This is an extremely busy place! Needed an oil change , and with limited service stations anymore they were booked. But they gave me a time it would be before they would have it done. So I suggest having a ride so you can drop off and pick up later. They did call me to let me know with synthetic fuel and taking 8 quarts what the price would be before they did the work. They were professional and courteous. They do a great job, work on Saturdays and Sundays as well. Hard working crew!

I cannot talk highly enough about this place. I'm completely dumb about cars. And every employee I've ever interacted with has taken the time to make sure I understand. Laying out all options and pricing. They always do the right thing by me. I wouldn't even remember a warranty on a part, but they do. And take care of it if it is under warranty.

This place has always had below average customer service, but first come first serve repairs kept me coming back. Unfortunately it isn't worth it when they can't stand behind their service. I took my vehicle there to replace the manifold gasket, then they call and say that there is a misfire in cylinder 2 and that they "diagnosed" it to need new plugs, core, etc. So I agree to spend the additional money for the repairs. My bill exceeded $1,000 when what I originally took it in for was around $300. Well that didn't fix the problem and now they say I have to replace the cylinder head. I asked why their diagnosis missed this and made me spend hundreds on something unnecessary. The response was "that's what usually fixes it." Why the hell are they charging people to "diagnose" problems when all they are doing is just guessing? Then they basically told me to take it to someone else. IF you have ANY options take your vehicle somewhere else. I have given them the benefit of the doubt several times, but the pattern in undeniable, all they do is fleece their clients. It isn't worth it at all!

Love this place. Highly recommend. Great price. The mechanics look very professional in work shirts. Not your usual dirty overhauls. Complementary ride to & from work, Thank you again for that! Also met the owner GREAT guy not your usual CEO.

I came in frustrated with an issue that wasn t my or Square Tire s fault. They let me throw a little fit, Scott gave me a ride home and they fixed the issue. Scott even offered to pick me up when the work was done.

On a Sunday,leaving for vacation and ended up with a screw in my tire!! I was panicked then called Square Tire for a repair and was able to leave my truck there for repairs. Two hours later my tire was repaired and I could leave.I appreciate the timely repair, the courteous, professional care and actual kindness and understanding I received.

went in for headlights charged me 331 dollars to change the bulbs picked up the vehicle wouldn t start had to jump it. Turned on the whole electric system was bringing up codes no power steering low battery voltage no trac control. Asked the guy what they did he denied it was them when the car was fine was told it s just the cold. Did not offer to fix the problem said i could leave it there for tomorrow. Don t go here waste of money and inexperienced mechanics. Bad customer service.

I would like to share an experience with this company that I had last night which I have never experienced so much rudeness and inconsideration on an assistant manager who was working the evening shift approximately 615pm. I came in at that time and inquired if I could have a tire checked out because front driver's tire is losing air fast and I am not going to make it home. One of the guys at the front desk said ,"Yes, just go to the garage area and we can pump it up." I talked with one of the techs who went right ahead and started putting air into the tire and I inquired if he could just use the spare tire for now and put on the front. He told me he could but let front area know. I entered the premises in the front office and another guy at the front said quote, "We cannot do it tonight and we are closing at 7pm and we have 3 cars ahead of you. ." But ,earlier the other guy in the front said, "Pull up to garage and will check it out." I said to him, "This tire is not going to make it home and I have groceries in the back of vehicle." I told him, " I am a customer and you are not going to help me?' He stared me in the eyes and said "NO!"Eventually, he did help but this guy needs to take some classes on customer service . HIs approach to people is bad and I am not the only one that states this, many people I have talked to in the past experienced this type of behavior.I will never do business with this company again.Service: Auto tire replacement

I've been going to Square Tire for years from my old Chevy pickup, Honda Civic, Mercedes, Volvo and probably a couple of other cars in there. Always the same team at the front desk. They know their customers and the vehicles they drive. Always been more than fair with me. In fact, they go out of their way to be helpful. It is great to see above and beyond service from a local company. They will always have my business.Services: Tire rotations, Auto tire replacement, Auto maintenance

Went there for an oil change and 82 dollars later I left and my tire light was on for low tire pressure. Point being is it's supposed to be part of there service so I don't they checked it out or checked anything else. Talked with the manager and he said that I could bring it back to have things checked out. I'll just go somewhere else next time.

