Highly recommend this store, these guys are awesome. Our alternator went out during our vacation heading to Minnesota, the guys were so helpful in helping us get back on the road even though they were about to close, they went way beyond what we would expect a parts store to do for a customer, especially the guy who stayed and helped us the most (sorry we didn't get his name but he was so awesome) We were very grateful for their hospitality and generosity, such a godsend. Thank you guys.

We were in from out of town, when our battery died in the blazing heat. Braxton was super nice and accommodating. He went way above and beyond in helping us get our new battery replaced, and us back on the road. Highly recommend this store, will be back!

Napa has great products, great people, & a deep selection of parts & services!!! Their reputation for high quality suppliers & products is a solid value!!!!it s to bad penny pinchers can t see the big picture as some think Napa is always higher priced than the BIG box stores!! Well educated smart consumers would clearly see the complete value of knowledge, quality & just the complete shopping experience, along with supporting a locally owned business you just CAN T beat patronizing your local NAPA store!!!! So remember think, call, & stop first @ NAPA!!!They know HOW to take care of you!

Bought a tool marked 10.00 and was charged 10.90, they didn't care that it rang up higher, no price adjustment!! Christian music playing in back ground as they rip off the customer. Very impressive!

New owners have set the bar high for quality customer service, Don was a huge help when I was looking for a car part and had a great attitude when helping me. Great people, great prices!

Their website says they are open until 1pm on Saturdays. At 12:15pm the store was closed. A hand written sign was posted with winter hours saying Saturday they close at noon. Today's date is May 21st . 2 months into spring.

This store is smaller than current auto stores such as Arnolds,Cheif auto etc. But I have a classic truck and they have always had the older items I needed not only that but of quality not cheap.
