Customer service is terrible! No call back or email back after multiple attempts. I suggest not wasting your time with these guys! Waited a week for my appliances and then they just stop all communication!

The prices were good, too bad service is bad.We bought 5,000.00 worth of appliances. They dented a wall moving it in, said they didn't. Dryer didn't work a week after purchase, guy came out spent a hour and half, after being 45 min late, told us the problem, ordered part, which I had to call to see if it was in, he came over a week later to put it in only to tell us it's not the problem. Another week passes I call again, to check on the part, of course it's there. Now we are scheduled to have this part put in but not for 6 more days....never again.

Purchased an appliance from them in August of 2021 and by Christmas Day had a huge issue. The oven rack collapsed as I was removing Christmas dinner. Food and juices went all over. Luckily I was not burned. As soon as possible we contacted to report the issue. Whirlpool Corporate requires them to try to fix the issue in 3 separate attempts. Finally it was deemed scrap and they issued a replacement to be sent. Weeks later we find that the replacement was being sent to another vendor in Fairmont Minnesota??? Months went by and after NUMEROUS calls to Whirlpool Corporate ( horrendous wait times, hung up on, transfers to correct departments, etc) it was determined that the stove was lost ! They shipped a replacement and it actually made it in 2 weeks. The problem was that when I inspected the stove it also had a faulty rack system. Was told I should have purchased something more than the entry level stove ( Paid 870.00 total)!!!! I refused the new stove. My complaints were finally heard and I demanded a return of my money from the place that I actually purchased it from. The credit finally made it into my account on April 18th!!!!! Almost 4 months to resolve. The customer service is horrible. I will never purchase from them again.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They have the absolute worst customer service and even worse ethics and morals! We spent almost $6000 on appliances and then have only been lied to and treated horribly when we discovered they had sold the refrigerator that we had already paid for. Brian tells me, how bout I give you your money back and we go our separate ways . That was his solution to the problem instead of trying to help us out. So, they said they would refund the money to my credit card. The refund showed up as pending that afternoon. Now 3 days later it is no longer there! So, they have my $6000 and I have no appliances!!! Do NOT give them your business!

Had a problem with brand new washer. They took the new washer for repairs, giving me a loaner. I have waited for communications for 5 months with no update. I went to their store last week and was told the manager was gone, but would call me back. Five days later, no call. So I called to ask for communication about my property that is in their possession. The manager "was not able to come to the phone." Later in the day, the manager is "gone for the day." Consumer beware of their unacceptable communications when anything goes wrong!

This is my place to get tires. Honest and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Last week I had an issue. Done in 30 minutes. Thanks, Chris and Company. I have also purchased many appliances from Nielsen's. But local if possible. They stand behind products.

Wonderful service helping someone in need! I was in dire straits as my car seemed to vibrate/shake after new tires had been placed on the rear of my car. The available technician, Marlon, was an absolute gem! Very knowledgeable about my car, make, and how differentials worked on a Subaru. He knew exactly what to check and found my new tires hadn't been balanced correctly, one was over by 8oz!! He fixed the issue and was friendly all the time, taking time to explain everything. If I ever have another car tire problem in Spencer, I'm coming here!

Would give a 0 but is none. The service department is terrible. Have a dryer that I bought there and the repair man didn t even look at it but said that it was the computer board which would cost between $300.00 to$400.00 to replace. Have another company look at it and is only a $20.00 part. The dryer doesn t even have a computer board. How can you say what is wrong when you don t even look at it. My sister and I have bought all of our appliances from here but never again. If anyone asks I will tell them to not go to your store

If I could give less than one star I would. Long story short, we were desperate for a fridge. The only one my mom kind of liked had to be purchased as a floor model. It was a lot of money, so of course she was inspecting it for scratches. While her back was turned, the guys helping us were very deliberately laughing at her and rolling their eyes. She didn't know and was still ready to drop her hard earned money there. I said absolutely not and told her exactly what happened in the car. Never will go back. The place is a joke.

Just bought a Maytag french door refrigerator and a 55" LED. Terrific prices and a really nice young salesperson.They had tried to fix my old side by side but it was going to be too expensive. They had a service guy out there in a day. We were well pleased.Robert

Answered all my questions, picked out washer, dryer and dishwasher in less than half hour. Did not oversell. Two really nice install young men ( the very next day...lucky timing!)

Would give a 0 rating if could. Customer service is terrible. Having problem with appliance purchased there and cannot get a call back from the owner, after being told by manufacturer they cannot honor warranty, due to how my invoice from store is written.

Always great service! Great prices and anytime I've had my car in the shop there the mechanic is very helpful and does a great job getting the job done correctly and in a timely manner

Awful place bought washer and dryer there washer made very loud noise sounded broken called to have them look at it and they charged a service fee even though it was the same day they delivered ridiculous. Go elsewhere

Awful experience there. 3 sales people very rude and very sloppy. Not professional at all! Acted like they did not want to help customers at all. We won't be back!
