Great new Tractor Supply store! Very clean and organized. A vast improvement over previous store. Better inventory, better prices and better rewards.

Never again will I spend my hard earned money at this store! I picked out a pair of jeans in the women's section, the tag on the shelf said $19.99. The jeans rang up over $80 and they refused to honor the tag instead took the tags off the shelves and blamed it on a co worker! The cashier was rude to me as well! Never had such bad customer service in my life I will make to drive to Walmart from here on out! That was over an hour of my life I can't get back & $90 they don't deserve! I really hope those people don't come to my store and expect any different from me or my employees!!

Store clerks were helpful, but I had to look around to find one. On a previous visit, I found out about rewards for birthday, & one other reward, but found procedure to get those rewards was complicated. I did get $5 off on a purchase, with my store reward card, a few visits ago. All I had to do to get this reward card, was sign up with my phone number at the check out.

Big improvement since Tractor Supply took over. Customer service is great now and they actually have items in stock My previous review was for when the store was Orschelns, before tractor supply took over....

Was very pleased with the friendliness of all the employees at this store. I am very grateful for all the employees that went out of their way to help me get the pet supplies that I needed.

Arrived in store at 6:40, went to check out at 6: 57 knowing they close at 7:00pm. No one was at the register, was told that they had closed the register and it could not be reopened. There was no announcement in store over the speakers that they were closing or signs on the entry doors. The manager said to tell the cashier they were closing early and I was directed to come back in the morning. The front doors were locked so had to get someone to unlock them so I could leave. If I hadn't gone to the front being conscious of the normal store close time they'd have had no idea I was in the store.

Worst employees ever. Too busy talking to each other and not paying attention. Overcharged me, then when they supposedly fixed it, they had charged me another $60.

Great store, clean and neat. Greeted right away as i walked in the store young lady at counter named Dana helped me find what i was looking for, she was very knowledgeable and easy to talk too. Love to shop there, prices are great and love the clearance items alot!

The store employee Tomas is one of the employee I have ever met. He waited on me with a smile and very polite manner. He's very professional and is knowledgeable about almost every product there is I think in the store. He makes people want to come back and shop at Orscheln's in Perry. Thank you Tomas from making my day a better one.

Great staff, and really they are the best bet for most things lawn farm and garden. Prices are way better than Ace Hardware. They actually have a lot of plumbing supplies as well as a house pet department that rivals even Petco. Great chain,great employees, and great location.

Love this store in Perry since they have nice to their new location. This store is huge and is my go to store that is about 15 miles from my home. I like it because of their huge variety of supplies from hitch pins, to lawn tractor tires a grade 8 nuts and bolts and you can pick up your dog food or a new sweatshirt whole you are there too.

I'm applying for a job at Orschelns. I had trouble filling out the on line app, so I went directly to my towns Orschelns to get a paper app. I spoke to the clerk, then the Manager came to greet me. I noticed that these two women were " down to earth" yet exhausted. I'm bringing my app back today. I hope it works out for all of us!

The store is clean and inviting. The staff greets customers as they enter the store, and ensure that customers can find what they need. Checkout is quick and efficient.

Wonderful store. Employees are always willing to help. They have everything I need for my chickens and pets. I love the new location much better than the old one.

Stopped at my local Orscheln's store (Perry, Iowa) today to get dog food and the price on the shelf was $44.36 at the cash register it was $60 and some odd change, when I pointed out that the shelf said a different price the lady said oh I'm sorry we missed stocked it and we can't honor the price. I will not keep my business local and support this store anymore.

I'm a simple country boy I buy a lot of my clothing here the prices are much lower than places like tractor supply Boot Barn and fleet farm they always have my sizes in stock and a low prices

Very nice clean store. Much larger than the old store it replaced. Helpful and friendly staff. Prices are reasonable.
