My experience at Rooster Shed is awesome, I got great advice and they really helped me out and knowing what I need to do to take care of my bike, as well as helped me select the right gear. They have friendly service and the vibe there makes you feel very welcome. Not cliquey at all.

Rooster Harley Davidson rocks. My purchase was so easy thanks to Mandy,Pablo,and company. This was my 2nd purchase. Rooster Harley rocked it again. Very professional experience. I appreciate the sales team great attitude every question I had was answered. Parts and Service department made customization of my new Tri Glide so much fun. The turn around time was No less then perfect. Do to Spring weather I was unable to pick up my trike. Rooster crew made a special 3 hour delivery to my home. Thank you Rooster for a job well done.

Highly recommend. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Didn't feel pressured to buy anything in anyway. Pablo and Mandy were top notch and were awesome to work with. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Had an amazing experience buying my first Harley i cant say enough good things about the staff at roosters from Pablo and Blue in sales and Tonya and Jamie in finance and insurance but my favorite interactions were with Riley in part helping me make my bike mine with all the finishing touches will be coming back

When I first started talking about getting another motorcycle, I was encouraged to go to Roosters HD. The staff are fantastic! Thank you Blu for helping me. I will be sharing about the wonderful experience. There is another dealer really close to me, Roosters made me feel at home. I love my bike, it is fantastic!!!

All of these team members at some point worked hard helped to find a bike that was going to fit my short 5 foot body and help keep me as pain-free as possible now that I am an older rider with health needs! Until a couple weeks ago I hadnt driven a bike in about 10 years so I tried to ride my Dyna street bob and realized it wasnt possible anymore the bike was too heavy and just plain old to big but I did make it down the street to the stop sign lol! I was a little concerned riding the new sportster out of the parking lot from Roosters but it was just like a bicycle you never forget ! Great job team ROCKED IT!

Great experience! The staff was friendly and easy to work with. They treated my wife and I like family. Cant say enough! We just happened to stop in while we were on a bike ride and had no plans on buying a new bike, but we ended up leaving with one anyways. Customer for life even though I live 2 hours away."

Outstanding dealership. Had an issue with my 2020 Limited coming home from Sturgis. They got me in asap. Fast, friendly and professional service. Everyone here was kind, friendly, and courteous. They got me fixed up quick and back on my way to Alabama. Can't say enough good things about them. Thanks for your help!!

Got a new HD ring for Christmas. They could not help me exchange it. I had to go all the way to J & L in Sioux Falls just to exchange it. I wasn't too impressed with that.

I would recommend Rooster's Harley Davidson to anyone.Tonya is one of the best worker's there! She is alway's so friendly and alway's available to help you out with anything that you may need especially in the motor clothes section! Whenever I come in she is alway's there to make me feel welcome!

Mandi was amazing!! I walked in looking around, she came up made conversation and the next thing I know I am taking this bike for a ride!. Just couldn't leave it had to have it.. Thank you Mandi!! Laura and I are very happy and we are ready for SUMMER!!

Hands down the coolest gals in motorclothes! They did their best to search for that 1 piece of inventory! Shout out to the service department too. Helped us out when we limping home from Sturgis with an electrical issue. Each department treated us as we were loyal locals. If we lived closer we would be. Thanks again Roosters!

There are harley dealerships closer to me but I drive twice as far to see the guys at roosters, Blu, Pablo, Jamie, Rick, Riley, Anne, and Zach are the best for everything from parts, accessories, service. I just bought my third new bike from them and it they make so easy. Thank you guys.

