It was horrible! I had a 9:30am oil change appointment and I left at 11:40am. There is absolutely no reason why it took over 2 hours to change my oil. No one said a word to me about why it was taking so long. I was considerate enough to be 5 minutes early but there was no consideration for my time to sit for over 2 hours. That s completely unacceptable! I m definitely considering going somewhere else if I can t be treated with a little consideration.

Employees are nice and very helpful. But, I was told my vehicle couldn't be started until payment confirmation thru third party was confirmed and although it took hours the third party informed dealership they would not pay and instead of making me aware so I could come get vehicle to take elsewhere and do myself I was informed my vehicle had already had the service and I had to pay out of pocket. When I was told confirmation was needed first then the service would be done which was not accurate. The service should not have been completed and I should not have had to pay. I'm not happy about this. I will not be taking my vehicle back nor will I be recommending this dealership.

Showed up to have a headlight changed with no appointment. They were super nice about it and helped me as quick as they could. Super nice people.

This was hands down, the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. From start to finish it was just all around amazing. Every single person I dealt with was so friendly and helpful. I will from here on out recommend Knoepfler to family/friends.

If I could give no stars I would. Took my girlfriends 2015 Camero there for warranty work not getting oil pressure they had her car for over 2 months just to tell her they weren t going to work on it and on top of that charged $455 because of their diagnostics so to recap they charged a crazy amount of money to not work on it save your time and your money and avoid these guys unless you like throwing your money away

Gm was horrible! What he gave us for our trade in was a joke! He never greeted us or talked to us or thanked us! The sales lady was not sociable at all and at the end never delivered the car! Just gave us the keys and locked the door behind us!the only saving grace was the Irish guy that came in and helped every so often and our finance guy!!! Thank goodness for word of mouth cause I m telling everyone how bad it was doing business with you and I will not be doing business with you again!

I ve been a long time customer and have a couple of friends at the dealership.The service was always great and people are friendly.From Joe in the parts department to Denny that is my salesman to Tom that help me with my order while I was in Vietnam to the finance manager, I couldn t be happier with my new Z06 and even put my name in for the new ZR1.I will be a life long customer and will buy all my Chevy from Knoepfler no matter where in the world I am!

I would like to say this company is amazing. They are good at diagnosing vehicles. But most importantly the customer services is fantastic! Especially TOM M! He is a wonderful guy and I will forever be grateful that my car is fixed!

A year ago my truck was stolen right befor Christmas. Nick and his crew are amazing. And as a gift they returned my vehicle and took care of my bill after the repairs. I still owe you tacos for you and your crew Nick if you see this. Thank you Knoepfler Happy Holidays

My mother got talked into getting more things done that cost an extra $70 that was completely unnecessary. It s sad that such a big business would take advantage of women like that and to add to that they said she needed new wiper blades cause they are bad and smearing which they are not I just changed those the week prior and she told them that and Knoepfler said oh sorry will take that off the list of things that are supposedly wrongAnd while she was in there she was sitting next to an older gentleman that said they were charging him $1,000 to replace the blinker light in the mirror and that if he doesn t he will be stranded on the side of the road cause his car won t run. So he got screwed to

I recently purchased a vehicle and discovered an issue with it that wasn t disclosed. When trying to resolve it I was met with an unbelievably rude management team. I would not recommend doing business with this dealership

It was easy to schedule online. Even quick and easy to drop off my car. I had a ride home and back to pick up my car. Everything was checked and fixed in a timely manner.

I was so excited to finally receive my Bolt EUV after waiting for the build and delivery! Jerrill took great care of me, explaining all the awesome features, helping me get qualified for my educator discount, taking me on a test drive, and making all the paperwork fly by. Tyler made the financing super easy for me and worked with me to get the payments to where I wanted them. I couldn't be happier with my new car and have already shown in off to family, friends, and coworkers!

I traveled 100 miles to visit this dealership because our local dealership has poor customer service and rude every time I would visit. I walked into Knoepfler Chevy and felt a small town vibe and respectful people. Great customer service and paid attention to detail. I worked with Denny Cleveland and he was very knowledgeable and helpful with getting my new suburban.

My truck was there a month. Not once did they communicate with us. We had to call them everytime and we told them to call with a quote before doing work, nope. Also, they fixed something that wasn't even the problem and charged me a month later and now they say I need to rebuild my whipple and asked if WE wanted to call whipple are you kidding! We don't know anything about it that is why we hired you and had to pay again for a service with nothing fixed!

Very unprofessional place. Last year had a phone and in person interview. Got the job from a Renette and then about an hour or so she calls and said "There was a miscommunication with the GM and the position has been filled." Fast forward a year later and SHE reaches out on indeed for a position that I have excellent experience in. I play dumb we do a phone interview, she wants me to come in for an in person AGAIN. And I mention what happened last time. She said sounds familiar. Lol and they say no one wants to work. SMH SC Ford hasn't reached their 150 since I left and they hadn't reached that in 5 years. Definitely could of used a person qualified for the job at Chevy but it is their lost. Unprofessional and unprofessional. Also, my cousin went to get a vehicle there and the finance guy never called her back. What a joke!

I brought my vehicle in for a tire rotation and oil change and Tom Murphy called me back to advise me of some other issues discovered in their all points inspection of the vehicle. Found that the other service play that I took my vehicle to, put in the struts upside down and without washers. Those had to be replaced. They found some other things as well and Tom was able to set me up with a ride while the waited for parts and fixed my ride. It felt so good to received such great service and thank you again to Tom for making sure i was able to handle my business.

We are incredibly thankful for all the help we received from Nick, Jesse, and his team in the Collison Center.Thankfully we were able to get back on the road and get to our new home and thanks to everyone involved, we got there safely.Thanks again, and would gladly recommend.
