went there ask if there was any way to check my transmission fluid they told to bring it over i did didnt take long to get it done they get my thumbs up good service will go there again

I was charged $85.60 for a diagnosis that was not correct. I was told that I needed a drive shaft and I will cost me over $500 for the part and $250 for labor. Either he don t know how a car drive s when the drive shaft is gone or he was going to replace something that didn t need to be replaced. I felt that he was dishonest to me, and was going to overcharge for repairs that wasn t needed. That was the first and last time I visit Vice transmission and auto repair Get a second opinion before taking his word.

I called and they couldn t get me in for a few days, I explained it was my only vehicle and thought it needed fluid(can t do self due to special tool). Told me to bring right over. They immediately checked and filled it. Have used before and highly recommend. Appreciate them so much.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Was charged 95 bucks for a diagnostic because I had a card so using a card charges extra and the codes that were done was the same codes that popped up at auto zone asked what I needed they said a purge valve couldnt print the codes out for me just wrote them down it really didn t help my situation because I was also told by another mechanic it was a manifold gasket and someone else a fuel trimmer but I ve lost alotta money trying to get an opinion and would have even more if the fixed the wrong thing

I'd give -0 if this site would let me. Very dissatisfied took my van in by appt cause check engine lite was flashing told me a spark plug was no good so had them change out spark plugs, get a call after they changed out spark plug to tell me I have a head gasket blown. Instead of REALLY finding out what was wrong with my vehicle I get charged almost $300. Dols for spark plugs that DIDN'T NEED changed at all..I thought they would be a good mechanics to use when I needed work done but I'm guessing not now...very disappointedService: Auto engine diagnostic

I was very satisfied with my experience at Vise transmission. My 98 Dodge Ram 2500 was starting to shift late and inconsistent. I called them, scheduled my appointment for later that week. And in three business days they had me back in commission and my old truck is running great. Finding someone who knows what they're doing inside a transmission can be difficult, but I'll express my deep satisfaction with their work. They even worked through a couple of common problems, that were not ultimately the problem, before digging in deep to the transmission and costing a lot of money. Friendly, to the point and timely. You won't be dissatisfied with their work.

They put a used part on my car instead of a new part and told me it was new. When I looked it was rusty. I got my money back.

Great mechanic. I've been going here for 5 years now. One time he checked my car out and didn't even charge me for it. Be prepared to pay cash until John the owner knows you better. Love his 2 dogs who greet you when you come

Have done my own repair work for many years. Got in a bind and took a Suv to Jonathan. He rebuilt the transmission and called me about another problem. The engine had a problem also. This guy spent two more days on this vehicle, which also had his bay tied up. I was in a hell of a mess. I am well aware of what this could have and would have cost somewhere else. I had never met him or done business with this guy. He went over and beyond to help me. I know he lost revenue the extra days he was tied up.I am forever grateful !! I would and have recommended him many times.

Jonathan and his crew have worked on several of our automobiles and always does fantastic work that is timely and billed fairly. I highly recommend this shop for all your auto needs!

Very reasonable price and fixed my SUV quickly. The owner is friendly and even seems to be mentoring a young man in the shop. Love this place.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE... I WAS CHARGED 80 FOR A DIAGNOSTIC CHARGE PLUS 256 FOR AN AIR CONDITIONING FIX. IT WORKED FOR 3 DAYS AS EXPECTED BECAUSE HE CHARGED IT AND HE FIXED A SMALL LINE . WHEN I CALLED TO TELL HIM IT WASNT WORKING HE SAID OH THERES A LEAK... WHICH I AM 99.9 SURS HE KNEW IT WAS MY CONDENSOR BECAUSE WHEN I TOOK IT BACK ALL HE DID WAS POP THE HOOD AND SAID ITS THE CONDENSOR. HE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME BEING A FEMALE AND TOOK 340 FOR NOTHING.... DEFINITELY NOT IMPRESSED AND WILL FOR SURE TELL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY NOT TO DO BUSINESS HERE

I called this repair shop to see if they could look at my car again and fix it for me. The guy who answered the phone was rude and did not act like he wanted my business. I will not be going back.
