If I could go above the 5 star rating I would. I ve been taking my cars to Rob since I was in high school and he s always done an amazing job. Extremely reasonable with pricing, very personable. My husband and I have Minis and not a lot of shops will even look at them but he does oil changes and has fixed mine without charging me an arm and a leg. We won t take our vehicles anywhere else!

Rob did a stellar repair on my 2017 Toyota RAV4. The Toyota dealer in Des Moines quoted me over $2,000 for brakes, tires and replacing the radio. Rob did all that for 1/2 that. Prairie City is actually closer to me than Des Moines. SCORE !

Service is quick and accurate. Will look over your vehicle with fine tooth comb and will charge you fairly. Work will be done promptly and correctly. There is no need to worry about your vehicle when you drop it off here. Detailed receipt is so helpful for understanding and breaks down costs, which again, are well worth it for the attention to detail, work, and turn around.

Rob is my go-to mechanic and has been for years. He's a straight shooter. He doesn't try to sell you things you don't need and will tell you if something can wait. Being a woman that is super rare and very important. If there were more stars to give I would absolutely give them.

I have heard nothing but good things about Rob and the service he provides. So today I took my car in. He is honest, reliable with reasonable prices. Don't take your vehicles to dealers with exorbitant labor charges. Use PC service providers!

We had a fender fly off our food truck on the way to Des Moines. Frantically calling around along our route and came across these guys. They were able to get us in and out within 15 minutes!! Great workmanship at a reasonable price, one of the best independent mechanics in Jasper County and a Very Happy and Personable Individual. Can't think of any person I would rather take my car or truck to. He will also show you the worn out parts prior to replacing them (time permitting) or the used parts ater the job is done ! A Great individual for keeping your automobile in great running shape.

One way you know a good mechanic is how busy he is. Drive by any day and count the number of vehicles parked on the east side of the square. Chances are that Rob has repaired them and they are ready to go or they are in line to be worked on by him. He's a good mechanic, but be patient. He's busy.
