I bought a part yesterday at the W. 7th location in Sioux City, Iowa. My mechanic husband installed it and it did absolutely nothing to solve our issue. I tried to take it back for a refund since it was obviously faulty. The guy said they couldn t refund it because it was already installed and said it s yours now. What s the point of the warranty? I was disgusted with the way I was treated (likely because I m a woman). I made my husband take the exact same part to the Gordon Dr location in Sioux City and they refunded him, no problems. We were going to buy another part, but after my husband heard how I was treated we have decided to take our business elsewhere. I will NOT recommend the W 7th location to anyone!

Traveling from out of town and had a turn signal light go out and stopped in and Luke and Blake were very helpful to me. They loaned me the tools and I got the car fixed and was back on the road in just minutes. I run a car repair shop in Colorado and always appreciate good help. I highly recommend this place

Sell used as new and faulty parts. Make it the last place if you absolutely need something. If you have time order it online.

AMAZING SERVICE AND EXTREMELY FRIENDLY STAFF! My alternator went out on a trip for a funeral in Montana and they went the extra mile and changed it out for me and I can t express enough thanks to everyone there, especially all management and Justin, who did the repair! God bless you all for your kindness!

Came in on Sunday evening right before closing time, they were probably about to lock the door actually. The two men that were there were more than welcoming and helpful. One of them went to the back to retrieve the parts and the other directed me to the isles for the other things I wanted. Descent price as well.

I like this place, but a couple of the staff have a lazy work ethic. I asked for a little help with something & the guy pretty much told me to do it myself. From now on I'll only deal with the ones who've been helpful in the past.

Store employees are great, as for management, not so much, I applied for a position as a hub route driver, the description of the position was as follows I would show up at 10:00 a.m. I would load a truck drive from store to store drop off parts and be off work about 4:00 p.m. daily Monday through Friday with no weekends however after completing all of the new hire paperwork I was informed that I would not be getting a hub right position and then instead I would be put behind the counter and I would not have any type of set schedule that only employees who have been with the company 20 years or longer get a set schedule because they've earned it now my complaint is if you don't intend on offering the position how can you actually offer it seem to be a little sneaky

Always great prices and parts, but yesterday Raymond helped me immensely and was very knowledgeable. He took the time to make sure the parts were accurate and installed the rear hatch struts for me.I appreciate him and highly recommend! Thanks, Raymond!

Stopped to get some fuses late at night because one of mine burned out on my main dashboard of my kia and they were very helpful about finding the correct location in the store where they were located

The most horrible experience of my life!! I went to purchase a battery and called ahead of time to make sure someone could put it in for me...they stated they could...got there...battery was way expensive so I was going to price check other places...went to leave my battery was completely dead...speny $170 and no-one was available to put it in...called friends to come to parking lot to put it in...had to go back in to purchase another item and 4 people were doing nothing!!! Never again will I purchase from this company AGAIN!!!

I went here because I got caught in a snowstorm in my friend needed to get pulled out I didn't have a toast right. I given 3 stars because make it one star for being super friendly to stars for being open during a snow storm and the 3rd star got tacked on because they had a toaster app didn't get 45 stars because I paid $40 for that stupid tow strap tow straps are supposed to cost $40 auto parts store. They were to get 5 stars it wasn't $40 but I was in a bind and I needed a tow strap and apparently you can't return tow straps are few use them a couple times that is all

I asked if some one could put oil in my car and he replied well there s only two of us working right now. I clearly saw 3 behind the registers and no other customers around. Better luck at advanced auto parts I hope.

Been there a couple times hopeing it has gotten better but not I only live a few blocks away from there and I will go out of my way a Cross town to the other orallys or other auto parts store where I will get better and friendly service I can not speck for all that work there but the ones that have helped me rude have an aditude problem getting two stars just because there was an old man that was nice and friendly working there one time I went there

Prices can be high compared to competitors and sometimes the staff can be rude or condescending and the rewards program is subpar compared to some competitors
