They was very helpful in figuring out why the low beam lights wouldn't work on my wife's car even helped change stuff the worker was very professional and helpful.

Look, I'm a guy that doesn't have much time. Yes, I admit that I'm a procrastinator and one that doesn't use my time wisely. And, let's get right down to it, I needed a break light bulb. I know, I know, I know what you're thinking, such a small little thing. Well, let me tell you something, that little thing got me a warning ticket, not only once but twice. Now imagine how I felt when I walked into O'Reilly's here in Shenandoah on highway 59, friendliest spaces that you'll ever see knowledgeable quick and friendly and warm. That light bulb was purchased and installed within 7 minutes.Now, I can drive past that good and honorable police officer with confidence that I won't have a single thing left for him to stop me.Thank you, thank you O'Reilly's. This location just lost oriellys all of my business. Refusing to price match a competitor as not local even though they are within 20 miles... Your a rural location, most of us are driving close to that distance just to shop at our small town location. I will absolutely drive the same distance the other direction to save $20.

Not the place to work for, unless you enjoy a rough environment with attitudes that's unnecessary. Name calling, short burst yelling...yeah don't waste your time here!
