Kylie was very nice and willing to work with my insurance company to get my water heater fixed. Chance did a wonderful job getting the technician report to them and installing it after approval. Chrys was very helpful too by trying to get the job done and fixed as soon as possible. Extremely professional company and I am very happy with the outcome. They also repaired my air conditioner last year and I was very happy with the results too . At this point I would never use anyone else than Jones Mechanical!Jones Mechanical is always fast and efficient. Got a whole new furnace during our blizzard over Martin Luther King day. Cory came and looked at it the first day it went out and by the end of the week we had heat! They are very fast and professional if you have questions about ANYTHING.....Chrys is super nice and made sure that we got it as fast as possible! I even got a present when it was done to thank us for our business. If you want it done right, these are the guys, they definitely take pride in what they do. Excellent service!!

My kitchen sink was backing up. The technician Robert Woods checked out the issue and showed me that the line to the Sewer was completely clogged. He gave a quote, we agreed and he was back the very next day. Did an amazing job...clean, efficient, and friendly. I would recommend Jones Mechanical for all areas of home maintenance

Cory is a very polite and considerate young man - even put shoe covers on before entering the house. Explained everything he was doing, and showed me where there were issues and how he fixed it. Very pleased with the service!

We are very pleased and appreciative with Jones Mechanical! Our furnace was having problems igniting and they were quick to get someone here to fix our problem. Cory is great and super knowledgeable as he explained everything he was doing. Great service! Can t recommend them enough!

That worked diligently for a week installing my replacement steam boiler and did a wonderful job. They are very professional, prompt, kind and considerate. They updated me on their progress daily and all the technicians introduced themselves prior to providing the work. When they had questions, they contacted Andy Jones for advice and instruction and he was always available to them. Just a great company and very well managed.

Kevin & Jake more than met my expectations today. I called your office at 8am about my hot water heater bursting a leak. Cindy who answered was very pleasant and reassuring then Cheryl called back and felt like I was treated with respect and I felt like I was a valued customer. Instead of purchasing a replacement hot water heater I got what I really wanted a tankless system. Kevin arrived about 9:30 and Jake later assisted with installation and were completed by 5pm! Plus I got reasonable financing through GreenSky. Now I have Chris coming Monday for furnace maintenance. You people are knowledgeable, friendly and confidant. Thank you. Jeff Halvin

Cory is absolutely phenomenal! He came to give me an estimate on different types of heating options. My house is very unique. After several companies stated that couldn't do anything, Cory stayed over 3 hours racking his brain, walking the basement, attic, interior and exterior of the home trying to figure it out. He actually cared and his work ethic shines. He's sweet, punctual, kind and very knowledgeable. It is going to be a pleasure doing business with Jones Mechanical if every employee is like Cory!3 month Update: With this horrible, frigid weather we had, Cory came out afterhours and got my heat running again. All smiles and friendly banter, he works quickly, efficiently, never complains and always makes me feel like the work is getting done correctly. Thank you again, Cory!

Love Jones Mechanical! Very professional and kind. They always clean up afterwards. I get time ranges them a notification when they are on their way along with a photo of the tech. No sitting around waiting all day and no questioning if it's the right person. Definitely recommend! We won't use anyone else!

Really good service. The first time they came out it did not fox the issue. With their 30 day warranty the technician came back out and fixed all of the plumbing issue free of cost. Very good job and much appreciated

Drew was very polite and professional!!!!! He put shoe protection over his shoes to protect my floors! He explained everything to me and told me the price it was going to cost me before he proceeded on! I am very happy choosing Jones Mechanical! I am also very pleased with Drew, the technician! Jones Mechanical to the rescue again. Chance Cobb, was the primary technician, and then, Ben showed up with the power snake to help get the drain clear. The technicians are always very knowledgeable & pleasant, on this occasion, I was able to see the interactions between the technicians. Had major issues with our plumbing & Kevin came to our house & listened to my concerns & made sure everything was fixed before he left!!
