The seller wouldn t drop the price when there was a crack across the windshield but I liked the car so was just like whatever. Then to find out there is multiple problems with my car 2 months in to having it and i ve had to pay a lot and still have to for repairs that were there before but the seller just cleared them all so the warnings wouldn t show up. They really just want to sell cars no matter what condition and will act like they re all good when they aren t. No integrity.

Bought a 2010 Acadia gmc on 1-26-24 and drove it was very nice didn t see like nothing was wrong well on 1-28-24 at 10:30am was driving down on Dakota ave and bam car stopped and smoke coming out engine oil everywhere found out motor is blown called them up and was told nothing can be done no warranty they hung up on me they didn t want to help out by giving us our money back or give us a different car at the same valve not good at all seem like nice people but don t buy any cars from them really bad cars

These guys just want to sell their cars at their terms. I tried to give them a reasonable price for the condition of the car but they stayed firm on their price. They said there was nothing wrong with the car but the brakes were bad, rip in the sit, and so much more. They also said there was only one owner and it was in one accident but when I looked it up there was two owners and two accidents. This guys know nothing about cars and think their cars are perfect. Would not buy from this guys.

To start off I was very impressed with how clean the lots was even though it had recently snowed. It shows lost of commitment from the managers making sure that the cars are presentable to the customers. The dealer stayed truth to his word holding a truck for me. When I arrived he had the truck clean and ready for me to test. Good customer service.

They are not honest about their vehicles. The owner said he wanted to pull my vehicle out of the lot and later realized he did so because the air conditioner knocked when you started it. They just want to sell their vehicles, the don t service them it doesn t seem like either. Not willing to negotiate much and again not very honest. I would highly recommend you do not purchase a vehicle from here. There will be problems down the road.

Sold me an overpriced sedan. I loved it until the timing belt that they, "already fixed" broke after 3 months/ 2k miles. It destroyed the engine. Insurance wouldn't help and neither did they. They were very rude and didn't help in the slightest. I lost $4500 out of pocket. They will say anything to sell you a car and definitely fit the sleazy used car salesman stereotype. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! You will be lied to.

scammed my friend who bought a car here. immediately after buying she realized the $5,000 car needed $3,000 worth of repairs they didn t disclose. make sure you do your research before dealing with this dishonest company because they ll prey on unsuspecting young women.

Got a ford from them that seemed great but within just a few days realized it need thousands in repairs. I called right away and of course all they could say is I am screwed... don't buy cars from here

I got a 2010 Chevy impala back around early September costed about 5 grand. Not even five months later my brakes start having trouble and then my engine blows costing another 5 grand to fix. It s not worth getting a car here. They won t tell you what s wrong with the car they just care about your money. Please do not buy a car from here

These guys are scammers, my gf bought a car for 5000 which is what the car should have sold for in almost new condition, cone to find out over 3000 dollars of repairs including the dual clutch system and the head gasket, along with warped rotors almost completely worn brake pads and the radio doesn t not work at all. DO NOT BYE A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE YOU WILL REGRET IT, they also do not help out with any repairs found from there broken cars they are selling

These dudes just want to sell their cars at their terms. I tried to give them a reasonable price for a car but they stayed firm on their overpriced charge. I was going to pay cash too. After all that, I decided to ask if they fianance. They don t. Don t buy here. They re rude salesmen.

This place is a joke. Very rude and not willing to negotiate at all. Bought a car here and 3 weeks later - Car handle broke off, needed new brakes.ALSO! they sold us a jeep without a spare tire! These people are so scandalous and are scam artists!!!!!

Very disappointed in this dealership. I contacted them about a vehicle I was interested in and asked about it. One thing I was very concerned with was how rusted it was. Rudy, both times I called in regards to the same vehicle, swore to me that it was in amazing shape, NO RUST AT ALL! So, I drive there from Sioux Falls, South Dakota (about one hour drive) to take a look at this vehicle, with every intent to purchase. Upon first glance at the vehicle, was in pretty good shape. However when I looked at the rockers of the truck, the rockers had been completely rusted through and fallen off, the cab was starting to fall apart as well. What was their solution to this? They put very thin sheet metal over the top and spray painted it to match, they also put bondo over the door seams that were rusted and spray painted that as well. The brake lines were so rusted I'm actually very surprised there was enough of them left to hold brake fluid, let alone with any pressure. When I brought the situation up to Rudy, that i was disappointed he lied to me about the rust, he still swore up and down there was no rust on this vehicle, and then stated they professionally fixed the rust and cut out all the bad spots and put new metal on. Which they didn't, they just put it over top the rust so you can't see it! Out of curiosity, I did a little looking around at some of the other pickups that were on the lot. THEY WERE ALL THE SAME. ALL RUSTED AND PATCHED TO NOT LOOK LIKE IT. I worn anyone that is contemplating buying a vehicle from this lot to look at the vehicle very well before purchasing! They are rotten, and the salesman are just going to tell you what you want to hear so you buy from them.

My experience was good not over selling anything for anyone I went to multiple lots in Sioux City and Omaha prices where less then great on other dealers lots yes some prices on Iowa auto sales lot are high to some but they are book value or lower make a point to check the value vehicles I looked at and the one I personally got where higher quality then everywhere this lot don t sell junk in my opinion the guy is straight forward that s hard for most car salesman he didn t hold back it was all on the table best price what it is background on where he got it everything he knew best yet Iv personally got to deal with in the last few years from my view in a 2013 Chevy with nothing for issues that was under $7000 I m happy this guy helped me have a win give him a chance.

I was lookin around for a new used yukon for about 6 going on 7 months and i came across this 05 yukon xl it was in pretty nice condition interior/exterior with a affordable price this was my first experience from buying from a dealer n he was upfront and honest answered all my questions n made me feel good about buying it... in the future i will consider buying more cars from him

I dealt with Rudy he seemed to be on the up-and-up but I only picked up a vehicle for a friend, I haven't heard back from them so it apparently it is still running.
