First time visitor from Texas. I arrived without an appointment and was able to be squeezed in. The front desk people were friendly and easy to deal with. My full synthetic oil change was reasonably priced and they reset my oil life sensor. Highly recommend them!

Travelling with two horses in a large trailer on a very long haul across the continent and had a major tire failure. They fit us in right away and took care of ensuring we were safe to continue. Special thank you to Jared for his attentive service

I brought my truck in to figure out why the brake lights didn't work. When I checked in, I spoke to Marco. I told him I have a service contract for my truck, and asked if they accepted these. He wasn't sure. Another guy standing nearby who was all whiskers and long hair immediately piped up "we're not messing with that". He went on to say maybe if it turned out to be a big job, they might accept it. He didn't say what a "big job" was. I said I needed my brake lights fixed regardless, and I would pay one way or another. It turned out only the bulbs needed to be replaced. I paid with my debit card.I need to know if your shop does or doesn't accept service contracts. Otherwise, if it depends on the attitude of whoever the counterman is, it's time for me to look elsewhere for truck tires or repairs.

These guys are awesome! They have been servicing my car for over 2 years now. Great communicators to let you know when your car is done, what it needs, and will call if they see anything out of the norm and ask to fix it since you re already there. Great prices and quick service!

Been doing business with Tires 3 for over 35 years. Great business. Buy all my tires there & do my car maintenance there as well. Now live 3 hours away & still comeback when it is necessary. Significant price increase for oil change which I was made aware of prior to job completion. Probably the norm since everything else goes up. Will be back when it becomes necessary. Daryl Fletcher

I usually go there for most of the car services the older gentlemen John If I m not mistaken on his name he is very nice and good about arranging anything for us or working with our schedule, but the younger guy that is at the front desk is very rude and because of him, I decide to get Service somewhere else, he needs to work on been much nicer and kind. We all have bad days, but we are paying for the service.

Absolutely amazing customer service! 10/10!I brought in my older vehicle that will soon become my teenage son's school car. The entire team helped me troubleshoot the issue and make sure this car will be safe for my kiddo! They were kind, patient, and the service was very fast!

John was great for service. However we got there 10:45am. Said we got there soon enough that shouldn t take long to get new tires on. Got done about 2:45pm. This isn t the part that bothers me. It s that he said they didn t have time to get to the alignment. Needed us to come back another day. Well got the tires for my sons car. Doesn t live in town as in college. Won t be back for almost a month so now has to drive car for a month with car not alignment. He will also have to drive an extra hour and a half to get it aligned. So the inability to do it all on a day they could have kept the car another hour and 15 minutes before they closed. This is now time and extra gas money out of my son s pocket. No compensation offered or discount. Not right.

These guys are so awesome I've been to several different people in the past but ever since I started going to them I've realized that they know what they are talking about... today they saved me big time by realizing the problems I had was just needing new lugnuts, anywhere else would have just done what I had asked and sent me on my way which could have resulted badly... so thank you tires tires tires for being awesome people.

Had my daughter's car in for a repair, oil change, tire rotation. They called and said what another business had said should be done on the car was not needed at this time. I appreciate their honesty and saving me money we didn't need to spend at this time. Thanks, Tires x 3!

Awful place. We go there as we are tired of the poor customer service and stuff at billion Nissan and it s the same thing. They broke our oil pan/plug when they were doing the oil change on our 2022 Nissan rogue and then have the guts to say it wasn t them and that they potentially could eat the cost of it if they need to, then they blame Nissan saying it was over torqued from the last oil change and John says he ll pay the tow bill from there to Nissan yet Nissan got the bill and possibly sent it back to John at tires tires tires. Apparently you can t trust anyone to work on your car. Definitely don t go here. Crooked crooked people. If you break it while working on a vehicle you re at fault. Don t be stupid. I ve let a lot of people know never to go here. And I ll keep telling people. Terrible service and care for your vehicle

Exceeded my expectations. We had car trouble while traveling and stopped here. They looked at the vehicle within one hour of opening and had it fixed by noon. The manager communicated well and was pleasant to work with.

I'd recommend you get a written estimate when dealing with these people. Travis told me, "we took the other side apart and replaced the bushing there because the bushings come 2 to a package!" Does that make any sense to you? $700.00 later, no rattle but exhaust is loud.

Came here to get a set of new tires for my palisade. Was a walk in but had called the day before to make sure the tires were in stock and to see how long it would take. I was told a couple hours to mount, rotate, balance them and do an alignment. Unfortunately due to staffing shortage that day, it took almost 5 hours. I wasn't happy because my job is an on call job and I was now within the window of being called. I could see my service rep Jared felt bad for me did his best to get the job finished as quickly as possible. He also gave me a decent discount for my troubles. Tires were good and car drives great.

Very friendly staff. They took the time to explain what was needed and what wasn't. Comfortable waiting area. The work was completed quicker than I expected. I'd definitely recommend them for car care needs.Follow-up: Developed an odd vibration in my front end. Even without an appointment they got my car in and the problem fixed in under an hour. Incredibly helpful and courteous. Great shop.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine tuning, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Wiper blade installation

I was scheduled at 11:00 a.m. for an oil change, it normally takes around one hour. I told them I would be waiting in their waiting room. After an hour of sitting I thought they would be about done so I got up walked out front to stretch and saw that my truck had not even moved yet. I asked and the gentleman instead of apologizing just started making up excuses. I asked why then if they knew they were running behind they didn't at least let me know so I could have made other plans. He had no answer and asked if I wanted to reschedule it, uhmmm nooooo I've already waisted an hour sitting here. He did some checking and said it would be brought right in. I asked how long it would take, he wasn't sure but thought 45 to 60 more minutes. I told him I had a lunch appointment in 10 minutes so he offered me a ride to lunch. I said that would be fine. I would not have been so upset if they told me right away they were behind schedule. Long story short, be honest up front with your customers, it makes no sense to schedule an appointment if you can't keep to them.

Driving to KC from Sioux Falls, noticed a Buble on the side of my tire when stopping for breakfast. Called a few places and was told at least 3 hours. Called here and Craig was the most helpful and probably the nicest person I have met in a tire shop. He got us in right away and back on the road within an hour and 2 new tires! Craig, you made a stressful situation so much better and I want to thank you for everything you did! Thanks for being so nice and getting us back on the road!

I've tried going here twice to get my car fixed. The first time they refused to help me because they "didn't want to ruin the car" by putting on a different rim when mine what not usable. Not to mention they were super rude about it by trying to only talk to my fiancee about it and not myself.The second time, I've tried to make an appointment to get my coolent leak fixed and they straight up ignored me.You're better off going somewhere else.

When I dropped off my car I told the guy that I wanted to get my transmission fluid changed not flushed they flushed it anyway 2 times actually without calling me. So now they have caused my to have transmission problems in the future.

Did a fantastic job mounting 4 new tires. Got them $200 cheaper than in Cedar Rapids and only took an hour and a half.

Went to get tire fixed and just bought 4 new ones instead they didn't push but was very informative on my options and look at all my concerns on other issues I will be doing all my business with them in future thanks so much see you soon

Had oil changed, and Jon helped me out with the tires I needed. It was time to replace my tires, and Jon gave me a great choice of tires to chose from. We made an appointment to get the tires replaced, and it was very easy and was done in less than 2 hours.
