I totaled my car and they helped me out the same day with a rental and advice on what I needed to do next. They had a new Edge on the lot and saved it for me for a couple weeks until I knew what my insurance company would do for me.

Had a rear seal go out on my '09 Escape and even though they didn't find it the first time, they credited me for the previous work til they had it right. Very pleased! Leon even followed up with a call to make sure I understood everything that was done. Great Service!!

I had an amazing experience here and owe theses great guys a huge thank you. To start I was driving my ford lightning out of town and could not find a charger. Called them up and they allowed me to charge it at the dealership.And the kicker of it all I did not even purchase the truck from them. That shows the kind of stand up people that are at the Sioux Center location. I would recommend that if you are in the market for a new ford or in need of service you stop by. You will be met by the same friendly people that helped me in a time of need. Keep up the great service guys way to be a great people.

We travelled from out of state to buy from Neil at Mouw, as we knew it would be a pleasant buying experience. It was even better than we had hoped for. No high pressure techniques, no trying to upsell anything. We spent more time with Neil going over features than we did with the deal and financing. I can t imagine going anywhere else to buy a car.

They need to be more pro active with the customer after each vehicle service when issues are found before leaving the shop and informing them of these repairs needed.After further discussion with service dept. we have resolved the issue. Overall service is very good.

We recently bought a truck from Mouw and can't say enough about the customer service. The new trucks have some awesome options and Steve took the time weeks after the sale to help me program the truck to my personal settings. I felt like a valued customer throughout the entire process. I appreciate Steve taking a morning to walk me through the entire truck to show me all the options. I would definitely recommend Mouw to anyone looking for a different vehicle. Thank you Steve for helping us find the perfect truck for our needs! You guys are awesome!

We have received top notch service. I don't want to oversell it, but I think people get more than they would expect from this dealer. I have run into people from bigger surrounding cities that choose to go to Sioux Center Iowa to buy their vehicles because of the personal service they receive.

The service department was able to fit me in on short notice and got the work done quickly. They even washed my car and cleaned my floor mats. I would not hesitate to return for future service.

I recently purchased a pickup and was completely satisfied with my purchase. It was extremely clean and the sales department was exceptional and eager to help. Service not that good they send out flyer with different coupons for services but don't honor them when it comes time to settle the bill. I will be using a different Ford dealer from now on I have been a good customer since 2000 just shows how much they appreciate your loyalty

Was ok. But had to ask for a warranty to purchase for the car my daughter bought. Think they could of offered it even if she did need to pay for it.

My car battery was not doing all that well and I needed help charging it. I went to Ver Hoef and a few other places, but couldn't find anything useful. When I got here, I asked for help, and they gave it to me, being nice and polite the whole time. If I ever need a car, I am coming back here.

Not impressed with this place so far, not once, twice but three times our vehichles have not been done when they said the would be, and to top it off we brought my car in to fix a recall (well aware of another problem) and they fixed the other problem without asking and slapped us with a $400 bill. Not ok!! Communication needs to improve!!

A scheduled service appt. Brought our vehicle at scheduled time, no record of appt. that day or the week following. Told us they would get to it if they had time so we left the vehicle there. They were supposed to do full service plus change windshield wipers and check out a light that has been coming on. Didn't have a loaner vehicle that we could take so a family member had to come to get us. called next day and said the vehicle was finished, it was not vacuumed or washed, no new windshield wipers, and the light that they were supposed to check out came on again. I talked to Marion who then transferred me to Clayton to make appt.

Visited Mouw motors yesterday and from the moment I walked through the door and signing the papers on my new Durango I have to say was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had..Thanks to Neil for making my transition from a small car to a vehicle i feel comfortable and safer in..thank you Mouw motors ..

I brought my truck in for a spare key to be made and it came out late smelling like they dumped oil all over the cab. I should have learned my lesson 2 years ago I said the same thing that I would not go back when they changed my oil and said I needed an new oil plug and didn't give me the old one and did not use any coupons that I told them I had the day before when I made the appointment.

Receptionists need to be more courteous to when people call more than once a day! When trying to do business with the company and you feel that you are an inconvenience doesn't sell many cars.
