Easy to find with plenty of parking. Whenever I visit I m quickly helped to find what I am looking for. I seldom try to find anything anymore without asking since it saves me so much time.They ve changed several of my auto batteries quickly and handles everything.The prices may not be the lowest however the value is found in the helpful service.

Came in to get the battery in my truck replaced.The 2 guys that did it were quick, professional and knowledgeable; it was all the more commendable because the computer flat out said the battery was hard to replace. One of the guys was even wearing a medical boot for a leg injury and still worked on replacing the battery.Even better, they did it on a day that was literally freezing with high winds and snow and ice on the ground in the parking lot and did not complain at all.Highly recommend and will personally consider O Reilly s my first choice for auto issues.

The battery light came on while traveling. I narrowed it down to either the battery or alternator. I was able to get the battery, and drive the car to the store after the battery light returning. When I pulled up, and poped the hood CJ meet me at the door with the tester. Upon testing we determined the alternator had gone bad as well. Not only did they work to get me the parts, but also brought out tools that I did not have. I am grateful for all the work and assistance they provided. Cuddos to CJ and the staff.

I had a fine experience, but an older man walked in wanting his fuses checked because his lights had gone out and he couldnt see well enough to check himself. The male employee refused to even take a look saying it was close to his lunch time and the other guy in the store was too busy (the older guy and us (buying tape) were the only people in the store). My husband help the guy, but for an auto parts store that's not acceptable.

The O'Reilly's Auto workers are extra helpful. They communicate about complex auto issues in an understandable way. I would definitely recommend going here for your auto needs.

They were quick to locate the part I needed and then we're very informative and helpful in my decision to purchase a tool that I have been wanting and needing for some time now. Excellent service!

This store has gone downhill. I ve gone in multiple times under new management and everytime it s worse. This last time I walked in needing parts and Phil was asleep sitting at the counter. Walked out, went across the street and got the best service I ve gotten. Go to car quest or Arnold s!

I think I like this on better then Knoxville, or Newton! The staff seem like they know a little more about what they are doing.
