Awesome, dropped truck off for tire repair, they have me a ride home and delivered my repaired tire and truck an hour later.

Amazing customer service! I pulled in from out of town right at closing time with a leaking valve stem. They still got me in and back on the road quickly so I could make it to work on time. Thank you again!

We bought a tire that had a factory defect. Approximately $200 for the tire. A day later the sidewall separated, called Pomps to ask for a refund. Sent pictures, but that wasn't good enough, so sent tire via UPS, which cost $60. Still waiting for the refund, three months later. Check is on the way they keep saying. Instead of standing by their product and doing what is right, they are waiting for corporate.
