We appreciated the no pressure feeling we had. We could look for as long as we liked and then test drive what appealed to us. There was an ample selection of vehicles too. Appreciated Brad & Greg s expertise with financial part too! We are very happy with our experience at HiWay!

I have recently purchased my 4th Enclave in 16 years from Hiway Chev. They are the best (IMHO). They treat with honesty, trust( both ways) and I enjoy being part of their family. Why go anywhere else where they don't care if they don't see you again? Their sales people and service staff are the best!!

We have done business with Hi-Way Chevrolet Buick in Rock Valley for years with both vehicle servicing, repairs and purchases, and always have been very pleased. We just worked with Austin Feekes there on a new vehicle purchase and again had a great experience! The customer service and professionalism we experienced with Austin and Hi-Way is absolutely top-notch.

I love how Hi-Way Chevy treats us like we are family. They go above and beyond what a typical auto service would do. Big shout out to Austin at the front desk coordinating a pick up and drop to help us out!!! Evan, Brad, and the rest of the staff have treated us like friends since the first day we've met them. My wife's GMC Yukon XL developed a knock in the front driver tire. We were planning on taking it on a trip the next day. She called at 4:15 to see if we could have them check it to see if it was drivable, the drove it on the lot, put in on the jacks, and replaced both front stabilizer links. All was complete by 4:45 THAT DAY! Thanks guys!!

This was my first brand new vehicle purchase for myself and Hiway Chev was so kind and helpful. Even when we had a small issue, they were so helpful and we walked through it together to get a quick solution. I would recommend Hiway Chev to everyone.

The guys in the service department are always accommodating and welcoming every time we come in the get out car serviced, They let you know how long it should take and get you going in a timely manner. Great bunch to work with!

Jamie Van Zee s service was all that a person could ask for. When my Tahoe s transmission went out he talked to the service department for an estimate and then got it scheduled for repair. He gave us a loaner car to use while mine was in the shop. And lastly started looking for a new Tahoe for me.When I visit Hiway Chev everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. It s like coming home. Everyone knows your name.Well done all of you at Hiway Chev in Rock Valley, IA. Superior standards and service.

Adequate, Timely communication regarding the work our vehicle needed performed. We bought the Vehicle new from the dealership in April, 2022. It was absent the chips to control the heated seats due to supply chain issues. We were notified recently that the necessary parts were now available and the dealership acquired them and installed/programmed them an now our vehicle is complete.

Just performed a basic oil change and they checked everything! Showed me my cabin filter which was super gross!! Service was great! Very helpful group of guys in the service department and parts department. 5 star job!

I know they work very hard to service their customers well. They detected a problem in the engine and took the initiative to deal with it while my vehicle was under warranty. We really appreciate the expertise of the mechanics and the concern they expressed for what would be convenient for us as far as repairing the engine.

With the fantastic service I get at Hi-Way Chevrolet-Buick, there'd be no reason to go anywhere else. I don't have to waste my time going from dealer to dealer in order to find a great deal. I am always treated with friendliness and respect, and I know they're interested in getting me in the right vehicle. This time was no exception. They got me in a vehicle that was beyond what I thought I would ever have, and I will be happy with it for a long time!! Everyone made the process stress free!

Jamie did a great job getting us into a vehicle we really wanted and something that worked better for us. He explained all the bells and whistles of the new pick up and was/is available if we have any questions. All the paper work went smoothly and we were in and out of there in a short amount of time....great service...this is our 4th or 5th vehicle that we have purchased from them.....that should tell you the story :)

Hi-way Chevy Buick is an amazing place. I have bought 20+ cars during my lifetime and I have never been to a place that is so caring and non-pressured. Evan Vandenbosch and Brad Vandenbosch at Hiway Chevy are high quality people who put the customer 1st! My Silverado was being checked for a recall. While at the dealership I inquired about a problem I was having with my power retractable mirrors. This is the 2nd GM pickup I have had that had this same problem. The service manager said he had never heard of such a problem, but he would check on it and contact me in the next week. I was never contacted. This is not the kind of follow up I was hoping for.
