We choose Ulrich to service our car and truck because they do a very thorough job they set up an appointment and that s when we get in we never have to wait. We appreciate the care they take with our vehicles and we will continue to do our business with them in the future.

The knowledgeable people that work there starting with the service advisors and service manager to the tech's that perform the service repairs. Make you feel like you're one of the family,and most welcome. This why I recommend people to Ulrich's as they are a family owned business and keeps treats the customers like family.

We are extremely pleased with Ulrich Ford Lincoln. They have always treated us well. All the departments have treated us with respect and have always taken care of our vehicle needs!! We are so fortunate to have them locally!! A huge asset to the community!!

Had my 2010 now for a little over 2-weeks my problem started the day it came home ! We both love the truck and were excited to get it home .. But here we are today Ulrich Ford has it going on day 3 and they can't get it to act up go figure . Any got to my appointment on Monday 15-min early & they had a loaner waiting for me (Yay ) my previous dealer in Knoxville was bought out so we're back to a dealer we trust and that takes care of us plus Mike Klatt our salesman you can't beat !! Your treated like family Can't wait to get our truck back
