Langstraat Auto fixed my Lexus with excellence.The owners, Mr. Mike and his beautiful wife are approachable and very respectful.Mr. Mike and his team are detail oriented and have the ability to effectively and fairly communicate with people who may have limited auto repair knowledge.I would recommend Langstraat Auto to anyone in the Pella area and also outside of the area.I was very impressed with the advanced communication skills displayed by all. The friendliness is genuine and the professionalism is at an above excellent level.

We live about 4 hours away, and our son is a student. He recently needed a bumper repair, and we worried about him driving at highway speeds. Stopped in Monday after Easter, and they repaired the bumper at a VERY reasonable cost within a couple days.. Cannot thank them enough for the repair, and easing my mind. And I have to add, he sent me pics and it looks fantastic! Great people and a great business.

Great guy. Had my truck fixed with Mike and I'm bringing him another car this week. Really stand up, honest guy. Went the extra mile for my wife and I and even worked with us on financial aspects too. Highly recommend.

I was faced with the possibility of my car being totaled out and I still owed on my car loan. They were a preferred vendor for my insurance company. They were able to bring the price down low enough to keep it under the Totaled out limit. I had to accept a couple of things like a small crack in the dash. It wss very helpful and kept me from having to get another car while still paying the last several payments on a vehicle wouldn't have even had anymore. Repairs were excellent. I had rolled my car on the highway and landed on the top.

They are amazing! My wheel came off while driving down the highway. They got me fixed up with new parts and I was back on the road in a few hours. Extremely kind and professional. I will recommend them to everyone.

I was moving between Pella and Des Moines at the time, and on an extremely cold day, when I closed my vehicle door, its window shattered. Langstraat auto body offered for product, labor and tax 3/4-1/2 the price the same work it would have been in the DM metro, and after a couple days (weather notwithstanding), my truck is back in perfect working order again!High quality and quick to helpHighly recommend, thank you and keep up the great work, friends!

Worked with Mike (owner) to replace a hood on my 2010 Milan. He found the only black salvage hood in the state of Iowa and installed it for less than I found non-OEM parts on-line. The work was well done and on time.

I went there for an estimate on a repair of my car after a low speed collision and they were extremely curtious and had my estimate extremely fast and said if i had any questions don't hesitate to give them a call and they would explain it will definitely go their for any body work ill need done in the future they were extremely thorough with assessment of the damage caused so if needed i can submit to the other parties insurance company etc very excited

Had to go in for an estimate on car damage, very nice man and explained 2 or 3 different ways I could go to have it fixed. Will take the car to him and am sure it will be done right.
