If I could I would give Tran 10 stars. He knows what he is doing and made the claim process so easy. The only thing I am sorry about is that two days after we got it back, looking like new, my son hit a deer. I would go back to him no questions asked. The quality of workmanship is excellent.

I was in a car accident going to Iowa and I used Tran collision to fix my car a few years back. Initially, I thought he did a great job. But now that I had a closer look at my car, he did not replace the right parts on my car which causing a lot of noise when driving. It was a very sloppy job to get thousands of dollars and also a dishonesty to not inform me that the parts weren t fit right in my car. He could have just give me a call and tell me that I needed to wait for longer time for him to order the right part that fit my car or something that the time. But he didn t, he just found whatever to fit it temporarily. Additionally, lot of my screws were not putting back to where it supposed to be. I really do not appreciated the dishonesty of this business did to me.

Stopped in for an estimate and they were fast and courteous. They also were very knowledgable and answered all our questions. Thank you very much for the help.

The owner Tran was so wonderful and fixed my minor problem in 10 minutes and it was amazing very friendly very kind God bless you thank you!!
