This is the best car wash in Sioux City. My vehicle gets cleaned and I have minimal wiping to get it completely dry. The owner is very friendly and polite!

I stop here for a touchless wash probably 3 or more times a week. It has to be the best car wash I ve ever went through. Never had any damage to my car, and it always comes out looking shiny and brand new. The staff really pays attention to detail when you first pull in. They get all the cracks and crevices manually before sending you into the automatic part. I now have the unlimited wash card, and for $50/month you can t beat it. This place sure does offer a quality wash, and the friendly and experienced employees are a huge plus. Highly highly highly recommend.The picture attached was once I got home directly after the wash.

I had my car interior detailed today and they did a thorough & fantastic job! They were very nice and made sure I was happy with their work before they took it out of the garage and I paid. While I was in there I noticed a food truck in the lot next to the car wash and I asked him (the owner?) about it. Said it s his mom s truck and it s Guatemalan food. My husband and I ordered several dishes and it s the best food we ve had in a long time... Our new favorite. We were so impressed with Hamilton Touchless and will be back! Next time you get your car washed here, bring some cash and hit up La Chapineta food truck next door! You won t regret it! Awesome people!

1/29/24I came in for a car wash to remove all of the grime and salt off as the snow melts. I purchased the Ruby Wash, which is the basic wash and costs $14. I arrived 30 minutes before closing. I have to say that the three employees only lightly rinsed the vehicle and did not take their time getting everything off, my car was still full of grime after they finished washing it.

Didn t really get any of the bug splatters. Still a lot of dirty spots so went over to the area with rags to try to get some of the dirt off and an employee informed us that it s only for the express members? Other than that the only good thing is it didn t make any scratches like the others. Will probably not go back. Super disappointing I haven t found a good place in the area and they were my last hope.

My wife has an unlimited pass for her one year old car. The touch less system keeps it spotless without the swirls! They seem to be open all the time as well and that's a plus to help remove the winter road chemicals.

Have used Hamilton touchless for many years. Recently have been disappointed in how clean my car was. Road film isn't cleaned off very well. I always tip the employees but nothing changes

My fiance had my car washed and detailed here yesterday for my birthday. My car looks so shiny and sexy I just wanted to thank him across the hood of it last night when I got it back from him! My car looks better than when I bought it. Thank You so much for your excellent work! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Before going through their carwash I went inside and talked with the guy working. I d explained that my Mustang sits low to the ground and I didn t want to be drug through the wash. He looked at my car, said no problem so I go ahead and spend $100 for a carwash package. Getting back in my car I proceed around to get my wash and the next thing I know, my car is being violently dragged through their carwash. So I go back inside and I am told the owner isn t in and to come back to get my refund. Well I went back and the owner tells me no, he isn t going to refund my money. He knew I d spoke with his staff before spent my money. He knew that my car had been drug through his wash. He alsoknew I d never have spent hundred dollars knowing that my car sat too low for their wash. Having spent $100 based on wrong information I was given by his staff to then to be told too bad so sad I m still keeping your money is not at all now you run a business in our community. In the past I ve used them to detail my Harley and with their wash being touch-less that s a plus. Gladly I spent my money, buying local is important and it s hard to leave a one star review but in this case, it s a well earned one star. Had they taken 2 minutes, grabbed a tape measure and given me accurate information I d never have spent my money. To be told no problem, take my money then to act aloof and tell me they re keeping my money when this clearly was 100% error on them, that is absolutely how you drive a small business into the ground.

Decent wash but still had bugs on front of truck and dirty spots. Employees need a step ladder or something to wash the tops of taller vehicles because the top of my truck was still real dirty.

I took my SUV for a detail... The car was a mess. I'm a soccer coach, and my wife is an athletic trainer; we have three dogs and a 3-year-old, so you can imagine the mess.The detailing crew did a fantastic job. Shout out to Hamilton Touchless! I just visited them today and did the Diamond Express detail and they had it looking brand new in 45 minutes! I tried the 20 dollar package and it cleaned most of the car. I still had some bug remnants on the car windshield and there was water spots,but I should have buffed it out with a microfiber towel. I like this place cause they don't use the brushes cause that's what causes the paint swirls and vehicle damage .

Even after a redo wash they couldn t get it right. $20 high end wash with a redo still has bug guts on the front of the car and windshield dust on the side only got fixed after the second try rest of the vehicle mediocre

They give me a clean car wash all around my truck especially that one kid who gets the right side super clean! I believe he should get a raise and the other people who work at the car wash.

Paid for their best car wash probably got the worst car wash ever. It didn't even take off the light dirt. I would definitely not return to this location

This was a very good car wash. The staff were very thorough cleaning the bugs and grime before going through the wash. Best quick call wash I've been to.

I have had my car detailed here twice and would never go anywhere else in the area. Completely touchless exterior, so no ghost swirls in your paint job and the interior is spotless every time. I'm very particular and I can never find a fault. Encourage anyone who wants a good value in a detail to use them. I have used the mini detail package and the larger detail package and both cheaper than anything I could find in Des Moines before I moved here. Plus, they never keep me waiting. Got the Highest price wash with ceramic wax. Car looked bad after going through. Went back and they let us run through again, no charge, but insinuated it was our fault because we didn t wash our car often enough. They didn t have to state that.

No bent license plates, no new scratches, no broken windshields like other places. Just a perfectly clean car. Works great for the Jeep FYI. Monthly package is only $50 for unlimited washes. Just do it.
