Parts issue caused delay, job will be completed when I get back to town. Probably would have been better if a review was done at the start to make sure the parts were there or ordered before starting. Team leaders were nice and seemed to be trying for me.

we had a lot of difficulties with my car however, Jared at certified auto kept on it until he got everything fixed and she now runs like a dream! it really has been a life saver with them fixing my car.even the birds in florida are pleased with the car!

Absolutely unreasonable, went last week to get an estimate. No problem, said I would be in today,was good with amount. Came in today, was told not sure when they would get to it and had to diagnose it first, tried to explain that there was nothing to diagnose, simple strut replacement. Would not even think about it nor a time or even a phone call to tell me when to come in. Totally different experience I had last week.

Don't waste your time, money or energy at this place. They don't know how to install parts correctly. Went back and forth 2/3 different times after already spending a fortune for repair. Please go somewhere else!

I have use certified for years. Stu always took good care of me. The great service has also continued with JarodIf I could I would rate them much higher than five stars. There is nobody I would trust more than them. My son and his friend were traveling from Omaha to Sioux Falls when their AC quit working. After a few phone calls to area auto mechanics, Certified Repair agreed to take a look at the car. After a diagnosis with a 2 hour repair at a reasonable price, they were on their way. Great service on a short notice!Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

I've taken both my 97 lumina and 02 gmc 1500hd here for repairs. Cooling system repairs on the car and transmission cooler lines on the truck. Both times service was great, and the price was right. I could not believe how fast they got the work done on my car! From the first moment calling and asking for a quote, the ladies were so sweet and patient with me explaining what was going on. I highly recommend taking any of your car problems here. I am so grateful for all the people that work here. Pricing was great too!

Hands down, the best service I have ever had with my vehicles. Walked in with a potential major problem with my car. Not only did they save me hundreds of dollars from mis-information through another business, they got me in ASAP, and car was done less than a hour. A friend mentioned them once to me as I drove by. Figured I stop by to talk. Best decision I made. I am not the one to do reviews good or bad, but this deserves recognition. Thank you guys for outstanding business. You gained a customer for life.

Highly recommend!! You definitely get the feeling that they are serious mechanics that know what they're doing, and that's coming from a guy who normally does his own repairs and has a family of wrench heads. Several staff members have been there a decade or more. The front desk staff is sharp as a tack and very kind.

I bought my first car from Stu awhile back and let me tell you that it was one of the best cars for the price, it runs amazing! As for customer service and the work he and his mechanics do, it is top of the line. He and he crew always do an amazing job for the price. Not to mention Stu is trustworthy with what he does. Stu tells it like it is and will not try and sell you something you do not need. Stu and his crew at Certified Auto Repair will always get the job done and do fantastic work.

Extremely satisfied with the professionalism of service performed by the entire staff. From the time I first meet with the office staff until my vehicle has been repaired by the mechanics. Always finding a way to accommodate my vehicle repairs as needed extremely happy with the professionalism

I ve recently heard that Certified Auto is no longer trust worthy like they used to be. Sure enough after ONLY an oil change, 3/4 of my tires show the tire pressure is low & my check engine light is on after picking up my car. NEVER GOING BACKService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Pulled into Sioux City on the first night of a five night road trip. I noticed as I got off the freeway that there were some pretty awful sounds coming from my front driver side wheel. I knew it was a bad wheel bearing, but couldn't do anything about it that night. The following morning I called around a bit, but as it was the day after Memorial Day most places were understandably busy. Still, Certified Auto was able to get me in immediately. They gave me accurate estimates of both price and time up front, and completed the work even faster than promised. They are true professionals, and turned what could have been a trip wrecker into a relatively minor inconvenience.

Absolutely wonderful service, fair pricing, and more than willing to work with you. Could not recommend more! Stu took his time to explain what was wrong in layman's terms and was quick to respond to phone calls and very patient! Will definitely continuing to go to him for all of our car needs.

NO NO NOHonestly I m really mad. I went here before to have a fuel pump replaced and they charged me $900. I went back to them with my current car and current problem because they were 2 blocks from my job so it seemed convenient.Not only did they charge me $83 for an estimate (they charged me for hooking the car up to the computer which I could have done for FREE at o Riley s or auto zone) but they gave me an estimate of $843!!!I went to 2 other shops who both said they were over charging me. Needless to say I have an appointment at another shop who gave me an estimate of under $300.I am a young mother and I don t appreciate being taken advantage of because my lack of knowledge when it comes to cars . This is robbery !!! They are bogus. I wrote this review instead of going in there and cussing everyone out . Please go somewhere else .

We called to have them look at my vehicle as 2 warning lights were coming on. It took 6 days to get an appt -- and when we finally brought it in for our "appt" they didn't even look at it until the afternoon and WE had to call THEM to ask what was going on. We got the impression they hadn't even touched it yet -- and then they didn't even do diagnostics on why the warning lights even though that was why we scheduled the appt. VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I've been in town for 15 years, and have had my share of car trouble. I've tried others, but Certified is the only shop that has proven trustworthy and fair. So now they are the only place I go for repairs and maintenance.

Excellent work! My family and I have been customers for 23 years and we would not take our cars any where else. Great service is always given to men or women. I highly recommend Certified Auto Repair to everyone.

I don't know what happened to this place but customer service must have gone downhill. The front receptionist was very rude to my son and I and to anyone who walked in. She would laugh obnoxiously loud with co-workers about inappropriate things. It's a tiny waiting room so it's crammed. Then the older man, balding white hair, was looking over my car and came out to tell me that my brakes and rotators were messed up because of excessive use, trying to play the blame game on who's fault it was, because many people drive the car, saying that they shouldn't have a license or be driving. It's an old car but he instantly went to disrespecting the owner. Will not be coming back here ever and I advise anyone who wants good friendly service to stay far away from here as well.

Had our car in twice at other garages for same problem. Brought it into Certified Auto Repair and it was fixed right, and the first time. Excellent service and they fixed the car! Found them using google and the associated reviews. I thought I would return the favor to someone else looking for a fair garage that actually fixes the problem. Thanks again!

If you want someone to take pride in your car and repair it the way it s supposed to be repaired, take your car to certified auto. Best place in town in my opinion.
