The staff is very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The installation was much faster than I anticipated, around 2 hours for a new stereo with a subwoofer. I couldn't be happier with the end result. All around cannot speak highly enough about the experience and product.Update - my sub stopped working. They were able to diagnose ans get it working within a few min. Highly recommend this place.

If you're thinking of installing a remote start to your vehicle, go to STEREO TOWN,.. they are the best in town. If you think it's too much money, believe me, it's so worth it, specially in winter time. I just got mine installed and so far I love it, no regrets. The guys there are super friendly and they explain everything to you very well. So, don't think about it to much and get it done.

I been doing business with stero town for a few years now always great work and great service. They had some issues on my car yesterday and I must say I am so impressed with the costume service they offered! The gentleman there made a point to sacrifice anything he could have, I'm not one to post review; but I had to share this because you cannot find customer service like this anymore! The problem was resolved and they took care of me for the inconvenience. If you are looking to get a remote start, radio, anything of that nature I 100% recommend stero town!

I come in here fairly often with the intentions of buying things but i can't afford it lol. Even with this being said they are still always great with their customer service and are always helpful explaining things to me so i can get a better understanding of how these things work and learning things i need to know. These are defintitely great guys to go to. 10/10 would recommend any day.

Stopped in on a Saturday with a bunch of questions. I think it was the owner that was there, very helpful. Ended up getting a new sub but kept my old amp and 6 by 9s as the guy said they were adequate, I appreciated thr no up sell.

Absolutely the worst. Had them install a new receiver in my old Chevy pickup. First they quoted $100 installed (old model with no bluetooth) They charged me $141. I figured they must have had a problem or something. Well, they put it in the middle of the dash!! They never said a word to me about not replacing the existing (stock) stereo (they left it in there!!). I wasn't happy about this, but was even less happy when I realized that I can't read the face from the angle its at ANYTIME it is light out.Then about halfway home I realized it was only playing through one speaker. I went back the next day, and the guy that was there Said "It's a speaker problem!" Even before he knew what vehicle, what type of stereo, anything!!I took it apart myself and found that they had TAPED wires together....All in all, I'm very unhappy. I think they should be ashamed of the job they did here, I know they will never touch another vehicle of mine, and I will tell anyone who will listen not to go there.Negative 5 stars

I left work, drove across town, pulled in at 5:45 and they are closed. Sign on the door and info on the web says 9-6 Monday-Friday. I would like to give them my business because I have heard good things but you have to be open in order to serve customers.

Doug and his team are excellent people to work with. They will really go the extra mile to ensure you're satisfied with his service and your overall experience - you won't leave disappointed. Any bugs that needed worked out were fixed on the spot and any questions I had (there were a lot of things I had questions on, technology nowadays is crazy) were answered immediately. My install included an in-dash dvd player, 4 speakers w/ a pair of tweeters, two amplifiers, a subwoofer and a two-way car alarm with remote start. It all looks extremely clean and it appears as though it came factory that way. There is no question this was done by professionals.I would do business with them again any day of the week, and would recommend them for any of your car audio & electronic needs. I knew what I wanted and I wanted it done right, safe to say they exceeded all expectations that I had going into the shop.

Just got approved for my new system by my boy Rick. They ll work with you and have you riding away sounding good. Sterotown the best in the game.

gr8 friendly service, awesome jl audio products and so much more. When they were done with 4 door panels, sub amp, door speaker amp, crossovers, and an interface that talks to my oem 2018 2500hd head unit, and subwoofer remote you wouldn't even know they were there! You can trust Doug to do you right. This is my second pickup he made sound gr8!

Called about a stereo issue told me I need a appointment, I told him I'd like to set one up he asked what was wrong and told me what "might" be wrong and hung up.If he is right I'll give 5 stars if not leaving as 2 because he wasn't very friendly.
