The service department went well above and beyond to help us get our car up and running! Went out to go to the store before work and my car would not start. We are a single car family, and also very new to the area! Called Pocahontas sales and service to see if they by chance did a jump service to get our car running in order to get it to the shop to see what s wrong! They were happy to help! They came to our home, put a batter pack on the car got it started and drove it into the shop! Figured out it was just the battery and a super simple fix. They replaced the battery and got us on our way! This whole thing took under 4 hours in total. From the car not starting to getting the car back! We were able to get to work on time and everything! Can not praise and thank them enough for going above and beyond to get us in and on our way!

Great service. Very helpful and informative. They get you in quickly and get the job done at a reasonable rate. I bought a vehicle (pickup) there recently as well. I love it. I was very pleased with my trade in price and the price of the truck I purchased.

Great service and they are quick. They pick up my car at my place of employment while I work, then return it after servicing it. I love the personal attention I receive! It's so convenient now to get my oil changed!

Terrible F N service here. The person here by the name of Nate took advantage of me because he knew my car wouldn t start and was subsequently unable to drive it off the lot. First, he said he would charge me around $1,100 to repair my timing belt and water pump, and if that was not expensive enough, he bumped up the price to $1,300 and in the end my car was still dying on me. I like to support local businesses, but while I do live in Pocahontas, I will be driving to Fort Dodge when my Chrysler 300, or my Ford F-150 need service. At least the person there is not money hungry looking for a grand payday, and will repair my vehicles diligently, honestly, and to the best of his ability. Nate also lied about my check engine light which he said he removed and said that I would need to drive about 15-20 miles before it comes up again, but when I turned on the car the check engine light came up immediately. He then backtracked and said that he drove the vehicle 15-20 miles. I would not recommend this con artist to anyone, including my roommate who was also looking for a reliable go-to mechanic.

Great service. Work was done faster than what I was originally told and was cheaper than what I was quoted. My car drove perfectly after the work was done and was cleaner than when a brought it in. The service team really take care of their customers and show they care.
