Adam was amazing! He was very well versed in the warranty claims and how they work and gave me great instructions on how to proceed. He stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. I really appreciated having a person like him that I felt that I could really trust. Adam gets a gold star in my book and he will be the reason why I come back to Vaughn's for anything that I need in the future.

Gabby was great to work with. My initial vehicle order didn t turn out as planned, but she acted quickly to ensure a new (and correct) order was placed. She was very prompt with providing frequent updates and always answered any questions I had. I now have my new vehicle, which I love. An overall great experience! My experience here was frustrating. I couldn't buy a car, there wasn't even an attempt to find a solution or show me other cars as an alternative. Despite the kindness of the sales agent, it was not a good experience. If you want a professional dealer, go to Gregg Young

There were hidden charges and they told me that they had 9 different banks to choose from for the best % to get a loan. They only got me 8% loan on a new truck. That is high % and will cost me $3000 more over a 5 year loan.

This is our fourth vehicle that we have bought from you. Even though we have to drive 2 hours to get there, it is well worth the trip. You have great deals at Vaughn Automotive. We have always had great sales people taking care of us. This time it was Gabby. She did a great job. It was also a pleasure to work with Shannon. We are so happy with the 2024 Trax 2RS we purchased. It looks great and drives great. I have had two compliments on it already. Thanks for all your help.

Worked with Trevor to purchase our new Jeep. He was super friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. We were looking at a black Jeep and he got onto their inventory and happened to find a dark gray one that had more of what we wanted with our vehicle. He got the same worked up and the car detailed within hours of being notified of coming to pick it up.Jordan with finance was also pleasant to work with. Had a slight hiccup with paperwork with our trade and he was also very accommodating and friendly to the situation and did not make us reschedule our paperwork and pickup.

I just recently purchased a 2023 GMC AT4X from Vaughn and it was by far the easiest and pleasant experience I have had with a dealership. I live in Carter Lake, IA and Jamie & Jordan over there were able to get my deal done quick and fast. When I showed up on lot, Jeff took great care of me and I was in and out in less than an hour. They were organized and prepared.I will definitely recommend my friends and family to them. Their pricing is very hard to beat and anything locally wasn't even close. Well worth the 225 miles there and back.Thanks again for the great experience Jamie, Jordan, and Jeff!

we live in texas. we bought a 2021 jeep rubicon used with 14000 miles. the salesman said it was not wrecked and per carfax it said the same. we drove the jeep thinking this was true. after taking it to a local jeep dealership for warranty it was discovered that it indeed had been in an accident . i contacted the owner and he denied it. i asked if it was inspected by the appraiser to determine if it was wrecked regardless of the report.he said they didn t not but the oil was changed and it was cleaned. that s it ! i sent videos of the paint defects and overspray. he acknowledged it. he asked me for the mileage of the vehicle? i gave it to him and his was response was .it was too high to do anything!. i responded what did mileage have to do with it ? we bought it to drive ??? we don t expect vaughn to buy it back and made that clear we didn t expect them too. we paid cash for this jeep and had it shipped to us. we expected vaughn to be honest when we made this purchase. the safety of my family was disregarded when they knew it had been wrecked and didn t disclosed this to us. instead they took advantage of shipping it out of state. they didn t expect us to discover much less pursue this to rectify the situation. all we asked for was to repaint the jeep and pay for a rental. instead it will cost them lots of $$$ to come to texas to defend it in court. . i would highly suggest anyone who has purchased a vehicle from vaughn to inspect there vehicle by a professional because they will not ! this is not how you do business!! the most disappointing was they acknowledged but still refuse to make this right but that s what court is for. i will post photons to show the damage

Bought the Camaro from 1300 miles away. Haley and Sierra got everything started. Great to deal with. Every question was answered. My salesman Jamie did an awesome job. He even took my calls on his day off. Alex took care of all my financial dealings. Easy to deal with. Highly recommended! I can not wait to drive a convertible!

Well I went there to trade in my truck. From the moment I walked in the only person that seemed friendly was the lady that greeted us. They didn't like the fact that my girlfriend and myself have mechanical knowledge. And they didn't seems to like the fact that I know exactly how much my truck was worth even with its issues and the condition it is in. They seemed like they just didn't want to work with me because I was firm on what I wanted and towards the end kinda seemed like all they were trying to do was irritate me and get me to leave. I won't recommend this place to anyone and I won't ever be back.

We were out of state purchasers, and they gave us their rock-bottom price right out of the gate. We had two trade-ins that should ve brought a little bit more money into the equation, but they were steadfast on their offer. It was still fair, but could ve been a little bit better. according to Kelley blue books fair evaluation for trade-in. our salesman, Jeff, Shipley, and finance manager. Jared were so pleasant to deal with. Everything number wise was exactly as depicted right up to the time. We got there and signed everything and we re on our way with our new vehicle.

My vehicle of interest was up front and ready for test drive. Connor (sales) was pleasant and efficient. Finance was fast and comfortable. Approximately 2 hrs from arrival to driving off in new Traverse.

Nothing was fixed, intermittent problems, but not fixed. Truck doesn t start when I need it most. You didn t charge me, so I appreciate that

I came in for a basic service what I was quoted on the phone was not what I was charged I was quoted $280 for my service and when it was all said done it was almost 700 for the service that I asked for also I was told it would take 2.6 hours to do said service it ended up taking almost five they were not willing to do anything for the discrepancy about the service quote and I will not be returning to Vaughn Automotive ever for the rest of my life
