Was told by Shane the car would be detailed and get a free oil change since it was due when I bought the car. That never happened. I haven t even had the car 90 days and it s now at certified transmission having the entire transmission rebuilt due to poor Maintence. The transmission fluid was brown and had obviously not been serviced correctly like Shane said it had been!

We had a great experience. Very friendly and very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. Explained the difference between different models of the same car family. Would definitely see him again when time to look for different pickup. Thanks for the experience and test drive.

Was told by SHANE that they would shampoo the seats and carpet with a detail. Once we received the car he said they don't do that service.They vacuumed our car , wiped it down and cleaned the outside.Our car was dirty but not filthy but Shane argued with me and said it should have been 150. LOLThey didn't even clean the steering wheel or do a complete vacuum. I tried to explain that they didn't do a thorough job but he would not listen to me. He just kept rudely interuppting and telling me that his department was right and we are wrong . Worst customer service ever ! Do not go here for anything! You will always be wrong and they will always be right . Wish I could give negative stars.Shane did call me back and offered a full refund.

We experienced horrible customer service. I do not recommend Doug Meyer Chevrolet. They will damage your vehicle and they will lie about it, they will not even make it right! So please don't go there! Please be careful please don't go!

My parents will never do business with these people again. They had their tires checked yesterday because they were having trouble. Doug Meyer's employees said their tires were fine and they would be able to make it to Omaha for their dr appts.. They almost didnt make it home back to Clarinda. Their front tire was completely shot. Very poor service.

Tried to say something was wrong with my truck that wasn't even wrong when I got a second opinion on it . Did not top off any fluids when I paid the $53 for the vehicle inspection. And did not catch in the inspection that the breaks needed adjusted.

Bought a 2009 chevy cobalt from these jokers. When we found issues. We got back in touch with the salesman. Car had a bad tire which they did repair. Also had a broken arm rest. Which the salesman said is cosmetic and if we wanted that fixed. We would have to pay for it. Really. Is this any way to treat a customer? Will i ever buy another car from these people? I would not. Would i ever recommend them to anyone? Absolutely not. Wish no one would have ever recommended them to me.. Next time i will drive the extra half hour to Omaha. Also i did get ahold of them in a timely manner? One day after the sale to be exact. Buyer Beware. Also Mr.owner before you say i don't have all the facts. Which you love to do. When there is negative feedback. Come check out the drivers door armrest. Cause it is still broken. That is a fact. Damn. Won't even comment. HMMMM? Also dont be fooled by the sales person named T J. He will outright lie to ya. So dont get caught up in his game. I am making it a goal to tell everyone I know or that reads this. Please shop for your vehicles elsewhere.

Worst experience. Buy a car from T.J. Young if you want to be lied to! As in your licensing & tags will be x amount then end up being double. Then proceeds to tell me that the treasurer office must have messed up. Own up to your mistakes, don t push them on others. Also don t walk away from your customers when they are talking to you, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will never be returning.

Horrible customer service, if you didn't buy there don't expect them to do your warranty work with out a poor attitude. Second time i called to get something checked out and second time the service department hung up on me. Always asking why it wasn't bought there and why I don't take it hours away to where it was bought. Poor customer service. Will definitely not recommend then th anyone.

They are Friendly at first we bought a truck from them so far good and no problems...Then we Buy a GMC Acadia and didn't notice anything wrong untill they erased codes and we took it back after a year and thought they would us out on fixing it...Nope Timing Chain a 3,000 Dollar Job,gave us a loaner and it's doing the same thing,Shane said and Service nothing we can do thought SHANE would help on this Sorry guys...We bought two Vehicles With cash From SHANE...Don't Buy that Buick from them... SHANE was suppose to get back on us on trading it in nope no call from SHANE...Just p

If I could give negitive stars I certainly would! They are dishonest and disrespectful. According to them, the the customer is always wrong. Save yourself a major headache and go somewhere else, ANYWHERE ELSE!!!
