I appreciate the hard work ethic Rich and Paula have instilled into their business. They re fair priced and above all else the repairs are done right the first time. Anyone who strives for perfection in my book is good enough for me! I trust them to always give me honest recommendations. Thank you Paula and Rich for a positive experience every time!

Not that I like having my vehicles in the shop, but when I do I know they are being taken care of properly! Paula and the crew always get me in as quick as they can and are easy to work with. I had my ford fusion repaired here. I had to stop by the shop to grab some personal items from my car. Upon entering the building i was greeted by a younger man who showed me where my car was. The man working on my car was incoherent and mumbling and reeked of alcohol. I looked at my car and was disgusted with the look of the repairs being done to my vehicle. I snapped a few photos and grabbed my items from my car. The building was terrible inside and not very presentable. After seeing the work done on my vehicle i had another shop look at it and the photos i took and they made some suggestions.... my suggestion is dont use this place. Skip morgans and go to the better shops in town! My car is no longer safe with these scary repairs!

My husband was returning home from Canada and his water pump went out. Morgan Collision towed it, did the repairs, and the job well done. Thank you for top notch care. Mike Borsheim

Had them come out to pull my straight truck out of the ditch. Took all of 30 minutes. Charged me $695. Quick work, but the price is unacceptable. Contrast that with a tow for a different straight truck I had done last month - 100 miles and cost less than this job. Will not use them again.

This business goes above and beyond. They have been our go to and we trust Rich and Paula 100% with all of our vehicles . They never talk you into repairs not necessary or tell you more than what the vehicle needs. They want you to be safe.

Paula is rude and she favors different people. U shouldn't do that when working in a business she even started being rude when I called there to set up to bring car inI won't ever go back. I'm a single mom with 2 girls and that is the only car we have.

Morgan is our go to. Paula is always nice and friendly and Ryan is a good guy. Everything we take there comes back ready to roll. They were even willing to do a lift on my wife's '13 Subaru Impreza! I did the research, ordered the parts, and they did the labor. We are very happy with our service experience there.

Got an alignment and a rebalance 3 weeks ago. Earlier today, my entire wheel fell off on the interstate because they didn't tighten the lug nuts enough.

I went to them a couple weeks ago for my back window to get replaced and now I can t use my powered lift gate bc they didn t pull in a wire and also Paula is rude and snotty

BEWARE: Hired this company to come to a residence in Sheldon and assist in loading a bass boat onto a moving van at a quote of $75, which was agreed upon on the day prior to providing the service. After assisting with the boat, the company calls and says the price will now be $347 (without consulting with anyone about any additional charges). Naturally, I asked why the charges had spiked so much and they said only that 'it took more to do than expected.' Told them I would be disputing the charges with my credit card company and they show back up in front of my customers residence and attempt to block the moving van from leaving! This was after I offered to meet them in the middle and pay $200 for additional charges that they would give no more than an arbitrary explanation for!

BY FAR THE WORSE SERVICE EVER!!! THE OWNER HIS SELF AND THE OLD LADY WORKING THE FRONT OFFICE ARE BY FAR THE WORST MOST DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE!!! CANT KEEP THEIR WORD AS TO WHEN A JOB WILL GET DONE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WHATSOEVER! FIRST AND LAST TIME COMING HERE!!!!

Worst place to go took my car in for an alignment that was it and instead of calling me about other repairs needed on my car they fixed them and tried charging me 200 dollars more when they never called me about the stuff they fixed
