Speaking from a perspective of applying for a job here,had a great excitement going to an interview but seems after nearly a week,the call they say they'll make to you never came saying to me they hired someone better and have no respect or consideration to to call and at least say thanks for applying.Typical employer behavior.

Called to get a quote on a windshield for my 2022 BMW m340i. Was told they were out of stock, and BMW is also on backorder. I asked if they could take my information and let me know when it becomes available, as I have a crack down the center of my windshield. The rep told me I would just need to keep calling back every day, so I very politely asked for a manager. She was confused why I needed one, and eventually put me on hold. After about 10 seconds, they hung up the phone.About 60 seconds later, they did dial my number back, but hung up as soon as I answered the phone.This is an expensive windshield ($1,500+) and not going through insurance, and am very surprised they wouldn't even attempt to earn my business. Guess I just have to wait for BMW to get one in off back order and go back to the dealer.

They were awesome I didn't have an appointment just came in upset cuz I got a chip in my windshield and they fixed it no problem took 15 min and inexpensive great customer service

Take pictures of your car before they touch it. We had our windshield replaced. Three weeks later paint around window is chipping from window out. They took no responsibility so now we have to turn in to our insurance.

I came in to get my rear view mirror reattached to my windshield and not knowing what to expect with all the sensors and what not Mike explained what needed to be done as well as told me there will not be any reason to recalibrate any of the sensors. He had me taking care of in no time at all. Any windshield or glass repair needed in the future I will be back. Mike thanks again.

They did a wonderful job it safe me a new wind shield, which I would of payed out of pocket, very polite, they were also fast to get me in.i would rate them the highest score.

I made my appointment and showed up early, I was in and out within an hour. Great service, clean, and an awesome staff!I got a new windshield in a 2021 Colorado. While I was there a gentleman brought in a broken window from his home and they fixed that too, I'm impressed.

These guys went above and beyond with my window replacement! I had my car broken into and there was glass everywhere, I brought it in to get the window replaced, and lo and behold, they cleaned up the thieves mess! These guys will go out of there way to make sure they take care of you, I wouldn't recommend going anywhere but here! 5 stars and if there were more to give they deserve it! This place let me down. Not only didn't they have my windshield in stock, they couldn't even get one. I wasn't expecting them to have it in stock the same day, but usually if you order early they get it delivered next day or even the day after. In my case, nothing. They recommend that I go to the dealership. Even the dealership offered a aftermarket option.

Got my truck window fixed right away. Only took a few hours. Price was very good. Almost half of what the others wanted and I didn't have to wait 2 weeks

Everyone I had contact with during my windshield replacement process was excellent. Not only were they extremely timely in their response to my inquiry, but when I took my vehicle in, they were happy to drop me off at a nearby location with wireless internet so I could get some work done. Windshield repair price was extremely reasonable and I have not had any issues. I will add that this is the ONLY glass company in town to return a phone call/online inquiry. I highly recommend!

I get my truck windshields replaced here when needed. Hoid prices and great installation. Had a few windows last year replaced on the coach they did a great job.

I have to say this company is hands down one of the best customer experiences I've ever encountered. They went above and beyond to resolve an issue that arose. my driver car window was broken while being broke into so they could take my purse. I called Kryger glass and had told them about the incident they told me to bring my car down and they gave me a very good first time discount. They did not have my window in stocked so they put weather protective plastic to cover the window. vacuumed up all the glass and told me they would order the window so I would have it in by tomorrow. The second time I decided to come back was when my son decided to hang from my rearview mirror and it had broke off the worst way possible but they did everything they could to put it back almost in the same exact spot FOR FREE. all the staff there are very kind and easy to talk to you I highly recommend Kryger Glass!

The staff is friendly and very helpful. I went to a competitor and they did want to deal with the insurance company for a rock chip and seemed disinterested. Well the Kryger staff called the insurance, got approval and fixed my windshield in 20 minutes. I will always use Kryger for my glass needs. Thanks!

Had a chip in windshield repaired. They made everything extremely easy from checking with my insurance to doing the repair. Great service and they were super fast, was able to get it all done over my lunch break! Highly recommend!!!

Can't express how happy I am with my new windshield!!! Not only were they able to overnight me a new windshield really at no extra cost to me!!! They were also able to schedule me next day!! Never met a more friendly staff!!! Truly would recommend them to anyone!!!

They located, acquired, and installed a hard to find window on my old Pathfinder. I never thought I'd be able to get it replaced, and they got it done with the greatest of ease in a very quick manner. Great service!

You can't beat the friendly staff, customer service, attention to detail, or their price! They work you in quickly for repairs or replacements in less than a day with ease! When it comes to auto glass, I wont go anywhere else!

Came in for a small piece of glass to be replaced with an exact replica. Was ready in a day, only $14 for an approx 12"�5" peice. Super nice staff!
