that Showtime was having a problem. I said, Ok, what about the music and other. We didn't know you were having trouble with that, is what they said. I did tell them. Now I am a little put out so I tell them to forget it. My wife and I paid $155.00 for THIS? Next time will go to the Holiday Inn Express.

Room was fine. Clean and roomy. However........when we arrived7/22/21, our wing looked like a demolition zone and smelled like a glue factory. It was a new carpet/ new mattresses renovation and the carpets were nice and the mattress comfy, but you don't renovate a motel on the fly. But the main deficiency was - is - the so-called breakfast.it barely exists. Bagels, cereal, sausage biscuit. And no coffee until asked, both mornings so far. If you come here, don't plan on breakfast h e re.

Days Inn was very nice. I was surprised when I realized that there was no elevator!! I had a very heavy suit case and my wife had recently broke her foot. So I had to haul everything while there. They also missed our room one day. We stayed there 3 days. All was not bad The staff was very nice. The motel breakfast was okay and the facility was fine. I would still go back.

Never, ever stay here!!! I arrived late because my wife was in the hospital. I had called earlier in the day and was assured that I would have a room for the night. The room had never been cleaned. Only one of the beds was made up. No towels. The bathroom was a mess. Used soap in the shower. A soiled shower curtain lying on the floor which I had to rehang in order to shower in the morning. The floor was dirty, clearly hadn't been vacuumed. One of the lamps was missing a lampshade. A complete disaster. I would have gone to a different hotel, but we were traveling with our dog and this was the last hotel in town that took pets and had rooms available.
