The simplest, easiest, best results, most fun, seamless, best value, and highest quality sales experience I may have ever had. If you are shopping for a vehicle, go see Jake Scent and Steve Akers at Ulrich. Shout out to Shawna Fortune - fast, knowledgeable, resourceful, and focused check out process. They have outstanding hours, location, sales, teamwork, and culture. They listened to everything I said and answered every question I had. A zero b.s. experience. For these, and so many more reasons, I will be going back and recommending them to all my friends and family!

My wife has been using Ulrich's service dept for regular maintenance for about 10 years. Unfortunately, we've discovered that any service beyond that, and this is NOT where you want to take your vehicle. This was our second bad experience in a year. I'm quite mechanically inclined. But since these were warranty issues, we took the vehicles to them for the work. The first experience, they couldn't figure out what was wrong. So, their idea was to just guess, and keep replacing different parts. We got so tired of paying for the darn thing and not being able to use it...it was so frustrating. So we purchased a different pickup. While the issue with this only 6 month old pickup is different. Their service dept is still the same. Unless an explanation is in a textbook... they can't figure it out. And when you try talking to them about it, they think you're stupid, and will literally argue with you about it. They're more concerned about making Ford happy, than making the customer happy.If you go there to purchase a vehicle- DEFINITELY use Jeff Powers for your salesman. He will go out of his way to help you thru ANY situation. Whether it's the finance dept, service, dept, body shop, or even a manager. He genuinely wants to make the customer happy.After all this though.... we will Not set foot back there again. There are plenty of other Ford dealerships out there.

A big thank you to the wonderful men who help me today with my flat tire! They are already closing but they warmly welcomed and assisted me with my car dilemma. The gentleman that helped me made sure to put air in all of my tires, and did so happily. I will never forget this kind gesture. God bless!

Traded our vehicle approximately 1 month ago. As we drove home, I remembered a personal item that we forgot in our old car...a "signed cd" left in the player.I notified the salesperson immediately, and he reassured me that he had recovered the item and would send it to us in the mail. After waiting 10 days for receipt, attempts to contact the salesperson received a slow response. Again, I was assured that the item would be sent immediately in the mail. Repeatedly, I asked for a tracking number for the package, which was never provided. After waiting a few days and not receiving the package, the salesperson was contacted again and I was informed that the package should arrive "today." No package arrived, so I reached out to the sales manager who reassured me that the item had been sent via usps, with no tracking number being obtained when sent. That was over a week ago, and no package has arrived. By now, I assume the personal item is lost in the mail.I am satisfied with the new vehicle that we purchased, however, I am dissatiisfied with the follow through and false promises from the salesperson. I did appreciate the sales manager attempts to locate the personal item.Addendum 12/28/2023: Received a call from Steve, the sales manager yesterday. States that the "lost cd" was returned to the sender, Ulrich Ford-Lincoln, due to the address on the envelope not containing the "unit number" for our property. Steve had a delivery person from the dealership hand deliver the envelope to our door this morning. The "lost cd" mystery has been solved and I thank Steve for his efforts in solving the problem. Much appreciated!

We purchased a 2022 Ford Bronco from Ulrich Ford. We were extremely happy with the sales experience provided by PJ and Steve and equally impressed with Kathy in Finance. We received excellent communication throughout the long reservation and order process as well as fast, efficient, and no pressure financing. We are very happy with the Bronco, as well. Great experience and we will be back!

Ulrich Ford Lincoln is the greatest. If you're looking for the perfect salesperson to work with, look no further than Michael Klatt. He put me in my Escape so quick, and I love this vehicle! Needed something larger than my Focus to transport my music equipment for gigs. Also put a lot of miles on my vehicle driving from gig to gig and the service department is super quick to get me in for anything I need, (usually an oil change and tire rotation). You can fully trust the team at Ulrich and know you are making the best decision by buying a car here, instead of anywhere else. 10/10

I was very pleased with my purchase and how smooth everything went. I found a truck online that I was looking for and they had it in stock. I sent an email inquiring on it and within a few minutes they contacted me. We agreed on a price and it was one of the smoothest transaction I have ever had on a vehicle. Tim Mount and Jeff Powers were both a pleasure to deal with. It was sad that my local dealers wouldn't even return my calls or even emails. Tim picked me up in my new truck at the local airport that is right next to the dealership and I drove it home just 320 miles away. Thank you again!

