Great experience with thiel! Spencer was super helpful and wasn t pushy like most sales people. He let me take my time, ask any questions, drive multiple vehicles and worked with me on trade in and price of new vehicle! Got a great warranty, nothing but great things to say! Will purchase from them again!! Thanks guys!

We made the 4-1/2 hour drive from St. Louis to Thiel Truck Center to purchase a 2022 Honda Accord. Spencer was great to work with. We agreed on a price over the phone and the transaction was super easy and there were no hidden fees. This was the easiest car purchase we have ever made. I would highly recommend Thiel Truck Center.

Jim, Spencer and his team have been amazing to work with over the years. I have purchased vehicles from them personally, and for my businesses, and have had a great experience each and every time. The last vehicle we purchased was for our son and they helped us setup a surprise for him to get at dinner time. I would highly recommend purchasing from Thiel Truck center in Pleasant Valley!

In no way shape or form a pushy salesman type dealership. I had a very relaxing experience test driving and purchasing my truck. A fluke part went bad right after I purchased the vehicle and they had me bring the truck back so they could take care of it while setting me up with another truck to drive while they urgently fixed mine. Thiel Truck Center was recommended to me by multiple people and now I recommend them as well.

Sold the truck and good price. They said they would fix the brakes since it had a shake. Made a appointment and asked when they wanted truck dropped off but then got rescheduled for a day I couldn't make it. Reached out twice to reschedule and nothing back.

Me and my girlfriend bought her car here the car was very clean, apparently too clean. She put 2,500 miles on it, and, the motor blew. We are now stuck with replacing a motor and are out $2,000 from buying a new motor. They said she had wrecked the vehicle and that the damage wasn t there when she bought the car. Imagine writing a check for $16,000 and then you don t even have the vehicle for 3 months and the motor blows up. Then to blame it on her like she wrecked it. It really seems like you guys 100% stand behind your vehicle s. Never would I ever buy another vehicle from here. If I could rate it 0 stars then I would. The salesman was a creep and seemed pretty excited to dump the car on someone. Buyers please steer away from this dealership.

Had a great experience with Jim! Called ahead and he put a hold on a truck I was interested in. Drove the 2 hrs and purchased the truck. Got it home and ended up having an oil leak. Brought the truck back to him and they took it to their shop and had it repaired for me at no cost, no questions asked. Overall great experience, and great business owners who stand by what they sell.

Solid dealer. I came across a lifted Denali on a Youtube video they posted on a Sunday night. Called the dealer on Monday about trading in my Silverado and Spencer was fair and right on with values. I made the 2.5 hr trip out Tuesday evening and everything was as described. Big thanks to Spencer for waiting an hour after closing for me to arrive! He had the paperwork ready, we traded titles and a check and I was heading home in a beast of a truck!Thanks again!

Excellent and most honest place to do business with. Our truck showed up delivered to us, and the AC didn t work. Called Jim and He said to have it fixed and then sent us a reimbursement for the repair. I would highly recommend working with him again.

Purchased a truck last week. Drove down from Minnesota (300+ miles) because of price and condition shown in photos. Truck was exactly as advertised. Spencer and Jim were great to deal with. Very satisfied.

At this stage we are going to acquire financing for the vehicle we chose. I placed a text message at 7am on Sat morning stating I had a 4 HR drive from Minnesota . Spencer texted me back shortly after and said he would hold the vehicle until I got there. They had it all cleaned up and ready to go when I got there. Awesome service. Now I just hope the bank will finance on that particular vehicle .

They had what I was looking for. He found me a very good interest rate. They were very friendly and nothing like a big dealership that's out for blood... LOL I found out I bought a truck from his family years ago then it was him and his dad and brother... I liked dealing with them too. I'd buy from him again.

Dishonest.I was interested in a truck but lived about 4 1/2 hours away from this dealership. I had been in contact with them several times over a period of about a week and asked about the condition of the truck. I was told that the truck was in great shape except for a for "rock chips" in the fender areas. After driving for over 5 hours in a snow storm, we found they were multiple issues with the truck that were not disclosed or simply lied about.There were multiple body issues such as denting, rust spots and flaking paint that were not disclosed. Via email, I had specifically asked about a spot on the tailgate that I noticed in a picture and was told it was nothing. Upon arrival, it was a rust spot.The passenger side mirror had significant damage that was not disclosed or shown in a picture (an honest dealer would have replaced this and not sold it with the damage).The bed liner material had taken a lot of abuse and had gashes/cuts in it.Driver side seat warmer did not work.The trim around the exterior of the windshield was falling out across the top of the truck and appeared to have been that way for some time, allowing rain/snow to enter the interior of the truck.The sales description listed "new tires" but the tires on the truck were used and had some chunks out of the treads.So after a week of conversing with the dealer (and them knowing I was 4 1/2 hours away), taking a day off of work, traveling over 10 hours (half of it through a snow storm), and two tanks of gas, the response I received from the salesman was a shoulder shrug and "Sorry about that".Please be cautious if considering purchasing from this dealer. It is obvious that they are not honest with customers nor do they care.

They sell cars with no catalytic converters and check engine lights that have been erased from the car via machine just to sell the vehicle that come back on later. Buyer beware they have a few locations one of the thiel sons sold me the vehicle shady business and family find your truck else where.

Great group of guys that I would gladly recommend to both friends and family. Went the extra mile for me - matter of fact they went the extra 80 miles for me. I'm hoping that my truck lasts me for next 20 years but if it don't, I plan on making Thiel Truck Center my first choice. Thanks Guys - all of you
