The outside of the building has been painted grey. The inside has been remodeled. I stayed her 1 night and was pleasantly surprised that we ended up booking an additional night. The Manager was extremely accommodating and had GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Beds were comfy and the showers were AMAZING! The water pressure was great and there was a water softener. Everything was clean and the Continental Breakfast was adequate. Coffee, Waffle maker, cereal toast and muffins. Enough to get you on your way. Would definitely stay again!

Really great operators. I'm here for work, been coming to this town for about month now during the week and have stayed here all but once, and that was regretted. Today the manager or owner called asking if a room will be needed since they were nearly booked and I hadn't checked in yet as per the norm by the early morning.On top of that, the beds are comfy, rooms are good size, they have a fridge and microwave. The shower packs a punch that is so relaxing after a long day working. Also there is a near full cable package available for your viewing pleasure. They offer a pretty standard breakfast; juice, coffee, cereal, oatmeal, toast, waffles. Occasionally there will be biscuits and gravy.All in all, can't really say anything bad about the place. Definitely a good place to stay especially considering it is in such a small town and doesn't really have many repeat customers to appeal to.

The whole place smells vaguely off, and the front desk worker seemed upset that there was someone checking in and was nonexistent when we checked out. The breakfast was barely edible and the prices seemed a little high. On the plus side the bed was comfy, fairly clean room. Not the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, but given the money I spent, could have been better.

0 Stars!!!! Worse then a motel.Came out for a wedding and stayed for 3 days. We first arrived and the manager threw a fit about us having children when our paperwork said they were free and kept asking if they were staying and he kept hounded us at our door which was strange to see if anyone else was in the room.As we got in the room our towels were stained with black stuff on them, the counters were dusty and one of the beds had sticky stuff on the bedding, we had spiders living in the windows and the A/C unit was covered in weird oily sticky stuff.When I asked the manager to have it recleaned or to move rooms he came up with every excuse in the book at first then I got a friend who lived in the area there to help me then his tune changed. The manager and hid wife came to the room and said there was nothing dirty about the room even when showed the photos and I showed him all the issues yet he only pointed out our clothes on the floor (which we had just did to adjust to the warm weather) and he said that wasn't him just to be ignorant.The manager and his wife were rude and spoke in a different language so I couldn't understand what they were saying in front of me, it was very unprofessional.He did ask if I wanted a refund and if I choose that option I was not able to stay at the hotel for my stay and the other hotels were booked and it would leave us with no where to sleep so we had to deal with it.The shower did not drain very well and the microwave and mini fridge were stationed on a night stand which seemed unsafe.The breakfast was a joke and there is NO pool as it says online there is one...Horrible experience

I will never stay here again. The guy who manages it is very rude, has an attitude and doesn't know what respect means. The entry way was dirty, the doors were full of handprints. The breakfast if very minimal. The only time when someone is at the front desk is when the young lady was there. While she was there things were clean. But when she was off shift it was dirty. She greeted me with a warming smile. Asked if I had any questions. Made sure I had everything I need. Made me feel welcome.

Really enjoy this place. Staff is super nice. Room is always clean & fresh smelling. Traveling for work is always a struggle to find somewhere to stay the night that s clean, safe & a good value. They have managed to do that here.

There is a hole in the ceiling above the shower and the bed is harder than the parking lot. This is definitely a low end "choice hotel". It has a huge tv though, and the AC works awesome. The room has a good smell to it. Probably won't stay here again until it gets updated.

Great place, nice staff, clean rooms, stayed 2 separate nights, first night upgraded to the suite with the heart shape jacuzzi! Although it didn't work I informed the desk and they had a refund for the upgraded price, EXCELLENT authentic Mexican food right next door.

It was ok. We have to stay here for work, so no choice to pick.other places. It was a major improvement from last time. But the owner/managers that live there cook daily in their room and the smell of their foods are very offensive. But like I said, they have majorly improved the place and are overall clean. The female manager is extremely friendly.

I enjoyed my initial encounter with the owner. Very nice and clean! I found the bed comfortable along with the pillows. If I ever end up in town or the surrounding area I will stay here again.

Very rude. They quoted us one price on the phone, and charged us a different one. We didn't stay there our second night and we still haven't gotten our refund. My son got cereal and the milk they had was spoiled and when we told them they said we know and that there was another one in there. No apologies at all and why if they knew it was bad did they leave it for a child to get?!?! The manager or owner or whomever he is, hounds the guests and follows everyone around and he even questioned my son (who by the way has cancer) about who was in our room and what we were doing!!! I am so discussed by this place it's a joke. I went to the next town and got a cheaper motel with a lot better service!!!

This place is clean. We have stayed at many hotels and the Rodeway Inn is 5 stars. Very friendly and accommodating gentleman at the check in. Clean rooms and nice appliances/t.v. Nice bedding on comfortable beds with a clean bathroom. Nicely priced. Would come back.

Recently updated, spacious rooms with microwave and mini fridge, cable TV, wi-fi and pet friendly. Staff is polite. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and I will stay here again.

Very comfortable with unbeatable prices. Equivalent with holiday inn, but 1/2 the price. I had an issue with my shower drain and they fixed it while I was out. Very nice shower heads by the way.

Very nice stay! Wonderful accommodating front desk attendant, and I'm apt to think he may also be the owner! We're here on business in Red Oak and the accommodations were clean, comfortable and perfect for our business overnight stay

Clean Room. Great Friendly Staff. Breakfast was very good! Looks like they just had new renovations done. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Red Oak.

The people were very nice. But the breakfast was sub standard and I didn't even get coffee, and, we paid extra for a Jacuzzi room and the Jacuzzi tub didn't work. They did not offer even a partial refund for that. I would return but I would have breakfast some where else and not pay for any extras, just get a regular room.

We got there about 9:30 pm. I checked in and checked my room. It was nice and clean. We had a good night. Packed up early and hit the road.