While Ford Motor was experiencing difficulty with part supplies and UAW workers, Ulrich was able to get parts for a new truck and the dealership was willing to supply us with a loaner car for the duration of the repair time. We knew that it could potentially take several months to get the parts, but it only took a few weeks. Great job, Ulrich.

I bought a used Tahoe from PJ today! Let me just say how quick and painless it was! I drove 3 hrs to look at it, test drive it, and sign the papers! I was only there for 1 hr! Everything was quick they appraised my truck and gave me a good offer! They worked with me on the price of the vehicle to at-least make me feel like I was getting a great deal! The signing of the papers was very organized and quick! I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to check this place out before going anywhere else! Awesome job PJ!

I had a wonderful experience working with Brian Vande Lune at Ulrich Ford Lincoln. He was extremely helpful as I made decisions on ordering my 2020 Lincoln Corsair and kept me updated me as to the production status of my car after we ordered it. When the Corsair arrived, he notified me right away and I was able to see it before it was prepped and ready to drive off the lot. I was also able to take the owner s manual home and study it before I picked up the car. When the car was ready for me to drive home, Brian walked me through all the features of the Corsair and answered all the questions that I had from studying the manual. Since getting the car, Brian has emailed me asking if I had any problems or questions that he could answer. Bottom line is that I really enjoyed working with Brian and will definitely order my next Ford / Lincoln vehicle from him again.

I would never ever take my 2018 truck to the body shop again. I had an accident on Christmas day. Front end damage with engine codes and was told 3 weeks. They had my truck 3 months and gave every excuse why it wasn't finished. I am repeatedly told parts weren't available. They didn't try and get parts from anywhere else. But sent my truck to another shop to mount front bumper and nothing that shop did was complete or worked. I finally get truck and I point out things that were not replaced or finished.The parts were put in a box in my back seat and I am told they didn't know how to put them on. Also I had service codes that were never fixed and engine work not done they said they did. They said the codes would go away. LolI then take my truck and head out of town for work the next day. I end up broke down 300 miles away from home at 2 am and have to have truck and camper towed. $700 camper tow. All because they said they fixed it. Now my truck is in shop in Champaign Illinois getting all the engine work done for another several weeks and even a new transmission because they said they did the work.They received the insurance money and didn't do the work. I will be getting a lawyer when I get my truck back and me back home and make them repay me for all the out of pocket and invoices incurred. Amber is the worst and her staff apparently are not qualified. If I could give a -100 stars I would.** I called and talked to the owner and he didn't seem to care about what happened at his shop or about what happened because of his staffs incompetence. He didn't call me back when I left messages. I had to keep calling.

The wife and I were headed from our place to her mothers for a long weekend about half way our pickup started acting up (travelers nightmare,)we Googled closes Ford Dealer Ulrich Ford Lincoln of Pella came up, called the number right from Google, got a nice receptionist that transferred us to Ken in service, Ken is great, yes we can look at it, it was right at lunch time,we dropped it off and went across the street for lunch, come back after lunch, Ken and his team were working on it. We went to the waiting room/ show room, very clean, comfortable seats, (I even had the TV remote).A couple of the sales people stopped and talked to us nice guys. It wasn't long Ken was back and explained what went wrong with the pickup and what they'd done to fix it and check it out, very reasonable cost, even a courtesy car wash, we're Impressed. They were quick to get me in and have a loaner car ready for us. They were able to diagnose the problem, tell us what was wrong, est how much the repair would cost, and when they could repair it and when we would expect our vehicle back.

My husband and I were having problems with a newer Ford that we owned, we took it to Ulrich Ford in Pella IA. closer to home than the place we purchased it.From day 1 we were put in a loner car taken care of like family, from each and every department. We had a great experience at Ulrich finding a new pickup. Cyrus G was our sales professional. After completing the process after hours on the weekend, he showed a true commitment to his customers, and we appreciate his extra efforts to accommodate our family. I am very impressed with Ulrich Ford Lincoln. Everyone I dealt with was quick to respond to texts. I walked in to the dealership and felt no pressure to buy. Cyrus was extremely helpful,, even staying late with me one evening to discuss options on different vehicles. I live about 60 miles from Pella and probably passed 5 other Ford Dealerships on my way and I would have driven 600 miles to end up dealing with Ulrich. I am extremely happy with my Ford Bronco Sport - Big Bend version. I get compliments daily and look forward to many years of blissful driving.
