They really took the time to make sure that I was okay and comfortable with everything. Also I did have a lot of fun picking out a car and everything.

What great guys here, it's a service you might only need once ,but man does it feel good to see the past roll away, and see the forgotten have a chance at a new purpose. That's right, these guys, knowingly or not, are giving these vehicles, that have been cast away by both time and human owners, new life!So don't be afraid, tell doubt to take a hike, and find those parts, because you can do it yourself. Complete the cycle of this transformation from lost, to found.

Thief's. They could afford to buy vehicles for more then they do.They make a killing on every single vehicle.

Great place to grab some parts on the run. Most parts are cheap although some seem basically retail. You must pay 2$ to go into the yard for an environmental fee. All around great people and the cars are plentiful. Have not had a part I could not find.

I appreciate this business being available to our town surrounding communities. It's very useful. However, if I may make a suggestion.. Owners- buy a large dry erase board. Place on wall behind a plastic shield of sorts..Mark out with with skinny black tape all your parking spots for your salvage cars. Make it so each row has 50-70 cars each.. Or however many.. Have your secretary mark each spot simply with a Year and Model.Example:2007FordFsnSESo it makes it easier to find the cars.. It was in "order" but yet... A mess. And really.. How easy it would be to change the board upon arrivals and departures ...?Super simple.HELL, I need a job- Ill come get it more customer friendly and make the sometimes stressful hunt and gathering process a smidge easier... Also... Golf cart service would be FANTASTIC... walking was ZILCH fun...Get a ride straight to the car and back- add $3.00.Total lot fee $5.00.Ive got ideas!DM me on Facebook!

Friendly staff and a wide variety of parts which gets 'rotated' fairly regularly, which means that they send cars into the crusher about 150 times a week.So if you find the part you need, you better grab it quick because if you go through the process of getting the parts ready to come off and have to leave, someone else might take advantage of your labor and 'steal' the part from under you or it might have all been for naught as the vehicle might be crushed the next day

Very organized place. I've never done one of these before so I'm glad the staff were as helpful as they were. Just don't forget to bring your tools lol.

Left a tool accidently in the yard, I was very far away at this point. Called, asked if they could grab it and hold it for a couple days. I told them the exact row and on the exact truck where I left it. They said no. I go once a week and spend money there, they couldnt help me out for a 2 min walk... not worth my business, going to Gustoff and Sons for now on. Screw this place, bad cust service. Their pricing is expensive compared to other yards, shop around.

Everything usually you looking for to repair your vehicle at a reasonable price. Junk your car for fair prices. Friendly, and helpful staff.

Cars were well laid out, two dollars entrance fee but the prices were well worth it. Got an aluminum rim for a fraction of the price at other yards. Friendly people too.

Friendly and helpful staff. I spent over a hundred dollars on parts. The gate charge and the "environmental charge came to over $10.00 witch I didn't appreciate.

If there's a nerdy guy wearing a fadora leave right away he doesn't know anything about cars(probably knows more about Skyrim and Dungeons & Dragons than anything else). He'll argue with you and then overcharge you and if you don't want the part He'll make you walk clear across the lot to put it back.or if don't write down the stock number you got the vehicle from because they don't tell you you walk clear across the lot again. They have a core charge on almost everything which is ridiculous. The only good thing is they have a good selection but will charge you up the @$$ for something. Only go there as a last resort

NO CASH RETURNSYou get 90-days "store credit" if you return an item. Sucks if you don't live in the area.HIDDEN "ENVIRONMENTAL FEES"They attach a non-refundable "environmental fee" to nearly everything. This is just a hidden BS handling fee. I returned a battery I bought from them yesterday (wrong size) & the Enviro Fee was not refunded. Cheapskates.USED BATTERIES:It's a great place to get cheap, tested used batteries. $25 + $12 core-fee (refundable if you bring in another battery) + $2.50 "environmental fee" + tax = $42 --> still less than half of Walmart. But watch out for no-cash returns.JUNKING A CAR:They don't pay much when you bring in a car -- $100-300 max (in my experience).MOSTLY OLDER VEHICLESI haven't found many cars newer than 10 y/o in their yard, maybe they re-sell or piece-out the newer models.Overall, I nice DIY parts resource for the Spencer area, but watch for those hidden fees, terms & conditions.

This is just another company finding a way to milk every dollar it can from you . This company has no morals. You pay to get into there yard and then you pay an environmental fee. Ask these people how much of your fee goes to the environment ?

Bring tools, save money. Would be pretty cool if they'd have a listing online of current cars in the yard and maintain it on at least a weekly basis.

Grab & Go is an auto salvage facility that you go in and pull your own parts. There is no guarantee that they will have what you need, but the prices are right. If you're looking for a place locally to get used car parts check here.
