This place is amazing! Most affordable oil change I've gotten in over 10 years!?!? Friendly service and an insanely comfortable couch in a very spacious waiting area!! As a woman, i cant tell you how many times ive had mechanics places try to upsell me stuff i didnt need or treat me like I am an idiot. That did NOT happen here, and i cannot begin to express how grateful I am to find an affordable and honest shop in small town Iowa to take my car to! I will not go anywhere else ever again for my oil changes!!

I was 7 hours from home when my alternator gave out. I had to be at work the next day, and it was close to closing time for them. They found an alternator and stayed late to get me fixed up and back on the road. Very appreciative for these people and their willingness to help.

I called Shawn at noon looking for new tires for my pickup. He told me a price (which was the cheapest around). Had them mounted and balanced by 4 pm the same day. Great service

Very happy with service. They squeezed me in to fix a tire on my vehicle that I had to have as it's both my work truck as well as daily driver.

These fellas have shown themselves trustworthy.They will bring you to your vehicle to show you what's going on or, in my most recent case, bring the car part out to you so you can see the issue for yourself and allow you to decide what you want done.They've treated my wife and I well. We don't feel taken advantage of by them, or like they want to squeeze extra money out of us.We're very happy with the service we've received from them.

Took my Subaru there today without an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in! I can tell that they were busy today but they squeezed me in anyways and didn t act like it was a problem to do so. Because for those professionals it wasn t! I was in and out in 30 minutes or so. They also didn t try and tack on extra unnecessary items to my bill either. I will definitely be returning in the future and will be send business their way!

Shawn and his team helped me with a tire alignment. Very quick and friendly service. I also liked that he explained everything that was done and being given a diagram showing the before and after.Will use their services again!

I woke up to a flat tire this morning hoping I could get a quick fix. I took it right to Central Tire Pella and they helped me right away getting me back on the road. Excellent service from Central Tire Pella!

This is one of the best auto shop places I've been too. Has a very comfortable waiting room to sit in as you wait for your car and the service is impeccable. They have gotten me in quick everytime I've made an appointment and the staff is very nice.

Wouldn't recommend, as a female in my 20s I always worry about taking my car in for maintenance. I read good reviews and they were close to my work. I dropped my car off for an oil change and inspection due to the car shaking while driving. I got a call saying they drove my car and it only shakes while breaking. I said no that is not the case. They then told me I need new breaks on the front. I told them I just had breaks on the front replaced. The guy questioned me on how I knew they were done. Like I bought them and watched them be replaced. I told them not to touch my car. They had already done the oil change. I go to pick my car up. The guy told me my tires needed replaced soon. My tire pressure light was on when I left. I take it to another place in town. My breaks did not replaced. My tire has a nail in it. That was clearly missed by central tire. I will not do service with them. Only positive thing was the oilchange was cheap. But now I worry if they even did that. If your a female or just don't know much about cars do not take it there.

I used to live in Pella and brought my family from Kansas City to visit. When my "check engine" light came on, I brought my car in to Shawn on a recommendation from a friend. Not only did he quickly diagnose the problem (camshaft sensor), but he reset the computer and had me on my way in a matter of minutes. Great service from honest, good people.

Had a simple oil change here 2 weeks ago and my 2022 Dodge Ram truck has done nothing but leak oil ever since. I took it back once and was told that, 'the oil filter wasn't tightened, you know how kids are". Here it's been just a week later and oil is leaking everywhere. What are untrained "kids" working on a $50k truck?? I'm done. The quality here used to be a lot better.

We brought a list of things the Nissan dealership in Des Moines told us should get done and we were willing to do it here but they said it wasn't necessary. Lots of points earned in my book.

I use this place a lotcustomer service is pretty good and they are definitely the cheapest place in town for fixing your vehicle I have used them on many of our vehicles and they have done a great job they get right to the point and we'll fix the problem the only reason I didn't give them five stars is because they are not so good when it comes to the technology side of it and wiring new tires? Oil change? Maybe even dropping a new radiator or gas tank this place is just perfect for those kinds of things!

Only took 30 min for me to walk in without an appointment and get my oil changed. There was a very nice area with couches and a place for my kids to play. Also everyone was very nice.

When you send your son off to college you hope they don t need a service station, but I am so glad Pella has your repair shop. This is the second time we ve needed you! Shawn and your team (Matt) went above and beyond this last time. Matt was at the Casey s and was willing to help get the spare on and help my son get the car to the shop -after hours. You all provided stress relief to parents that were an hour away. Thanks again!!

In town from out of state. Needed a tire fast and thesr guys were great! Great price fast service. Probably going to get all new tires from them when i come back in January. Really appreciate you guys helping me get back on the road!

It's so hard to find an honest mechanic these days. These guys are wonderful. We love the service and the guys so much, we drive 3 hrs to have them maintain our vehicles! We trust them that much!