Do not use this place. They are dishonest and disrespectful. Went in for a flat repair. Waited an hour and a half. They never actually fixed the screw in my tire, just aired it up and gave it back to me.Service: TiresService: Tires

I was in town visiting family and needed to get my full sized spare tire repaired. I was told to go to tires, tires tires. I made an appt online and would get a confirmation in 24hrs. I never heard back. I was put between a rock and a hard place and most places aren't open on Sundays. Square Tire is conveniently open on Sunday. They were very friendly, helpful and fairly quick. I was charged a mere $20 for tire repair that consisted of a nail, a screw and a plug. Highly recommend SQUARE TIRE!! Thank you

I would not take a bigwheel to this store. Paid 1200 for brakes over the summer and they still aren't right. All the young unexperienced guys work on the weekend while the two older ones just stand up front. Don't go here. Take it to Gordon drive location. My daughter called me and told me that she she took a car in to get her oil changed they told her that she couldn't get her in. She then went outside in her car wouldn't start. She went back inside and asking if they could help her. They were not very helpful. She called me crying asking what she should do. She then went back inside and ask them what they recommended. They finally told her that they could help her. But they were not very pleasant about it. Just to put in a new battery was $169.00. without tax. And only a 60 day warranty. I had to even ask them if there was a warranty they didn't even tell her. I would rather change my own oil before I go there. That's why I took shop in high school.

I spent close to $600 to replace my front brakes and rotors. My brakes continued to grind after they just installed new brakes and rotors. After bringing my vehicle back 3x to resolve the grinding, Square Tire has still yet to fix the issue. I was fed up with their bulls**t and made an appointment with the professionals at the Chrysler dealership. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! YOU LL REGRET IT! EMPLOYEES ARE DISRESPECTFUL AND CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED POORLY!Service: Auto brake replacement

I took my car in for an alignment, told me my car is too low. When I pick it up, there s a hole in my exhaust from scrapping! They told me they didn t touch the car. I literally dropped my car off the day before and everything was perfect minus the alignment!Edit: Adam went ahead and called me back and had my exhaust replaced at no charge.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Very friendly and helpful! My daughters brakes went out on her way home from college over the weekend. They were able to fix them on a Sunday and were $200 cheaper than one of the other shops in town. Thank you Square Tire!

Brought my blazer down since it was having trouble starting. They were able to get me in a little later then expected but what really made it a good experience was two things. One of their associates came to me after getting the prices it would cost me before they install the parts and the second being that since I didn't have a ride home Scott gave me a ride to my home. These two actions made my experience awesome.

Called to make appointment. Was told, first come first serve. Got there on Saturday morning 40 minutes before they opened, to be first in line to get Front End alignment. When they opened The guy says it will be 2 1/2 to 3 hours before I can get to you. I asked what about first come first serve. Oh these were booked yesterday. Very unhappy with Square Tire. Will take my business elsewhere.

three hour wait for a flat repair, they would let you make an appointment so i had to sit in my car the whole time. once complete, i couldn't get over 35mph without my car shimming apart because they didn't balance the tire properly. went to fremont in south sioux to have them correct their terrible work.

Not happy w them. Went in 2 weeks ago to get my tire fixed n had to wait 4 to 5 hrs. Plus they said they sealed the tire. But it still is leaking air out of it. Went in yesterday to complain about it. He said they will look at it. But im not going to wait again..so I walked out n they will not have any of my business again. Not a happy customer.

Great set of tires, fast and at a reasonable price. They forgot to remind me to retighten lugs on my aluminum rims, but i new better. All in all, a great experience. My 2nd set with these guys and I'll be back.

My low tire pressure light came on and Square Tire found leaks at the the bead on two tires with one leaking valve stem. They repaired all three problems with a minimal charge despite spending nearly an hour trying to reset a defective sending unit. Because the repair required a trip to the dealer, they called ahead and arranged a repair at no charge. I have bought several sets of tires from them over the years and have found them to be competitive in price and excellent in service.
