Went here after being ignored at Advanced Auto down the street.The guy that helped me was very nice and helped me pick out my wiper blades and put them on for me. I felt bad since it is super cold outside (like -30 wind chill)

Cheaper than advance auto and O'REILLY'S for the most part, but that is only if they have what you need in stock which is 50/50 half the time. Also they weren't able to scan my car's trouble codes due to lacking a scanner tool. Same goes for testing my battery.

Everyone was very helpful except for a manager wearing a stocking cap. When a worker asked for help he responded with I'm not clocked in yet. Really just found that to be the wrong attitude.

Just went to get my battery tested and found out I had a bad battery. Luckily it was under warranty and they replaced it for free. Wanted to shoutout Sam for doing a great job in helping me replace it! AutoZone will continue to have my auto part needs business!

Robert was very nice and able to figure out I had a faulty battery. He helped me in the cold take it out then put a new one back in. I plan to keep coming here for future auto repairs as they always are quick to help.

this autozone is the best i ever visited. The manager at 6 pm today in the evening went above and behind his duty to help me with a new battery and out of his own initiative and heart fixed my back wiper .he kept conversation and make the experience pleasant.I am reccomanding this autozone to everybody in Sioux City Iowa and neighbour

I forgot the young man name who helped me, maybe Nash? Whoever he was, did a great job helping me. Answered all my questions and came up with a solution. Store was clean and well organized. Didn't wait long to be helped and wasn't rushed. Great jobSorry I forgot your name.

Mary was pleasant to talk to on the phone and was very informative regarding the inventory and pricing for a new battery.When I came in both male associates were helpful in testing my battery and attempting to charge it. Unfortunately I was due for a new battery, but they were happy to help install it as well as new windshield wipers.Overall I was very satisfied and will most certainly consider AutoZone the next time I need something for my vehicle.

Good customer service, almost always have parts on hand that I need. If parts are not on hand they are helpful at ordering them, usually show up next day. They call you to let you know they are in. Robert is helpful and knowledgeable about products in the store.

I had some rewards to use up b4 they expired. I also got transmission fluid 2 for $11.00. Couldn't beat that and minus the $5.00. Great deal but took a while to be waited on. Then some more time to figure out what I needed. Thought they would be more knowledgeable.

The guy that helped me was not paying attention to what I requested. He should have educated (corrected) me instead of just putting everything in the computer. I asked for both headlights and received one. My husband needed a coil pack (thought he was asking for the rubber tubes the spark plugs go into and asked me to get 4). The guy knew why I was asking for them because he did a diagnostic 5-10 minutes prior. Did not double check with me, or educate me that a car only needs 1 coil pack. I didn't know what it was, obviously! He sold me one that day and ordered me 3 more! I found out what a coil pack was when my husband put it in the car.Then I had to take back the spark plugs because we didn't need them after all. I didn't have the receipt so he gave me an in store credit. I had to pick up a couple other things anyway so I was going to use the credit on those items. He charged me for them, ended the transaction, THEN gave me a gift card with the in store credit on it! Can you believe this mess?! He was the only employee I had a problem with.

Didn't catch her name but a lady with short hair and a great attitude helped us and even made multiple trips to vehicle to make sure the right items were picked up and she was knowledgeable enough to suggest items to help engine with ticking she heard. Will be telling all to go to auto zone for parts and help.

My daughter went ro this store on Hamilton blvd in sioux city iowa for her check engine light, and now im a frequent auto zone shopper and the guy at the counter told her it would be $60 now i know the service is free thats why i sent my daughter to this location. I will never shop this location again and will not refer anyone to this location.

I ordered 4 lifters in store yesterday and the guy called in front of me to order them, I called today to go pick them up and they dont have any trace of the order, and i needed then for a cam job this weekend. I will never shop there again.

Awesome service great prices , I DISAGREE WITH THE AUTOMATED STATEMENT PROVIDED TONIGHT I WENT TO PURCHASE MANY ITEMS AND THE STORE MANAGER REFUSED TO HONOR THE SALE PRICES BECAUSE SHE STATED THAT WAS TOO MUCH SHE WONT DISCOUNT THAT MUCH. Aerial THE MANSGER TELLS ME THAT SHES UNABLE TO MANUALLY INPUT THE SALES PRICE AND THEN ANOTHER CLERK CAME OVER AND SAYS HEY YOU KNOW THAT YOU CAN CHANGE THAT AND SHE WOULDNT SAY ANYTHING SO I LEFT WITHOUT PURCHASING ANYTHING AND I TOOK PHOTOS OF THE PRICE TAGS AND SKU NUMBERS. I SPEND MY MONEYAT AUTOZONE FOR ALL MY AUTOMOTIVE NEEDS OR WELL I USED TOO AND I ALSO MENTIONED TO THE MANAGER OF MY FRIENDS WITH COMMERCIAL ACCOUNTS AND THAT I WILL BE TALKING WITH THEM ON MAYBE FINDING ELSEWHERE TO SHOP LIKE I PLAN ON DOING! !
