I ve never bought a vehicle here or used any of their services, but while I m stuck home unable to drive or walk due to surgery my wife got a flat tire. Trent Myers, one of their Service Technicians noticed my wife on the side of the road and stopped to help. He changed her tire, aired up the spare since it was low and even informed her of the safe speed limit on that type of spare. He was very helpful and honest and I would definitely consider this dealer based on that alone. His help was very appreciated and shouldn t go unnoticed. Thank you Trent!

My wife bought a used SUV from Helmuth and later she found a couple of small things wrong and then the SUV had a major wiring problem from the factory. Even though this was a used SUV and NONE of these problems were the fault of Helmuth Ford they stood behind all the repairs and their service manager and technician was both helpful and knowledgeable. On the whole Helmuth was more than fair to work it. I would highly recommend Helmuth Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle or looking for service.

I live out of state. Mike was able to make a very good offer for my trade from pictures and vin# and met me half way so I didn t have to drive so far. Then when a small problem was found by him in the paint finish in the vehicle, he made arrangements with me to have it repaired to new. Never felt like I was being pressured, he just told me what he had to offer and a deal was struck that easy! A very honest guy to deal with! Worth the trip if you have to make one!

My family and I have purchased vehicles from Wagler Motor Company for almost 30 years. Mike is always very helpful and goes that extra mile, a real class act. We live 30 miles from the dealership. The Service Department has always been very accommodating also. It is always a pleasure to do business with Wagler Motor Company.

Been purchasing vehicles from Mike for over 12 years. His dealership is almost 2 hours from my house. But he and the sales and service department take care of any issues I have. The customer service is "old school." They take care of business. Sometimes their service outweighs saving a couple hundred from a metropolitan dealership, and that means a lot to me.

Wagler's is the best! I just purchased my 3rd vehicle from Mike Wagler and I can't say enough about his helpfulness and overall customer service. Mike always has my best interests in mind and is extremely accommodating to find the exact vehicle I am looking for. I will continue to work with Wagler's on all of my future vehicle purchases. I have bought many vehicles from Wagler Ford in the last 20 years and have always received competitive prices and treated fairly, friendly but not high pressure. Mike is always good to his word pleasant to deal with.

Our third vehicle from Waglers. Always a pleasure..make a good deal. Awesome service thereafter. You know the person who sells you the vehicle, the service people who take care of you. Definitely a personal preference.

Called about a vehicle that said available soon and was told as soon as it was ready they would call so I could come look at it. After 2 weeks I get a call that not only did he forget to call but that he sold it to someone else. Too bad, I live across the street and will be looking for a least 2 vehicles in the near future and will be taking my business elsewhere.
