They are friendly. Get my car serviced and washed in an afternoon. And then smile when I return for my car. They always answer any question I might have.

My husband and I recently bought a beautiful Chevy pickup from the Ver Hoef dealership, and couldn t have had a better experience. They carry a large inventory that gave us multiple options (even with needing a very specific truck for towing). Our salesman, Karlowe, was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Jazmine, our finance manager, was kind, thorough and informative. We will be recommending this dealership to friends and family!

Great service from all those we talked to. Karlowe was our salesperson. He was great to work with. We worked a deal over the phone for us, and he held the car for us until we could schedule a time for us to drive from mn. The vehicle was better than expected condition. Fair price too.When I need another vehicle I will check their website first!

Worth driving almost 300 miles for Derek in the service department!Derek in the service department recently aligned the tires on our vehicle. He clearly communicated the process with me, and had a print out to show me exactly what was adjusted. The entire process from making the appointment on the phone, to the service, and even a free carwash was excellent! It is a great feeling to be able to have such a trustworthy person to take my vehicle to. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have purchased vehicles before at Ver Hoef and I will continue to do so. The sales staff is always personable and straightforward which can be hard to find at a dealership! Jared was my salesman and he always answers questions and takes time to go over anything you bring to him. I felt that they offered a fair trade-in value for my pickup and they honored their pricing on the new 2500 HD I took home. Only gripe is that I asked for a price for accessories and never heard back. Ended up spending more on the accessory parts than what I intended. Overall a pleasant place to shop for new and used vehicles and thank you to Jared for working with me when I changed my order a couple times.

Had my vehicle scheduled for service due to a check engine light. I received a call explaining to me what the code was, what needed to be replaced and why, as well as cost for the part that needed to be replaced. The gentleman asked if I wanted to go ahead and service or not, rather than servicing without me having any knowledge, and just giving me a bill at the end. Ver Hoef also loaned me a vehicle to drive while my vehicle was being serviced! Great service.

Terrible Service and terrible pricesI brought my Ram pickup here to do some recall and warranty work. They were very slow to do the work and did not seem in a hurry to get my pickup back to me at all. They were very slow with updates and I had to call them constantly to get a straight answer as to what was going on. After I got my pickup back, I got through one tank of gas with it and then brought it back for a small code and to change the settings with my lights.While they were driving my pickup the oil pressure dropped. They towed it back to the shop and proceeded to tell me I needed a brand new engine. The recall and warranty work they did was on my engine and they did not even consider the fact that they could have caused the engine failure. They were very rude while discussing my options and did not offer much in terms of helping. They even charged me close to $200 for the looking around to find the problem that they most likely caused.I quoted a few different people for new engines and their price was over $2,000 higher than any others and their warranty wasn't any better than anywhere else. I expected much more from a Ram dealership.

I was looking at vehicles and found a really nice car, but someone told me in a really rude way it was not for sale. If it is a rental. It should be in the back off of the sale ground part.

We've never shopped local for a vehicle before, now I don't think we'll do anything else! Kathi helped us find our Traverse, she was attentive, listened to our circumstances, and made great recommendations! The closing process was quick and easy, and we are so happy with our new ride! We also like having the peace of mind knowing help is just down the road if we need it.

This is a 1st. rate dealership. Automatic door opened when we pulled up so we could drive right in. They remembered what needed to be done per our phone call a week earlier. Loaner car was supplied so we could go into town for breakfast while they serviced our auto. They even did a nice wash job on our auto. Everyone is friendly & polite. Add it all up & you have a 1st. rate dealership.

Great Service and Great People. Had two of the salesman Karlowe and Jared going the extra mile helping me move a pickup box form one pickup to the other. Not only the sales is great but service after the sale is excellent also.

Just got off the phone with Kathy from Ver Hoef as on my mother's review they started they wanted to resolve the issues she was having. This was not the case, she just asked me to stop leaving reviews. Also she started very rudely that she should have never sold a used car to a older person on a budget as she couldn't afford the repairs. We're really we're not told anything it needed except tires although they started they throughly went through it and that's all we needed which we were fine with. They did not disclose anything else wrong with it. If they would have told us we might not have bought it or at least knew what needed fixed and been prepared. Or they really didn't throughly go through it just wanted it sold. How can you miss a loose tie rod and bad heater core? The battery maybe, the tires ok, the bumper maybe, although she did take it back and ask then again to look at it which they stated again was fineshe got it repaired somewhere else as all clips were broke but one................ this was my review they asked me to stop. Not honest said they throughly went though my mother's suv that she bought there. If they did they are blind, loose tie rod, heater didn't work 1200 to fix, she even took it back to have bumper checked as it looked like it was loose they said it was fine.. took to another place and they had to replace clips as it almost fell off among various other things that were wrong with it, then the check engine light came on all within the first few months.

I was quite picky on the vehicle I was looking for, and Kathi and Kembe were very diligent and got found me exactly what I was looking for at a great price! The team at Ver Hoef Automotive always goes above and beyond for their customers. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I went here to get my car fixed and it was taking awhile so they gave me a loaner car...well that car quit working only a few miles from the place. I was stranded on the side of the road and then they told me I would have to wait until after lunch time for a tow truck to arrive. Absolutely not. It was about 80 degrees and I'm just stuck on n the side of the road. My car issue was fixed but I wouldn't trust their loaner cars one bit.

Great service oriented dealership. I bought a used truck from them & broke down 4 1/2 hours away on a Saturday afternoon. My truck had an open warranty ticket but this trip had put me just over mileage, so it had to go to back to them. They sent a truck out with a loaner so I could haul the camper I was pulling back as well. Got a new engine in my truck & only a bill for towing which I gladly paid.

Brought my Dodge pickup in for service soon light and thermostat stuck open. They had my pickup got three days. I picked it up and made it about five miles and service light came on. Two days later the new thermostat stuck open. Brought it back and three days later picked it up. They charged me labor to repair what they had fixed. Won't go back.

This is the first time I have worked with anyone at Ver Hoef and they impressed me with their professionalism and service. I did not expect to have a washed vehicle in return. That was a very kind gesture.

Absolutely great service! I purchased my vehicle from another dealership and Ver Hoef went out of their way to get me in and repaired when my dealership couldn t solve the problem! Above and beyond great service

Bought SUV. Told me only thing wrong was needed new tires. Have had to buy a new tires, that's ok. Then had to buy new battery, fob batteries too, tie rod was loose, heater did not work. Had to replace heater core also front bumper clip were broken. Had to replace. Was very costly to have all work done, money I did it have.Daughter received reply. No resolution made by this company!You will never sell a car to an elderly person whose on a budget and cant afford repairs...th at is discrmination!And then you will make sure this situation does not happen again??? I should hope not. Once is enough I think. I am so disappointed in your follow up to this situation.

Kathy and the people in the service department went out of their way to get me back on the road. I was stuck in Sioux Center with a disabled Silverado and needed to get me and my family back to IL. They even stayed after normal closing time to finish the work. Thank you.