On 08/11/2019 ( Sunday) returning from Sturgis, SD to our home in Vermont, we broke on I -90 around Murdo, SD. The shift linkage broke and the 2 closest dealers were closed or about to be by the time we would have been able to arrive. We managed to do a temporary fix, on the side of the interstate and again 2 more times so we could make it to our hotel in South Sioux City, NE over 4 hours away, since had discovered that Rooster's was a mere 3 miles away from our booked hotel and this dealer unlike many other dealers actually had Monday hours. We were not anticipating getting an appointment to have the bike fixed and were prepared for a disappointment. However, when calling Rooster's promptly at 8:30 A.M. when there service department opened, we were pleasantly surprised! The told us they had the part in stock, told us to come right in and said if we could not make there they offered to come and get us. When we arrived, they took us as soon as we drove up and they had the part out and ready to install. In a matter of less than 30 minutes from arrival we were ready to roll. We can't say enough about all of the crew at Rooster's! Genuine care, hospitality and professionalism. We will never forget them and wish the were in Vermont !!!

If we have time when we're in Sioux City,IA. We always like to stop at Rooster's Harley Davidson. Great staff..relaxed easy atmosphere. ''T'' was awesome assisting my wife with helmet search, Thank you ''T''! Just another example of Rooster's. Which why we brought 2 new riders to Rooster's for first visit.

Amazing customer service. My Harley broke down on the interstate passing through. I was picked up and got my bike fixed right away. And....got a beer while waiting for the Harley to get repaired! Awesome people!!!!

I had a great experience purchasing my 2022 Street Glide Special from Roosters Harley Davidson. Mandi was the sales manager that helped me find the right bike, I originally wanted to purchase a Heritage Classic but Mandi thought I would be better suited on a Street Glide, and she was right, I love it! Aaron, the finance manager, made everything very easy to understand and did not pressure me into purchasing anything I did not want. Signing the paperwork is normally the most stressful part and Aaron was very laid back and honest which put me at ease. I have worked a lot with the parts department in the past, Riley, Bill, and Zach always know exactly what I need. They helped me customize my 2020 street bob and now the street glide, I got 10% off parts for buying the bike which is awesome! I have worked with the service department as well, I had a service plan on my old bike. I normally deal with Kibbe and Rick, they are straightforward and honest. It was raining on the day that I bought my bike and Rick even took the trailer out to my house to swap the bikes out, that was so helpful! I did not have to ride my brand new street glide in the rain. And of course the gals in clothing are always super helpful, I am always buying riding gear. I haven t met anyone at Roosters that isn t helpful and pleasant to deal with. It is a very family friendly environment, I even brought my 10 month old daughter there to meet everyone! Overall it is a tight knit place with a lot of friendly faces and an awesome selection of new and used bikes.

The staff here is exceptional. Everyone was extremely polite and just as excited to get me on a new bike as I was. Pablo went above and beyond as a salesperson. I think the offered back rub might have been a little much but it was a nice thought regardless. Could not see myself buying from anywhere else at this point.

Mandi was wonderful to work with. She takes care of the customer and their needs. Very helpful and very friendly to work with. This is my first bike from this dealership and will be back. "i really appreciate a parts guy with experience and knowledge - for me, at Roosters, this guy is Bill. He has helped me with my 84 Electra Glide Classic - if you dont know 84 was an odd year as it was first year of Evo and wet primary but also a weird mix of Evos with dry primary and early in the year MoCo even sold some shovel heads as 84 models needless to say finding and getting parts for this bike has always been a challenge (I've owned it since 86) Having a guy like Bill at parts is awesome as he understands because he's been around long enough to know and care about MoCo history. that and hes just a great friendly guy with a good heart. Its cuz of Bill that Roosters has become my go to dealership thank you Bill! "

Stopped in to get a shirt and a couple of chips. What wonderful staff and layout. Didn t find a shirt but will online. Looked at a used Soft- tail slim and it made my tail wag. Sales woman was no pressure which I liked very much. Definitely worth the stop. Yes, I got my chips:)

Updated change. As a life long resident this is a place in the past that I refused to shop at under the past regime. However, they have changed that staff and more importantly changed their attitudes. No more being avoided or not helped.Today this is finally a place that is friendly and open to every person that walks in the door. The energy and knowledge the staff have and share is top tier. But the best part is after years of avoiding this store I will now consider myself a regular. I will be purchasing my next bike from this staff because of their attitude, attention to customers, knowledge, and competitive pricing.Thank you Roosters for finally becoming part of the city I love!!!
