Not sure why I keep going back here, other than I run every day to Sioux City. The parts guys are on the computer they never ask what can help you with today you have to ask for help. I order stuff overnight and they charged me for it. Parts show up two days later and they said they would reverse payment for shipping till this day I have not received it. Shipping was like $48.00 then I got a exhaust turbo flange elbow and a flange clamp. And the flange clamp doesn't fit how do you screw this up when he measures it. they really really really need to get their stuff together. I have spent a lot of money I am not happy with the service and the parts that I have received and I have never been to a parts place where you have to see a cashier from the parts counter.

They were very helpful and so easy to deal with. They weren't money hungry like at Kenworth. And they weren't rude .They offered helpful advice with my break down and offered to do it in a way that it wouldn't cost me alot of money. Thanks guys and keep up the good work.

My significant other as well as his father works here. Everyone I have met when I come by to see my S.O. are nice. I'm not in the trucking business anywhere, but would still recommend this place, as they seem to outperform other companies similar to them.

Had an overhaul done on a C15 Cat here this past summer. Couple months later the truck would get hot. Took it in to get looked at and have a door lock fixed. They claimed the radiator (which was new a month before the overhaul, and I drive exclusively on highway) was plugged solid with straw and grass. They "blew it out" and billed me $1,600 and the truck still gets hot and the door still locks on its own.

Came in to get the bushings fixed/replaced on Value Truck peterbilt 579 because I heard a loud thunking noise when truck turn left/right.The guy who was working on it in the shop said it was a bushing issue.Truck still makes a thunking when it turns.The bushing issue is not resolved, fixed,replaced

Called for mobile service and got told its too cold to go do a mobile service in a truck stop parking lots. ( it is 20 degrees f with no winds )

Unbeatable service!!!! Lonnie and Dylan in parts were awesome and I was carrying a heavy box out and a guy from the shop came running out and opened the door beings I had a box. The cashier was also great. Keep it up guys!

Great Dealership! Clutch went out on my Peterbilt 579! Had to be towed in! They had me fix and going within 48 hours! Brad!Great Mechanic! Was very instrumental in explaining to me all he was doing! Over all! Everybody was awesome! Extremely professional and very clean facilities! Great selection of hats and merchandise! A+

I set an appointment up 3 weeks in advance with 3 things on it in the service department. I dropped the truck off the night before and by 2:30 the next afternoon they had 1 thing fixed and told me they couldn t get to the other 2 until Monday finishing on Tuesday afternoon. I took the truck back because I had work already lined up for Monday and they promised it would be done when I set up the appointment

Very disappointed with the body shop made an appointment 1 month in advanced dropped the truck off the night before scheduled appointment called that morning to let them know it was there only to show up a week later to my truck sitting in exact same spot as I parked it scheduled another appointment with them dropped truck off they said they needed it for a whole week which was fine called at the end of that week said they needed a couple days longer and ended up being another whole week and only got 1 of the 4 things done that we discussed

On, 09-30-2020 I reached out to the service manager directly to inquire about getting my 2015, 389 Pete in for some much needed repairs. I expressed to him that I have had some terrible experiences in the past with other shops, allowing what I like to refer to as parts changers work on my equipment. Don t get me wrong... I get it, everyone has got to start somewhere know one hit the ground knowing how to lace up there shoes. He informed me they have some good people and that they would be happy to help me. I (was...) looking forward to it... not so much any more. First of all I m sure there are have great personalities.. I checked in at Sioux City peterbilt on 10-06-2020 invoice # RO111096822:01 issues 1- A/C quit cooling, 2- Interior cab lights out, 3- Engine fan was acting up, 4- Esbar bunk heater would not blow warm air. My appointment wasn t until the 7th, I got the truck back early evening on the 8th got 30 minutes down the road and the A/C quits again. I give my load back to the broker (foot note) independent owner operator get back to the shop they put some one on it straight away. They finish with it late that same evening, nice evening (no) need for the A/C gotta load the next morning in Des Moines IA nice morning no need for the A/C. Load canceled in Des Moines late morning, filled the A/C on engine fan is running 80to85% of the time. Call service manager he informed me that they had a store there in Des Moines I told him I was more comfortable bringing it back to Sioux City. Arrived just as 2nd shift was coming on again they put a tech on it straight away, roughly 2hrs later the service desk informed me I was all set. I went out fired the truck up and it s worse.... (unflipping believable !!!) after putting back in the shop for a 4th time for the same problem. I think they finally got lucky, I guess if you guess a problem long enough anyone can get lucky. By now it s Friday night so I decided to hang out In Sioux City just in case, Come to find out my Espar bunk didn t get fixed either, the tech didn t even bother to clear the fault codes on the control panel in the bunk. Tomorrow when I put it back in the shop for the 5th time in the last 6 days. Between the motel and the shop bill it s just north of $5300.00 not to mention the lost revenue in downtime... I MEAN, COME ON MAN!!! SERIOUSLY if I did business like that, I wouldn t be in business 10 minutes

Great staff! As a owner operator time is money. They got me in and out in a timely manner! I will be back. I recommend this peterbilt dealer. Fair labor rate and the job done correctly.

I have a Paccar MX13 that s been a bit of a problem child. Last month another check engine light came on. These people pulled me in the shop sooner than promised, seemed to do the most thorough checkout and sensor check I ve ever seen. I was out the door the same day with the truck fixed and seems to be better than the day I bought it new. First class work by first class people all the way!!!

Nice people and decent prices on parts. Think it's really strange that truck dealerships close around noon on Saturdays, but car dealerships are open pretty late. So if you need a part for a truck and it's after noon on a Saturday than you are stuck until monday.

Went in for a service had a few issues that they got to all before my air filters were put back in. Make sure you call a couple days ahead to get an appointment. Extremely busy.
