Went in to have them look at my tires as I was experiencing a little bit of additional road noise on my 2022 BMW M3. They came out and looked, and immediately went into "scare" tactics, telling me all 4 tires were out of alignment and that I had severe cupping. This was confusing me as I just had a full alignment 2 months prior at the BMW dealership. Went inside and called the BMW dealership so they could explain to them the issue.After calling them, he went out to "measure" the tires, and told me the tread was at 3/32nds on the inside, and 5/32nds on the outside.He then told me it wasn't safe to drive the car much longer, and gave me a $1,300 - $1,600 quote (depending on which tire I went with). I told him I would take the car to BMW to diagnose the next day, and would call him after they found the issue to schedule getting my car in.BMW did a full inspection of all 4 tires and a full alignment check. This was done on video which they shared, and they determined that Heartland Tire was grossly inaccurate. They said that the alignment was well within specifications from BMW, and that none of the tires were cupping. They did say 1 tire had slight feathering on the edge, but as this is a high performance car with high performance tires this was expected behavior.They also measured the tread both inside and outside on all 4 tires, with the front tires being a uniform 6/32nds and the rear at 7/32nds. They stated the tires still had several thousand miles left, and did not recommend any work on the car.Definitely baffling as to why Heartland would recommend something that was entirely not needed, resorting to scare tactics. It also amazes me that the "measurements" they took were so drastically different than BMW.

would leave zero if i could. they will rip you off. look at the review for the bmw and this is a common occurrence it seems.

Passing through on the road. Brakes didn't sound right, they got me in right away. Very friendly and attentive staff, had the issue explained and some needed reassurance to get back on the road. It's a great relief to find this business- honest and professional!

Terrible customer service from Monica. Rudely hung the phone up when I was trying to get a better understanding of why I m being charged what I m being charged. Went in to have a passenger window repaired. The motor didn t work. Mind you I called the day before and was quoted $200 dollars and some change. The day I brought the vehicle in she called and quoted me a price of $400 and some odd dollars. I had told them they could go ahead with it. Roughly four minutes to five minutes later I had called and asked that they not work on the vehicle and I d asked for confirmation that they had not started and I was given that confirmation. I had called back a second time to confirm I d be there in an hour and a half and that no work had been done on the vehicle and I was informed that I have a charge of $52 for labor to open the door of the passenger side. I had been informed earlier that nothing had been done to the vehicle. Monica had informed me of these charges and told me that I should have talked to her( I wasn t given an ext number to contact her ) and that that was my charge and rudely hung up. The miscommunication amongst co workers and the charges I was not aware of are unacceptable. They will get no further business from me and I am considering a civil suit.

Seem like an honest friendly group. Went in for 4 wheel alignment since I haven t had it done in over 5 years. Have 2001 Lexus SUV with 150,000 miles. It would prime for repairs. Result was All I needed was the alignment. Appointment time was at 1pm. And I was out by 1:30pm.

Great company! The got us the best price and in right away. They explained and showed me what the issues were. They were patient and down to earth. Completed my car as fast they could. They were amazing, I woke up to a flat tire on my car and was stressing bc I work 8-4. I got there at 4:50pm (terrible Ik) and they took my car and was able to fix my tire and get me out of there by 5:25pm. They were all nice about it.

They got my vehicle in right away. Told me what needed to be replaced. Gave me the price and asked if I wanted the work done before doing it. Got the work done in good time. The price was fair and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I purchased a vehicle from Minnesota and was on my way to Florida, I stopped by at Graham for AC charge. Cory was incredible friendly and tuned up my vehicle and answered all of my questions. He is very friendly and down to earth professional. He never push to sell you or do unnecessary maintenance. He treated me like a local. Also provided military discount! I thought he own the store, but he is just a worker he stated. Owner should recognize this man, he is a true asset to his workplace!

Excellent and prompt service. Great price for synthetic oil change. They even let me know that I had a wiper blade going bad. I asked if they had time to fix it and they promptly took care of it for a reasonable price. I will definitely be back.

I am so pleased with the service I've received at Graham Tire. Most recently I blew two tires late in the day, and they fixed me up without an appointment, right before closing, without grumbling or making me feel like a burden! They have always been very courteous and pleasant to work with!

The entire staff was helpful, Corey especially! We are traveling for a short vaca to SD and had a Check Engine Light issue... After calling four dealerships between Sioux City and Sioux Falls and none of them having any interest in helping us today, the employee at Auto Zone told us about Graham and they got us on our way in an hour! Thank you so much! Oh, and they have a very clean restroom!!!!

I will definitely be taking my business here from now on!! I had a punctured tire and thankfully they worked me into their busy schedule and I was on the road in no time!! Super great experience overall, I highly recommend plus the staff is Super friendly!!

They did not explain what was important to fix now and what could wait. I probably would have went with them if they would have explained things better. I went to another shop and got what needed to be fixed asap and spent less than 1/2 of what I would have spent.

Got tires here...more expensive than anywhere else I looked thinking,' ok, well service is probably great' warning...1 st time I tried to use road side service for a nail!! Said 2 days to patch...Ben Fish said they'll have me in and out 20 min. Square tire said 2 hrs and free.. I'm working class..keep this in mind when you're tire shopping...!! Who can take 2 days off of work or have someone pick up drop off for 2 days...ugh.. absolutely wretched. Recommend square or ben Fish

While getting tires rotated, asked them to replace a headlight bulb, he said there would be a charge, boy was there. $26.70, ridiculous; just a few dollars less than what the volt cost. $63.54 for a free tire rotation and headlamp replacement. Won't have them do maintenance work in the future. Love their care with tires, though.

Very nice place to get tires, oil change and alignments. This is the 2nd time I have been to Graham Tire and the staff is very friendly and my car was done quickly and the price was very reasonable.

We were traveling through Sioux City and blew tires on our 5th wheel trailer. Graham worked us in to a VERY BUSY day and installed a new set of tires for us. They discovered "over torqued" lug nuts and replaced those. I am very happy with how they treated us. Thanks Graham Tire!

I would never buy anything from Graham tire. I bought 4 new tires and have tried three times to get the tires rotated and they always have an excuse why they can't do it. It would only take ten minutes to rotate the tires. I guess I will have to go to tires tires to get it done.

I have been dealing with Graham for almost 20 yrs. Nope not the cheapest in town, but they have always treated my wife and I great, and have stood behind all their services without issue. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else!

Everyone at the Sioux City Location treat me like family. It is always nice to see Donnie when I come in and he is always willing to answer any questions I have regarding maintenance on my vehicle or regarding new tires for my car.
