These guys are the best very friendly and welcoming. I recently had body work done on my jeep compass and it came out great. Very good communication with the whole process and keeping me up to date when it was expected to be done. Thank you again Justin and Brittany

Fast, friendly & good service. They kept me up to date on repairs and letting me know when I was going to get my car back which I greatly appreciated. Have been here twice and if my bad luck continues will definitely use them again.

ABRA did a wonderful job on the repairs and Brittney was extremely helpful. All i had to do was drop off my car and pick it up. She took care of getting me the rental car... twice!

The work done was excellent. I do have a complaint though about the handling of my order. When I dropped off my vehicle I was told it would be done in a week or a little more and all the parts were in. After a week and a half I called in. I was told they would check what was wrong & call back. They never called back. I called again and was told the body shop would fix the dent without a new fender. It ended up taking over 3 weeks. When my wife picked up the car she was told they couldn't find a fender that's what took so long. Then you were blaming the insurance Co for the delays. So we wonder what was the truth???

Took a ridiculously long time. Steer tire was left finger tight and two lugs ready to fall off. They're lucky I saw it before I left because it would've come off and killed me and others. Then made it a block away and had to take it back for turbo piping being left off. Not to mention billing my insurance for work that wasn't actually done.

Very disappointed, after 8 months I still have not received reimbursement for my repair after someone drove into my car. Have been working with Allstate which is the company insuring the individual who caused the accident, they send me the check and then they call my bank and cancel the check.This has happened 3 different times. Very disappointed with Abra and Allstate.Service: Body & Trim

I had minor damage to the rear bumper of my vehicle where another car scraped against it in a parking lot. I also needed my windshield replaced due to a crack. I was very pleased with the work they did! It looks like new! Abra is amazing! I ve used them twice now and every single time I have been so satisfied! Carter was very very helpful in the process! When I got my car back the inside was detailed, carpet and seats shampooed, tires shined, entire car washed, and they even replaced my key fob that was dead! Such excellent service would recommend to anybody! 12/10!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Came down to this Shop to get an estimate on some body damage and first customer service rep was doing a good job but a second rep came up and interjected in the conversation and proceeded to tell me how things were gonna go down and even tried to explain a separate companies policy.....long story short I got an estimate 2 blocks away at a separate shop and got my estimate done within 10 mins. Would not recommend anyone to this place. Wasted my time.

the only reason I came here is because this place was the only place my insurance would approve of town. not only was the estimate for a bumper and tailgate repair expensive as all hell, it took 3 weeks to complete when it should've been done in one. next I get calls from my insurance stating you guys overcharged my card. last strike is the paint on the damaged parts of the repaired parts is fading. I'm fed up with you people. DO NOT GO HERE. not worth the stress
