They were very attentive when calling and telling me what was happening with my car. However the lady that checked me out and everything was extremely rude and disrespectful.

Absolutely wonderful! I wish I got the mechanic's name to tell you all! I had a leaking tire and I was on my way out of town for an appointment. Although they were busy and couldn't fit me in he made it happen! He was very sweet! Knight in shining armor! Saved the day!

Would've given them a solid 4 or 4 and a half if they hadn't gotten my paper work messed up. It took them forever to get it sussed out.

Made me sit for over an hour to tell me they didn t change my oil because the dipstick was missing the top ring. 1st off, the dipstick still works just fine, and I know this because Mobile 1 had no issue using it. Secondly, the hour wait to tell me they did nothing was absolutely unacceptable, that was my entire lunch break and as a result I was late getting back, resulting in me being reprimanded. I will never be back. 0/10Service: Oil change

Bad:-expect at least a 3 hour turn around for a walk-in-posted hours says 7pm, closed early numerous timesGood:-open 7days a week! So if your schedule make other shops unavailable they might be an option.-They do seem to do good work!

Stopped in to fix a flat tire. They got it done quickly, cost was great, and a tip of the hat to the associate that cashed me out. A couple was getting heated over their company policy, and he kept his cool. Wonderful experience, and I'll be stopping there again for more services in the future!

I just got 2 tires and an oil change. I enjoyed my experience in the Auto department. Nikki and Tiffany helped me. They were quite helpful and patient when I needed to pick out wiper blades for my car. They seemed to really care about me and my car. Everyone there was pleasant, but Nikki and Tiffany stood out as especially professional and helpful. Well done, ladies!

Went in to price tires. No one at the counter. Waited 15 mins while looking around. No one at the counter the entire time. Asked an employee in the area to assist and was told to 'wait at the counter'. Waited 10 minutes at the counter. A guy comes in, answers the phone, didn't even acknowledge me, hung up the phone and left. Guess what, SO DID I!!! with my cash in my pocket!!! Drove back to Bloomfield, irritated and will go to my local tire center. I'll probably pay more but have t done quickly and won't be ignored!!!!

Went in to get a tire fixed, sat there for about 45, finally got up and asked why they had it still sitting there, only to be told that they couldn't fix because of certain policies. Would've been ok if I had known that half an hour or more before. Big waste of my time.

Walmarts Auto Care Center is extremely busy . Currently at the Walmart in Ottumwa . Average wait is 3 hours. Despite not many other options, they are still courteous and get get to each individual as quickly as possible while taking care of the person that they are currently taking care of. They listen and verify exactly what you need

I called and I was 3 mins away for a tire repair told me yes come in and I got there and told me nope not excepting any more for the day.

Tried to tell me my tire was repairable to begin with, then turned into a 1 hour 15 minute ordeal to patch a screw hole because apparently when a tire delivery truck arrives they just drop there tools and leave the customers hanging rather then finishing what they are working on. All that was left to do was literally put my tire back on the car and I waited an additional 35 minutes.

Told my elderly grandmother it would take a couple of hours to swap her battery. I came and got her. They were instructed to call my cell phone when they were done. No call. Two hours later she calls them and they say "yeah, it's done but we're closing. You can get it tomorrow." Nope. We got there in 10 minutes and they greeted her with irritation. Turns out they were calling her home phone instead. They were ridiculously rude to her and its not appreciated.

Waited 45 minutes for someone to open up a glass door only to find that they didn't have what I needed. The guy who finally helped me was nice though.

Employee named Frank pointed out in the Walmart app how to keep track of your receipts. Because I can't seem to keep one incase I need it even though I purchased warranty on the item doest help when ya can't locate the receipt thanks again Frank.

Walmart needs to have a option if you buy tires from them they should allow you to set a appointment to to install. With a no show charge. Very upsetting to make the times match with busy schedules and long driving distances to get there. Normal wait 2hrs to 4 hours.

If they aren't going to man the check out lanes, then why have them there? Take out a few of them and replace with self check-out lines. The wait time is getting worse. Honestly if I can buy it somewhere else even if it cost more, I do what I can to stay out of Walmart.

Worst service ever. Took 2 hours to get two tires replaced on the rim's. Nothing else. We will start looking elsewhere to shop for our automobile business.
