When we arrived the elevator was broken, pool was broken. Our room smelled very musty. We had pube hairs on our toilet and back of the toilet. The bathroom floor was sticky. We tried different hotels but everyone was booked. Their website said they were fully booked so we couldn t get another room. Against our better judgement we stayed bc we were in town for a wedding and live far away. When we woke up there were bugs in our bed. Highly not recommended! Very disappointed! Honestly want to give 0 stars but not an option!

We had a terrific experience at this Red Coach. Cleanliness, service, atmosphere and comfort were all exceptional !Nearby activities: There is a great sports bar attached to the hotel. Just a short walk down a hallway!

This is an okay hotel made great by the staff: particularly Rose, Deb, and Hannah in our visit on Labor Day weekend. The elevator broke on Friday, which was inconvenient, but the staff was helpful in every way.The next-door restaurant is a sports bar, open late, good staff, but we mainly ate in town (La Cascada), though I've heard Casa de Oro (nearby) is good too.People driving EVs should ask at the desk about 120V charging, or check the Legion RV park a couple blocks away at the Montgomery County fairgrounds (240V).

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows were comfy. We came with a group and loved that they let us hang out in the breakfast area. The free drink tickets were also very appreciated. I'm not sure what was going on with the pool, but three days later my daughters hair still feels like straw. Not sure if the chlorine levels were off or what. We also found a random undershirt in our room which made me wonder how thorough the cleaning staff was before we came.

Love this place! I stayed here for 3 MONTHS for a project I was working on locally. The staff is amazing and made me feel right at home! My room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. In a small town without a lot of hotel options it was nice to find this place. By far the best option within an hour of Red Oak. I will be staying here again if I'm ever back in Red Oak for work.

The Red Coach Inn is a very comfortable hotel. Our stay was for a training in a nearby town. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are clean. The breakfast available was adequate, but could use a little more variety. They the eggs, they are delicious! The bar/restaurant tied to the hotel is also nice. They could use another boost in the variety of available beers. Especially in the current craft beer trend. All in all, a very nice stay.

Surprisingly nice. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms clean and we'll kept. The air conditioning and thermostats actually work properly. You set the temperature and you don't bake or freeze! The continental breakfast is a bit meh mostly suffering from the quality of the coffee. The biggest strike is the use of a coffee machine that makes coffee from concentrate. The attached restaurant has good food at a good price. The biggest problem was the gravy was too salty by far.

Really nice hotel, clean room and ice cold AC on a hot day. Nice king room, very roomy bathroom with a good shower. Friendly staff, nice clean pool and hot tub. Breakfast had microwave omelets, cereal, milk, coffee, hot cocoa, toast and bagels, fruit, hard cooked eggs. Nice place to stay, glad to know if we need to come back.

The rooms were clean, the staff was super friendly. The kids all loved the swimming pool and the hot tub sure felt great after a long day. We did have a chance to try the restaurant and the good was really good.

This is our second night here the room is ok. But there is no restaurant or breakfast. We got 4 ticket stubs for beer or water. The pool has some kind of bleach in it and my girlfriends bathing suit went from blue to green also her hair was falling out and burning after getting out. Our throats and eyes were itching like crazy and the hot tub was like 85 degrees. And for $123 dollars a night I honestly hope someone will do the right thing about this because it's not right.

The room was fairly clean, things like there was the dirty ring in the toilet bowl so not sure how long it had been since someone actually cleaned it. My shower knob was broken as well so myself and four children could take a cold or scolding hot shower if we were brave enough before attending the funeral we drove 6 hours to come to. So no shower, dirty rooms, my sisters room the trash can wasnt even emptied before she got her keys. You would think for as much as i paid for one night in this hotel they could afford a toaster in the breakfast room that actually toasts both sides of the bread. This was a horrible experience. I will never stay at this hotel again nor will i ever recommend it.

There were lots of boxelder bugs in my room. 20 -30. I get that they come out more in the evening so I don't really blame housekeeping and I wish I could remember the front desk ladies name because she took care of as many as she could by hand. It was disappointing that other people just sort of told me yeah there really bad but they usually stay by the window. I get that and I don't complain much but with 20-30 bugs in my room weather they stay close to the window or not its still annoying. Plus i just wanted a vacuum to take care of them myself. I'm not writing this to complain its more just to inform you that the bugs were really bad and I assume others may be less content about it.

The rooms were a good size, so we'll start with that. The pillows provided were numerous, at four, but they were throw pillows so they became cumbersome. The bed was comfortable at least so that's a plus. There is also an ethernet cable and jack provided so you can hook your laptop up and not worry about lag or having to get a password to access wifi. The bathroom was a good size and there was an ironing board, so that's a plus. There is a breakfast offered and an onsite restaurant.Onto the cons.. The TV was tiny and offered no channel guide. The channels were SD, no HD options except a few local channels, and the channels kept going out. The shower was eh as far as water pressure goes. I'm tall so the head was a little low for me, but for an average person, it would be a good height. There were enough outlets in the room, just none of them were close to the bed or night stand. Now onto the continental breakfast they have available. The omelets had to be microwaved, so that is a negative. They did offer a variety of cereals so that is always good. Wednesday s they advertise biscuits and gravy. I haven t been here for that, so if they advertise it, they should be good.
